Ovacoma:Let me ask you a question if you will sincerely answer it Assuming somebody say to you: Your God is Satan, how would you feel? |
I remember vividly before Osun gubernatorial election, their was a message sending to phone numbers(I sure is for christians but erroneously sent to muslims). The sms read as follow: VOTE OMISORE VOTE JESUS But thank God because I don't know if Omisore's failure leads to Jesus failure. Yeye people |
The General Overseer of Galilee Christian Center in Lagos, Prophet Williams Onuoha, has predicted that the current governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, would become Nigeria’s president in 2015. According to him, for this to happen, Okorocha would have to adhere to God’s direction, adding that only a running mate from the South West region can give him the presidency. In a recent interview with Daily Sun, Onuoha, who is seen and referred to by many who attend his church as a highly gifted prophet of God, said he saw the vision in 2011 and now it’s coming to pass. “In 2011, I saw in a vision that the present governor of Imo State Owelle Rochas Okorocha will be president in 2015. And in one of the national dailies recently, the governor said he would be president in 2015 and that it had been prophesied. True. I had seen this vision, but there are things that needs to be done before this prophesy can come to pass and one of them is that only a running mate from the South West region can give him the presidency. “I have never met the governor before. When he said last week in the papers that he would become president in 2015 and that it had been prophesied, I was not surprised. What I saw in 2011, the governor said in 2014. God is truly wonderful,” the prophet said. Advertisement Onuoha said he had predicted the global economic meltdown and that a black man will become president of the United States. He explained that he has made so many revelations and all have come to pass. The man of God said: “Three weeks to when the Ebola virus came into Nigeria I had told my members to pray seriously so that the country can escape the calamity that was to befall her. We did pray and by His grace we escaped. “I feel it is time to free this country from the grip of the devil and his agents. Look at our youths; they lack direction. This is because the head is corrupt. When the head is corrupt the body will definitely be corrupt. “Many of our industries today are controlled by the devil. Look at music, for instance. Even some gospel artistes have now fallen by the wayside. This country needs God’s intervention, and she needs it very fast. That is why true men of God should not relent in praying for this nation. Many are no longer with God. Even in the house of God is corruption. Pastors, bishops now preach money. They no longer preach God’s word to the people. When the wicked are in power the people suffer.” Asked how he came about the name of his church, he said an Angel revealed it to him in trance. malvisguy212:Did you mean what you are saying or you just want to display your ignorant What will you call Mose, Abrahm, Ezra etc because they worship the same way we muslim worship Then Abram fell on his face. And God said to him(Genesis 17:3 ) Then Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly to the entrance of the tent of meeting and fell on their faces. And the glory of the LORD appeared to them, (Numbers 20:6 ) Then Joshua tore his clothes and fell to the earth on his face before the ark of the LORD (Joshua 7:6 ). When all the people of Israel saw the fire come down and the glory of the LORD on the temple, they bowed down with their faces to the ground (2 chronicles 7:3 ) And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God, and all the people answered,(A) “Amen, Amen,”(B) lifting up their hands.(C) And they bowed their heads and worshiped the LORD with their faces to the ground.(Nehemiah 8:6 ) |
kaeycea:: Obiagelli:You can imagine a Nigerian asking such question What did you think warranted military take over in the past? Terrorist activities, Insecurity, corruption at its peak, etc have you forgotten the mutiny judgement again some solders? My brother, don't sleep while having fire on your roof a word is enough for a wise |
Popular and controversial Islamic cleric Sheik Ahmad Gumi has warned against any idea or attempt of military putsch. He said it would be a suicide by such adventurists in uniform. He said Nigeria is “too big, too large, too diverse for any few adventurist and power hungry cabal… Any mutiny will be circumscribed and excised neatly… Our democracy has matured enough… Nigerians (should) allow him (Jonathan) to fizzle out slowly and naturally without dragging Nigeria to fall with him…” Read the full text of the press release titled: ‘NASS blockade: Sign of Good Omen’ below: “The National assembly is the heart of our collective existence. It’s the core of the democratic governance and the antidote to political impunity and despotism. For long it has been paralyzed by the executive which capitalizes on their human weakness – greed. Now the hour is come. The NASS can never be the same again. This one and the next elected members by God’s leave. Nigerians are learning and very fast indeed. “As for Goodluck Ebele Jonathan-who didn’t listen to the words of wisdom before- has already entered a cul-de-sac with his party. To many analysts he has failed, and all his strategies are flunking one after another. He is going down the drain of the merciless history and falling at acceleration. In fact, you only need to be at the peak to start falling down. “Please Nigerians allow him to fizzle out slowly and naturally without dragging Nigeria to fall with him. He was told by his mentor that he was divisive. His sycophants said no. Now he is even able to break the honorables. This particular incidence has eroded his political potency if only his advisers will for once tell him the truth. PDP is this what you want to recycle? A divided nation? “Sorry the Nigerian Military cannot come into the scene to any rescue – if that is in the pipeline. Our democracy has matured enough and thanks to the lopsided composition of the force that has weaken it even in the face of fragile almajiris. “Any mutiny will be circumscribed and excised neatly. The nation is too big too large too diverse for any few adventurist and power hungry cabal. I don’t advice any military man to commit suicide. “Let us surrender Nigeria under God to Nigerians. NASS and I.N.E.C over to you. May Allah continue to heal the nation for all. Amin.” Source: Osun Defender |

Bantino:Dear Brother, we are here to know why state of emergency must stop or continue in those states. Thanks |
May 14 2013, President Goodluck Jonathan declared state of emergency in Yobe, Borno, and Adamawa states to deal with the insurgency that was eating deep into Nigeria through the mentioned states. Despite the declaration of the emergency rule till today we continue witnessing death of thousands of innocent Nigerians, as a result of this, one will conclude that the declaration of emergency rule in those states has no positive impact in curbing the insurgency. But recently, the federal government has called for extension of emergency rule in the state and some Nigerians opposed it stating the fact that no positive result has been achieved so their is no need for extension but some still agree that it should be extend. The question now is: Should emergency rule be extended in those states or not and what is the reason for your answer? |
LordReed:I understand you better since you people don't have an authentic recorded ways of Jesus, you can do as you like abi? I rest my case |

major466:Previous Post: Areas enjoying 24 hours electricity Present Post: There are several areas enjoying constant light My question: Mention just five but don't forget nairalanders are very smarter than you could imagine |
major466:I did not argue that in the first instance but rather agree by saying transformation from 4naira to 17.7 naira To me more honest, you will need to give us at least 5 areas where they enjoy 24hours electricity but don't forget that nairalanders are very smart ![]() |
LordReed:I think this is what you quoted Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. Don't you think this is thanks given after prayer has been answered He prayed while prostrating and give thanks while lifting up eyes But you need to understand and address my post directly |
major466:I just receive a NEPA bill with 17.7 naira per unit. But I remember the first time prepaid meter was introduced, we paid 500naira to get 109units i.e 4naira per unit You remind me 4naira per unit transformed to 17.7 naira per unit |

excellence44:Can you please explain how he fell on his face, using picture will be preferable Don't forget, he fell on his face to pray, how is it similar to the way Christians pray or they are anti-christ? |
I came across this verse of the bible explaining how Jesus prayed and found out that it is totally different from the way so called Christ followers(Christians) do pray to God. Now let us examine the verse and use the following picture to explain it Matthew 26:38: And Jesus fell on His face and prayed The question is: If you look at these, which one is more accurate
