Yes, here in UK we can see the end results of the billions of pounds spent on mainteanace. Can we say same for Lagos, NO. |
Na wa oh. Why are some people calling me names, saying am a 'he' or am the original poster. Simple thread. Simple question. Name projects fashola is currently embarking on. Other governors like gbenga Daniel, na another matter for another day. Like I said, just name projects fashola is currently embarking on. |
Sjeezy You are funny. Am a regular in romance, sexuality, fashion and music. Is it now a crime to post in politics. Just name projects fashola has done or just shut up. I have listed roads that are in a deplorable state. You no see anything say about that. Shior!! |
O ma ga oh. How come nobody has named any project fashola has done ( not inherited from tinubu oh) |
Infact, am still cracking my brain for major projects. Personally I judge governors based on the projects that has affected my 'comfort life' directly in Lagos. Fashola might build a ramp in ikoyi but if he does nothing to affect my life at festac/isolo where I live, then it's a total failure as a governor. During my days in high school, the road leading to Gowon estate was an eyesore. It was hell going to school during the rain. Marwa came and fixed the road. I gave him thumbs up. However. I went to baruwa last year. Shortly after Gowon estate. That road is a disgrace and a disaster. Fashola should go and fix it when I will give him thumbs up. NNPC - jakande road ( the inner streets that can help reduce traffic on the terrible isolo road ) are a disgrace. He should go fix it. Idimu- ejigbo road. Half that road has been chopped by erosion. Make he go fix am. Festac nko ? Many roads. He should fix them. Ikotun-ipaja road, Now a terrible road. The guys that errected street lights messed up the roads with laterite so now portholes everywhere. Ohhhhh. I will never ever forget tinubu for fixing mushin road. Ohhh. I remember olosha. That part was terrible. Tinubu tarred the road, did drainage, covered the drains, put street light. Making that road one of the best in Lagos. And mushin of all places. When fashola does something similiar I will praise him. Am tired of seeing flowers abeg!! |
Which one be kitten juice again? I tire for this nairaland censor. So to type female genital juice na offence? This thread is very simple. Name projects fashola has done. How come nobody has commented on the 'luxury floating hotel'? Even if I am not in Lagos now to see his 'great projects' , what happened to the one that am aware of, Luxury yatch. LOL |
@illusion You must be SICK and under the influence of the kitten juice to sucked last night to thick forpeace and I are the same posters. O je fun ara e ni brain. |
For peace, am female oh. Lol. Yes I remember now. Those ijegun roads were all awarded by tinubu before he left cos I remember that the contractor had moved into site shortly before tinubu left. Are you really sure that the badagry road na ECOWAS project ![]() |
Ohhhhh. I remember a major project now. 'floating boat luxury hotel'. LOL. Am sorry to say this but fashola should be probed for that project. Same for his commissioner for tourism. That boat or rather yatch was only used to decorate the marina at CMS. Do you have any idea money that was pumped into it? During my last visit to Naija I made enquiries cos I had plans to go there with my pals only to be told the hotel abi na yatch was not functional. Last I heard, the yatch was taken somewhere for overhauling, painting and mainteanance. Yatch that has not been used oooooo. Yet another money pumped in it for 'routine mainteanance' |
Am still cracking my head for major projects. The LASU iyana oba road, na tinubu. Bourdillion road and the other fancy roads in ikoyi, na tinubu. He has not even done any major LSDPC housing estate. During tinubu's time na always every six months he launched one housing estate or another. Ohhhhhhh. Ikotun - igando- ijegun to jakande estate bypass. I think it was fashola's idea. Am not sure. But as at my last visit to Naija in October, the road was yet to be finished. After that pipeline fire, work has been slow. It's has only been graded with laterite. And anytime it rains, it's unpassable |
Lol. Can't think of any project. The road that leads to my residence was fixed during tinubu's tenure. Even BRT was introduced by tinubu. Road beautification , na tinubu start am. Ohhhhhhh. Badagry express way. That was conceived by fashola. So it's not all noise and props I guess. All the same, I still gat love for fashola |
which kind of husband is that? you are yet to say ' i do' and he is already proving to be very stubborn. sad ! |
showoff:pls continue. i am learning. |
justwise:ok. and what part of england, please? |
justwise:Lol. No, i am not. ![]() Just play along and answer my question, please ![]() |
justwise:ok. what part of UK are you located? |
justwise:are you looking at opening the door to anyone else? |
Vicjustice:Interesting . . . . . To the best of my knowledge, UPS does not accept travel documents from nigeria to be couriered overseas, except the rules just changed last week. Vicjustice:Hmmm. so you left your naija passport back in naija with 1) 14 visas both expired and valid 2) a valid schengen state permanent residency dude, its either you are lying or exagerrating about the passport (say the truth, its a virgin passport) or you sent that passport home (naija) for someone else to use and travel to the EU while posing as you ![]() |

o ga oh. this your bf harsh wipe your tears and move on. hold on to this: WHEN A DOOR CLOSES, GOD WILL OPEN A WIDER AND BETTER DOOR from all you have stated here, you sound like a soft girl that adores her man so much. Most girls would not have gone to such extreme. pele darling. It is well ! |
