Example, it was the Department of Justice that sued Virginia for violating the US Federal Voting rules. You can't do voter maintenance or kick people off voting rolls 90 days before an election.
The reason is that people don't have the opportunity to appeal and register if it was a mistake.
And in this case, there were a lot of properly registered citizens who were kicked off the voting rolls due to this purge.
You can't deny a US citizen the right to vote in the name of voting roll maintenance 2 weeks before an election.

I voted today after trying to sign 4 times I think. I didn't know any other name on the ballot but I checked republicans all through and I was surprised to see only Democrats on some ballots like maybe 7. I couldn't wait for the early vote to begin, something I never thought was important. This is my 3rd time of voting but if felt like my first. I was emotional and almost moved to tears leaving the house. The last time I felt like this was when I sought something desperately from God and I got it but didn't know for months. I don't know if the change of weather has something to do with it since the temp dropped below 38° last night for the first time since summer. The poll location felt like the world is coming to an end, everybody had that serious look but occasionally laughed and cheered. I still feel like crawling under my comfort or should I just drink to it and snap out of it? I got booze at home l'orishirishi.
