If they're closing doors when the reality of not clinching the ADC ticket is gradually dawning, it might signal the prep to port to Makinde faction. Since a stitch in time, they say, saves nine.🖍️🏃 |
CuteTj:Even while it is stated in the rule that you can not engage in private business while serving your country as a minister. Is that not the reason Tunji Ojo was almost fried sometime ago? And this is a lawyer, an attorney general, who makes legal policies for the country, making billions as a private citizen while collecting government salaries and allowances as a minister!! |
50 properties, only one man! Just in 8 years as a minister!!!!!!!! Devil is a liar. |
chopnaira:I have never taken Dele Momodu seriously but he just said the obvious. All obidients should gather and see this quote because it speaks to them directly. In addition, I expect Peter Obi to gather his obidients and call their attention to this quote. |
Now this is an eye opener. If you break coconut on your head because of some politicians whom you think are beefing each other, na you sabi. They know where they meet. Forget the tantrums they throw online. It's just for you people to have something to talk about |
His lovers would say he is humble...as if they would see his break light when he wins the next election |
His tenure in the Senate for the four tenures must be appraised and all the developments he has brought to his constituency be identified and audited. If he's done well economically, security-wise that is measurable they can vote him in. But if he's just there and not really bringing that development to his constituency, especially in the area of formal education, then he needs to leave. It's not all about shouting and criticizing in the Senate, what are your constituents benefiting from his representation. |
I could see some funny comments up there tho. All I know is that you can not trivialize or criminalize that profession just because a few are perverts. If, as a woman, you feel violated by a male gynaecologist, you have a right to press charges in a competent court of law. Not everything should be brought online for content. On the other hand, you need to be open-minded when visiting a gynaecologist, because you visit him because you need help. So, for you to preoccupy your mind with the thoughts of meeting a pervert before hand is quite wrong. Alternatively, you can request for a female doctor, if that's what you're comfortable with. |
treesun:Is this man a pastor, political commentator or analyst? If as a member of his church, this is the person whom you take as your prophet or spiritual leader, you are OYO. |
mayor1814:Obi and Atiku are worlds apart in character and ideologies, they have no business being together in the same party. And their supporters are doing them more damage than good. Anywhere obidients go is always chaotic and I expect Obi to have cautioned them because it only reflects the segment of the population he represents as well as the caliber of following he controls. Remember that Fubara had to caution his supporters (including the obidients who suddenly became his emergency lovers just because he was fighting his benefactor) at a point when he discovered that they were demarketing him indirectly by there actions. I've never heard Obi caution his people and this is not helping him. How would you be in a race with someone who is equally qualified, ambitious and interested in contesting for a ticket and all you could do is consistently gaslight him by saying he is too old and he should take the back seat, bla bla bla! who does that.?? I don't want to believe this is the kind of a person Peter Obi is. Therefore he should caution his followers. |
Amotolongbo:Ask me oo....very unserious people with entitlement mentality. It appears she would go and give Atiku the instructions on who and when to post because she's the one feeding him and sponsoring his political ambition. Nonsense and ingredients. |
Svoboda:.....and it's the same reason 18 out of their 19 governors are already in APC! Imagination is free. God will keep all of us beyond 2027. The elections will unveil the reality. |
AMINDA:I shake my head for the reasoning of you people sometimes. Tinubu left SDP to form his own party (AD), left to form AC which later metamorphosed into ACN and merged with CPC to form a mega party to wrestle power from the incumbent in 2015. That is more like when you work for a company and later leave to establish your own company and later merge forces with others to upgrade into a conglomerate. Peter Obi, on the other hand, was in APGA, and moved to other parties in search of presidential tickets even while he never wanted to align with democratic principles of clinching the ticket by contesting for it in a widely contested party primaries. Are they the same? |
That was avoidable! You've played for super eagles in the past, meaning you must have made some fortune. If, as a footballer, you've played professionally when you're young, you should invest and retire early. You have no business being on the pitch beyond 35. Because whether you accept that fact or not, your young and agile years ends at 35. So, you should mind the kind of activities you engage in beyond that age. RIP anyways. |
Only God knows why these people can't see anything wrong with this "get rich or die trying" syndrome. For crying out loud, drug is not the only business they can do to make money. There are lots of legitimate businesses out there but they're just hellbent on bringing shame to their country, community and families. |
lanreni:Haba! Why do you people always like to add 2 plus 2 on a public matter! The guy has never mentioned Obi in his comment yet you just said he's Obi's hater!! That's not right now. Anyways, we're all entitled to our own opinion, provided it's not infringing on the rights of anyone. |
Richtaiwo:Oga, this stone you're throwing ehn, some online trolls will come and insult you o.... better get prepared |
These people never seize to amuse me. They're only always interested in chaos and nothing else. I remember when Fubara was having issues with Wike and Tinubu intervened but Fubara was busy giving it to Wike and Tinubu left, right and center, they suddenly became his emergency lovers and were always online hailing him and cheering him on. Now as a politician that he is, he has seen the light and now singing praises of Tinubu and his so called emergency lovers and gone mute, obviously disapproving his new stance 😂😂😂😂😂 |
HacheNoire:He's fully aware. He's only living in denial. |