some of the staff at VAC are veryyyyyyyyyyyyy uselesss next time, tell them point off that u are not using business visitor and that they should leave it like that. after all you are the one applying and not them. how can they ask u to fill business visitor form for a trip meant for WRITING AN EXAM whoever told you that must be very DUMP AND STUPID. next time stand your ground and tell them that their job is to advice and not to mandate or force anyone to take their yeye advice. You do this and they will let you be. they have errorously led many people to make mistakes which resulted in visa denials. nonsense ! So they can give you wrong forms to fill and yet not tell you that mortgage or tenancy deeds is VERY IMPORTANT for a visa application ![]() |
NijaDoc1.:business visitor ![]() i think you are applying under the wrong cartegory. it should either be general visitor or student visitor but i am 100 percent sure its not business visitor. in the space for ''supporting statement'' write as much story as possible. about the exams, its relevance to your career back here in naija, state that you have the funds to finance your trip and you will be back in naija once you are done do all i have suggested and reapply, i can assure you 95percent that you will get your visa. . . . as long as your bank statement is okay. there is no point appealing. waste of time. besides, by the time you get the outcome of the appeal, the exam . . . . say 9months from now will be long be over . . . . goodluck ! |
NijaDoc1.:hotel reservation would have been perfect. afterall u are only going there to write exams. you should have used that as a front even if you had plans staying with friends or relatives. anyway, tell your colleague to give you a copy of his mortgage deeds or tenancy agreement of where he resides. that is the proof ''of his ability to accommodate'' that the ECO is asking for. being a british citizen does not mean he lives in a decent accommodation. their citizens do reside in messed up places. |
NijaDoc1.:i think its best you reapply. NijaDoc1.:reapply using the same printout but this time include the email correspondences between you and the examining body |
go ahead u will enjoy your flight. good, world class airline ! |
becomrich,:you are oviously very sick ! |
PapaBrowne:i have been laughing too at all the comments. what you've said is actually the truth. asking people to break away from nigeria to join benin is a treasonable offence |
dreeldee:bedwetting by an adult is bad. sickness, drunkenness or any other excuse it is bad. my point is: its wrong for the guy to treat her the way he did. we all have our highs and lows in life. |
ezinne1212: Ebonyeyes:thank you ladies. thinking about it now, i cant help but laugh. maybe that is why he is always saying i am a nice person and i have a good heart. i dont know why men have double standards. when they have their own embarrassing moments, we stand by them, but when its ours, they treat us like we have leprosy. i once dated a guy that we went partying together and he came back home drunk ( i kept warning him). he got home, puked all over the place. terrible, smelly puke. the floor, bath tub, sink, everywhere. i had to clean the whole place. his friends were also in the crib and i know if they found out that he had puked, he will be the butt of jokes for the next 20years. so i helped him in tidying up his mess . since that first incident, there is no other embarrassing moment a guy can come up with that i will not help him in sorting it out or covering his shame. |
your boyfriend is just being childish. i have have similar experience but this time, it was my boyfriend that peed on the bed while i was next to him. how did it happen? he had been seriously ill with crazy fever for some few days and i had to be with him. he was taking malaria tabs but yet he had crazy temperature. infact, it was bad and i didn't sleep a wink for three nights prior to the night that he peed. the medication made him very weak and he had to take lots of fluid since he didn't have appetite to eat much. anyway, i just noticed that he pulled the bedsheet underneath me and he was suddenly active at around 3am in the morning. i got up and asked him what the problem was (i was very sleepy though), and he said he had peed on the bed . lol. (although, i didn't laugh out). i told him that it was no big deal that i will sort it out in the morning and i remained on my side of my bed (i was very sleepy). i told him to leave the sheets that i will wash it in the morning. however, he did something that earned my respect. desspite of the malaria, he washed the bedsheet and also his clothing that had obviously been soaked with the pee. it was when i heard the sound of water in the bathroom that i got up and to see that he was at it, i told him to leave them that i will sort it out but he refused. to cut the story short, we brought the other mattress (from the spare bedroom) to the sitting room where we slept and later gisted. he was obviously very uncomfortable about it and said he was very ashamed but i told him that it was no big deal that it was due to the high fever. lol. i said many nice things to him and that helped his ego. next morning, he carried the wet mattress out. lol. i never made any reference to it , i have never brought it up since then. sometimes he teases himself that he is my baby. lol, and i tell him i do not mind that i love him all the same summary, we are still together after tis incident. |
FL Gators:this means you trust your roommate to give her free access to your room and your stuff. you trust her not to go through your private belongings, etc. not everybody is lucky to have a trustworthy roommate like yours. same applies to the poster's boyfriend. you must be really comfortable with your babe and fully committed to her to give her your keys. after all she never asked for it. it means there is a proposal looming ahead. |
FL Gators:is your roommate a man? the poster is referring to her BOYFRIEND not roommate giving her the keys to his flat |
? Many roads. He should fix them. Ikotun-ipaja road, Now a terrible road. The guys that errected street lights messed up the roads with laterite so now portholes everywhere.
