hello house..here i am in canada.����...i will like to share my poe cuz i was abit concernd abt that before leavg nigeria..and cuz my cousin was once denied at d POE..my journey was smooth.the distance frm casablanca to montreal was jst tiring cuz i went with my daughtr...but thank God,i Got to montreal airport lately ,was asked to go to immigratn 1...and our conversatiom goes thus.....

Aftr 5min he called me bck and handed it over to me,he asked if my daughtr was on studnt visa too ,i answerd No and he said welcome to canada ,you can go fr ur baggage pls...
i was surprised nothg was asked,no questn..nothg
meanwile i saw other pple with thorough checking ,some were directed to immigration 2,i met some sitting down and left them still sitting ...
I return all the glory to the Almighty God and i want us to alwys put evrythg befr God...my prayer point was alwys (GOD I DNT WANT ANY DELAY AT THE POE ,DEY SHLD JUST HAND OVER MY STUDY PERMIT AND SAY WELCOME TO CANADA) i actually got it d way i wanted...atyms wen im prayg i usually say is it possible but now i knw my God is awesome....i pray fr every1 waitg for response fr visa shall have a positive response IJN.

@makano,i got my student visa without any part paymt of tuition fee...i didnt pay cus i dnt want any drama of refusal and still struggling on how to get a tution refund but now im being scared that they might ask at the poe...wht response do i give incase , then pls what are the likely document and questions that could be asked at the poe ,couple with the fact dat im going with my 4yrs daughter .And pls any1 who can give an advice about getting an apartment at toronto or ready to share can plz buzz me

Check out for kindergarten or preschool in Canada then you should secure admission for your daughter ONLINE
Use the admission letter and other necessary documents to apply for study permit for your daughter
They will definitely grant her visa cause I see no reason why they won't grant her visa.
You should tell them in your sop how important your 3 years old daughter should come to stay with her mother.

We don't know how long it will take the visa officer to grant your daughter visa
: your visa is 2 years, you can come back anytime to Nigeria within the 2 years, all you need is to book a flight ticket.
You can even come to Nigeria to charge your phone
You don't need any visa within your 2 years visa duration.

Moreover, if you're to resume school this winter, I will advise you to travel to Canada and secure admission for her in person then you should apply for her study permit. You will now come back home in the spring holiday (April, may) to carry your daughter

I did,I send the appeal form with supporting documents and evidence.I just hope the lord is on my side..its God decision to decide,he would favourably consider me..
