Absolutely no problem, I have traveled to Nigeria with 8days left on my passport and came back with just 2days left. When asked I told the immigration officer that I will renew it when I get to the UK.

Hello guys, I'm also facing the same problem. I'm travelling out to Nigeria next month and my Nigerian passport expires in July. whilst it's been confirmed that travelling out shouldn't be a problem.....how about travelling back to the UK? Is the 6 months validity rule on passport going to be a problem entering back? Thanks in advance.

Please I need your urgent response. I'm visiting Nigeria on the 15th to be back to the UK on the 28th March. My passport expires on the 15th April.
I have done my biometrics since 13th February but haven't gotten the new passport yet.

Will I be allowed to leave Nigeria and enter the UK with a passport that expires in 18days?

My BRP is valid till 2027, I'm just confused, don't know why the passport renewal is taking this long.

I will encourage you to go for the MSc health psychology if you meet the criteria. I took health psychology as a unit in my undergraduate studies and I can tell you it is worth specializing in it.

if you can meet the criteria of the school I will advise you opt it for that since it a core specialized Psychology. In terms of hunting for job you won’t face any issues. UK is only interested in you capable of doing the job! Much emphasis is not placed on certificate! Don’t be surprised you might even have an higher certificate than your boss in the office.

I have Bsc public health and it's one of the criterias although, they said on the site that the offer would be subject to a interview

Cos I saw a school that accepts Applicants for MSc health psychology if they have a background in health related course like nursing or public health but haven't been registered with the British psychology society.

Also, would this not be an issue when job hunting?

Doesn’t matter if you’re main or assistant. As long as your job meets the requirements of tier 2 & your employer is happy to issue you a COS for visa, you’re fine.

But you cannot do the bolded. The PSW is strictly for job search, cannot study on it or extend it. Perhaps, you can request for a curtailment, leave the country and reapply for a study visa. However note that most institutions cannot issue you a CAS for another level 7 study in the U.K. Reason ( most times) being that there’s no progression from previous studies or level.

I have an offer for MSc Psychology conversion course.
You once said after such course, one can only work as an assistant psychologist. My question is
1) can a assistant psychologist get a tier2 sponsor?
2) if no, during the 2yrs psw, can one do another 1yrs MSc in psychology to specialize so as to get a tier2 sponsor?

It's better you wait till this global issue ends. Why the rush ? Even no students on campus now and they cannot give you a concrete answer as they themselves don't know when this Coronavirus issue will ends. Western countries are loosing their citizens in hundred everyday. So this not a time to take such step. When everything is normalized then one can continue.

Hello guys, great work you're doing here.
Well, I have an issue and I would need your advice.
I'm about paying part of my fees but I live in ph and the state is currently in lockdown due to the pandemic I no one knows how long it would remain this way. Can I go ahead to pay the fees or should I wait till the ban on restriction of interstate movement is lifted because, I wouldn't want to pay the fees and not be able to travel out of the state for the visa interview as at when due besides, I dont know if I would be eligible for a refund if that happens.
