The reason I decided to wait was because I took it as my last ride for the day. It was around 5:10, 5:15 ish when they booked me.

I don't pick ride once it's past 5:30 cuz I have difficulty seeing at night even with my glasses.

And I think this is one of the reasons Bolt can't work for me cuz I learn Bolt drivers make more at night cuz people are willing to pay anything during night hours.

Well, we learn everyday! I'm sure you learned one or two things from that incident. The e-hailing drivers I know have no much time to waste because they move like 'every second count'. I've heard a lot about the experiences of e-hailing drivers especially from unreasonable riders and I think anyone willing to join them need a whole lot of orientation first.

It's actually a lucrative business, forget what many of them are saying, it is lucrative. Not everyone of them would tell you that they're making money. But one must examine his strength for long term driving, incident handling, knowing when to fight and when to let go, a whole lot is involved.

Most importantly, I would still advise doing e-hailing with a target in mind. And once the target is met, quit and do sth meaningful for your life so you recover from the pressure of having to be on the road at all times.

No be all of them dey behave like that oh. One day like that I went to pick some of them at a hotel. We already agreed price. When I got there I called and then he pleaded with me to give them 5 minutes and said "he go show me love." I waited for another 30 minutes. They eventually came out, I drove them to their destination.

I blame you for this 💯. You're an e-hailing driver and you go to wait for some people for 30 whole minutes! Listen to yourself now. In fact, they should have delayed you for 2 hours because they know you'll still wait 😂😂. That 30 mins on your app is enough to cover whatever amount they promised to give you.

When you do that kind of business, you do it with your brain.

It is very true, they make that kinds of money daily even more, especially when Uber was still around and many of them were on Uber platform.

But in my own personal opinion, driving isn't something you can do for long because it can be draining and tiring. But then, it depends on you. There's money in e-hailing business. But my advice is that you do it with a plan and do something much better when you've hit your target.
