He said he has Zelle funds for sale and paypal funds, we paid him, even after informing him the implication of trying to scam, but he felt he is above the law, maybe he has been getting away with scamming vulnerable Nairalanders, but I promise you, if you like use children in your village that you are using their bank account to scam people, so long as you are in Nigeria, you will be paraded very soon, I assure you that.

NOTE: before you do any exchange or transaction on Nairaland, please use a popular and known escrow, don't ever trust any Nairalander that you have no enough recommendations.

Don't ever pay to any exchanger or service provider here that is using Opay or any Online App account.

If any of them scam you, don't panic, gone are the days internet scammers go free......just make sure you have got enough proofs of the transaction and the service involved. Stay safe.

The question is why would I leave in the first place?
Simple answer is I was tired. Tired of the structure, staffing, poor opportunities, I felt stuck and just wanted more.
I wanted to see what's going on out there. I wanted to be part of a standard setting and reach for my dreams which seems impossible for me or would have taken so much time. This wasn't about money. It's about fulfilment.
So, my dream of working abroad started about 2 years after school of nursing. I was working but not happy, after going for post basic program, I still felt stuck somewhere even with a public service job. With all the experiences I don't want to bore is with, I finally made up my mind in October 2018.
Booked IELTS UKVI, in January and did the test March 1st. It came out well.
Then I searched for a potential employer, did the interview and was offered appointment.
So, paper work began.

What was your IELTS overall score

Are you a BSN nurse or diploma

What's your advice for someone seeking for an employer in UK after writing IELTS

Thanks for this refreshing thread, hoping to hear from you

1.....Ist of all, if working abroad is her aim, she should go to this link to get accustomed to the different routes and their requirements ....https://www.nairaland.com/2863557/nigerian-nurses-midwives-dream-working
2.....her age is on the high side for her qualification so at age 33 you would need to have a masters degree to get a reasonable score.
3.....ielts target score shouldn't be less than lrsw 8777
4......i think Australia requires her to be licensed to practice in Australia to meet the cut( confirm this info from the aussie thread)
5......you dont need 470 to get ITA sc0res as low as 440 have gotten in recent times(page 1 for details/Ircc website)
Lastly go to page 1 to get details for canadian permanent resident immigration process. Please note that immigrating to canada using her nursing education and experience doesnt automatically mean she can work as a nurse on getting there(refer to the link above for steps for licensure)

based on her age, that means no need for her to try then I guess since she doesn't have a masters

Enitan007:
You should have asked questions on those fields you are having problem with, so that people can help. Please try and use the CRS tool again and ask specific questions.

OK. Below are some of the questions:

1.) 7) Do you have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body?

Option A: Yes

Option B: No

2.) Do you have a nomination certificate from a province or territory?

Option A: Yes

Option B: No

Pls what should be the correct answers for the above

And like what score should be okay from the CRS evaluation tool

Thanks in advance

Owlette:
If you have read anything on this thread, you certainly won't be asking this question. Please go to page 1.

pls if u can assist, help me with direct answer pls. I have read through, tried calculating her possible score using the tool but the result I got was around 222, which from the testimonies shared here, won't get her ITA.

Help if u can pls, thanks

Hi everyone.

This thread came as a life saver.

A cousin was asking me about process of migrating to Canada or Australia as a nurse and I was totally naive, so I told her I will get back to her, so I started research and found this thread.

I have read here and noticed that the most chosen applicants CRS is 470 and above, so I want to know if she stands a chance because I tried using the CRS evaluation tool but couldn't comprehend some fields so the result was around 220.

Her profile below:

Age = 33

Marital status = single though engaged

Profession = Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (Bsc Nursing)

Years of experience = 3yrs +

She has nobody in Canada.

Please what's the likely score she would get if she is able to get 7777 in IELTS?

And how does she proceed to start the express entry process, including for Australia and New Zealand if possible so I can give her comprehensive and correct information pls.

Pardon my long post, someone knowledgeably on this should pls help.

4500 by 5400 px

But if you try to make the image background to be transparent on lunapic, lunapic doesn't allow that big size, they automatically change it to 1146 x 1375 px, how do you overcome this challenge?

iLegendd:
You see, the devil thinks he's smart. I uploaded my first design yesterday and hibernated my computer before going to bed. I woke this morning and tried to power it, but it refused.

I shut and powered it more than 5 times, yet no way. I laughed, dumped it and used my phone to design it online via www.canva.com, then resized it with www.resizeimage.net and uploaded on www.merch.amazon.com

After uploading it, the devil looked and me and said, "Shey, you're stubborn? I destroyed your computer so that you won't succeed in this business yet you went ahead and used your phone." And I'm like, "Nike. You haven't seen anything."

whats the required image size by merch?

It's not just Obasanjo alone, all Nigerian politicians seems to be involved in ritual sacrifices because politics in Nigeria is not just a dirty game, it is a very deadly dance of life and death that only the heartless and brutal can engage and succeed, else, you will be eliminated, so let nobody disregard Kemi's claims just like that.‎
