Congratz to you Laura-Dabrat,those dishonest cameroonian doctors haven't stopped with making money but not serving the people.

laura da brat: greetings guys.just had my interview today with my wife and i want everybody to help me thank God.
we went to the embassy at 7.00am.joint the gueue.
we saw so many pple there and was a little bit scared because we r young.paid the normal fees in local currency, did fingerprint and waited for our numb to pop up.
at abt 11.30am our number poped up and behold it was a white lady.i am sure she must be at her late 30s or so.then we started.
co:good morning
me:gud morning
co:i can c u r in e university,what yr?
me:final yr
co;how old r u;
me:bla bla:
...............................................................

CONGRATULATIONS man, this is a second testimony coming from cameroon. We pray God for more. You are very right about those doctors, especially the one in Wellstar Clinic where I did mine, extremely unreliable.I spent about 2 and half weeks before I was given my medicals. I think its high time the embassy knew about this.
Just as you said, many Kamer people are malinformed about how to prepare for interviews. We could try as much to introduce our Kamer friends here to get well equipped before interviews.

HELLO HOUSE. GOOD NEWS FROM CAMEROON
I had my Interview yesterday Feb 19 in the US embassy in Yaounde. Cameroon,
I arrived Yaounde Friday to collect my Medical cert, there I met a guy and a girl who where also scheduled the same day as I was at 9 and 10 am respectively. I was scheduled at 11. I decided to stay Yaounde till the D-day
Yesterday I arrived the embassy some few minutes after 9 am, while being checked in I saw the lady I met in the clinic leaving the embassy, breathing out seriously in relief, she told me she already had her interview even before her interview time and it was successful. I realised then that I would've been interviewed even before the scheduled time. (No wahala)
I descended down to the interview hall and on my way I also saw the guy I met in the clinic running out as fast as he could. It appeared he didn't photocopied some of his documents. (Panic Attack to?? No I cast and bind)
I went in, collect a piece of paper with a code, and waited for my code to show up on the electric board right infront where people sit.Subsequently it did, I paid the $330 =174,000CFA, there I summited my documents and continue the waiting for about an hour and half. I was called upon to give my finger print in another counter. around 1:45 pm or less, my code flashed on the electronic board, and was directed window7
THE INTERVIEW
CO:I will take your finger print again to check if these are you documents
Me: Ok
CO: put you first finger on the machine
Me: I did
CO: ok
CO:I see you a a graduate in blablabla, from the univeristy of blablabla
Me: yes
CO: Ok, what do you want to do when u arrive US
Me: I want to continue to masters in blablabla
CO: Ok, do you have any relative in US
Me: No
CO: ok, the person you'll live with in US, who is he to you
Me: its a coursin.
CO: ok, (removed the yellow shit, wrote on it) CONGRATULATION.SCome this day and collect your visa
Me: Ok, thank you Sir

The guy I talked about was put in administrative processing. Please prepare WELL BEFORE ENTERING THE EMBASSY. And Also PRAY.
thanks to every forumites for the endless discourse. BABA TEMMY TAMMY,I appreciate.

Imcool: Your question has been rightly addressed by gurus in d house but i feel telling u my experience will be of great help to u and other forumist yet to go for their interview. I and my wife were scheduled for 10am on our interview date but i received a call from d embassy around 5pm on d previous day to my interview date to come as early as 7am and join d immigrant line(thank God we weren't working wit d initial 10am and also dat we were not dat far away from d embassy @ the time of receiving d call. If not, we would av been confused and disturb). We got to d embassy around 6:45am and we were numbers 2 and 3 on d immigrant line. Just 5mins of our arrival, d gate was opened and we're called in. So my advice is dat u should go as early as possible, pls don't work wit ur 11am scheduled tym. It's better to be there early and even wait if need be than to get there late. Try to go early as doing so will help u overcome any unforeseen circumstance. BEST OF LUCK!

THANKS IMCOOL FOR THE LIL TIPS

Alex,I am in Cameroon. I would advise you to wait and get your interview letter, they'll direct you about everything. you only need nonconviction, medicals cert and all your original docs. Nonconviction can be made only in th division you were born( which town where you born?), medicals is made in Yaounde, there are two clinics that they direct you.

femsoj: To God be the glory. This is Oluwafemi posting live from Philadelphia. I left Nigeria on the 31th of Jan and I got to the United state on the first of Febuary. Hoston was by port of entry and another great favour I received from God was that I did not spentmore than 10minutes with the immigration. Someone took me to a room where the envelope was collected from me. My finger print was taken and also my picture. I was told that my green card would be send to me and that I should go the nearest social security office to register for my social security number. That was all. Nobody ask for the immunisation sheet and the x ray envelope I give thanks to the Almigthy God for what he had make me to achieve through the contribution of everyone in this forum and I pray that may everyone in this forum continue to receive the undiluted favour of God.I love you all.

CONGRATZ and AMEN!!!

greetings to the HOUSE, I just did my police certificate (in Cameroon, we call it certificate of nonconviction), But I couldn't do ALL my medicals in one GO, (COST=102,000 CFA = 33,399 NAIRA)
I had the following test
- x-ray,
-Blood sample,
-weight and
-height measurement,
-eyesite checkup,
-remaining physical examination(3mins checkups) and vaccines. I couldn't do it since the NAUGHTY doctor refused entertaining two of us who came 15mins past 7 a.m.
Those who even did theirs today where told to come back in a weeks time to collect their medical certificate.

DOES IT TAKE THAT LONG THERE IN NIGERIA ? ? ?

@SPOONDER, REMEMBER we are the februarians, What is your LEVEL of prepartion
