Is she normally the hardworking type? If not, I think fasting is just an excuse to just get lazier. Anyways you've got to do what's best for your business but still you've got to really know it's not easy doing strenuous works during Ramadan. Wishing you the very best.

I asked her to come over only for her to come with two of her friends. The plan was for us to go out and have fun but seeing those two with her has already killed any form of vibe. Anyways, I commot itiju tell them say cos of BVN, my ATM was blocked so I couldn't withdraw. Water sef, I no give them and in the end they left after like 10 minutes. I don't think brushing our teeth nullify our fast cos we're even encouraged to use Shiwak before every Salat. Wallahu Ahlam.

In a narration of Abu Nuaim, Prophet Mohammad said, “soomo wa tsahhoo”, which can be translated to mean, “Fast and be healthy.” Even science has proven that Ramadan is a month full of blessings. The International Congress on “Health and Ramadan” which was held in Casablanca in 1994, covered 50 studies on the medical ethics of Ramadan and noted various improvements in the health conditions of those who fast.

The month of Ramadan is a period of fasting, sacrifice, giving, piousness and self-training with the hope that these qualities will extend beyond this month and stay with us throughout the year.

Ramadan isn't just about abstaining from food. It's for us to really get to know what those in need goes through everyday thereby bringing the humans in us by helping.