HacheNoire:Abeg just leave them alone. They're inconsequential..... These are the eligible voters organizing rallies and warming up for the polls while some hate mongers (with 90% of them lacking the basic requirement - voters card -are busy playing politics of bitterness online). I think I told them this before, the ship of the 2027 polls have long sailed ashore. But some people are still facing leadership, factional and party-hijacking crisis and touring the courts even when elections are less than 10 months away. Smh |
Let's be real here, you are being ungrateful and irresponsible for saying you can only pay them in September (5 months from now). That is not fair. These loans are not the kind of loans you take on probability. Of course, we know that life happens but you would have been paying bit by bit. Even if they're adding interest, at least, it will reflect in your account that you're struggling to pay and they will see it. I can only wish you whatever you wish yourself because this mentality is somehow. We are all human and will always need their assistance at some point but it's always good you keep a good record because you never know when or where you would need them again and they will be there waiting. |
dibunotion:We must develop sudden empathy for the masses so they can vote for us.. unfortunately, it's most likely going to be the highest bidder kinda thing when the time comes but we no dey give shishi 🏃🏃🏃 |
HacheNoire:You are obviously not an Ibadan man. So, it's better you don't dab into it because you can not understand. |
HacheNoire:This your comment is not very okay. There is one fact people fail to understand. I don't want to know how many millions you bought your land, all lands belong to the government. And when government wants to use it, especially for development, they pay compensation they don't buy. In addition, remember that this circular road passes through undeveloped areas of oyo state where each plot of land in some of those places might not even be worth 700k. Were you expecting the government to pay them 50 million Naira each? You people need to think deeply before making comment on public forum like this. |
Onegai:I agree with you. Tho, not 100%. Your first point on commercial planes flying themselves (very true), but I'm sure, if you were to travel to, say, canada today and you have an option to choose between a plane flown by human and the one flown by AI, as of today (2026), I'm sure you would opt for the one flown by human. This might change much later but that's today's reality. Remember I said in my post that the jobs that are still insulated from the effects of AI as of today are the ones that still needs human trust, feels and accountability. On telemedicine, if it is pharmaceuticals, I will agree with you. But for invasive procedures, I'm very sure you would agree there's a need for human intervention even if it is just to watch and monitor. Why do you think we still have nurses and doctors earning excellently well in advance countries today? Also, imagine going for a dental operation where a robot is supposed to be the one working on you, we might get there much later but we are not there yet. On the effects of AI on our brains and intellectual activities, it is just unfortunate this is happening but then, you must we will do at this point is to embrace it and use it to our advantage. We cannot control it but we can take advantage of it. Thank you. |
pharmagba:It all boils down to lack of coherence and contentment. He rubbished his political career in that party when he came up with the narrative of using the party to maintain relevance and saying ADC was for 2027. What was wrong with using the same party he used to gather votes in 2023 to pursue his 2027 ambition. If he had stayed and intervened the leadership crisis bedeviling the party at the time, he would have gained enough ground now to even call the shots and not this one he's going about shopping for a party that has no ambition but only willing to dash out it's presidential ticket. Wetin concern me 🏃🏃🏃 |
brain54:Yes, you are right. It's not that AI can not replace those things but I mean, the need for accountability would not make those professions easily replaceable. Besides, remember that when it has direct link with wellness and survival, it can not be completely left in the hands of AI. This is because anything can go wrong, someone needs to be accountable. Look at graphics, you create stuffs with prompts and you are at liberty to rephrase your prompts until you achieve perfection or what you want. The same can not be said for surgery, nursing or aviation where any slight errors in the prompt can make an aircraft intended for London as destination might end up in Australia. Or any miscommunication with a surgeon ends up pulling off his patients intestines instead of just shifting it in a procedure. In summary, we need to evolve just as fast and accept this AI as an assistive tool in any sector we find ourselves. Going to spend 4 good years in the university is basic but in the process, embrace AI to solidify and get you well grounded in that course. It is really an eye opener for the new upcoming generations. |
Mariangeles:The only skills that are still somehow insulated from the effects of AI now are the ones that still need human trusts and accountabilities. Such as nursing, driving, surgery, and aviation. |
Dalohad:Tell us clearly, what his offense or crime to you is, for you to demand his removal. Or don't tell me you're only following the trendy blindly without a fact or reason! |
Na the receptionist make the man wifeless and the woman husbandless. I hope the receptionist is not interested in the husband 😂 just asking, orisirisi🏃🏃🏃 |
ZombieTERROR:I never mentioned anything like rigging here. But one fact I want you to know is that any politician who defects to another party he's not defecting in isolation, he's going into the new party with all his eligible supporters. I found out that 85% of the people that make noise and complain Nigeria is bad Nigeria is not good do not even have voters card. It is one of the reasons the ADC is allegedly trying to prioritize membership card over the voters card. How do you expect that to work? My brother, I think politics should be left for the politician while the masses only exercise their rights to vote. |
Honestly...at this point, I have no energy to tell anybody what is glaring to the blind. If you like, keep shouting that Obi is the most popular politician in Nigeria.. you can even say that on election day, Tinubu will lose before 12noon. You're still very correct. But one thing is obvious! The people in government, who see things for themselves and the direction of how the country is going first hand are the ones defecting from one party to the other. It only simply means that you and the political office holders on seat do not see things from the same perspective. And that's the reason I'll really not need to explain anything to anybody again.
