Tpharell:Is it only MBENEFIT self If they don't offload, how will some others be able to buy? How will institutional investors be able to have their fill? I felt yesterday's triggered panic was to make people push out their holdings, just my opinion, I may be wrong. ** Caveat: Not any form of advice** |
Bids available for most of the insurance companies..... MBENEFIT entered full bid in early hours....offers available at today's high... AIICO touched day's high.....offers surfaced....inching back up slowly... Official letter now issued by NAICOM.... * NAICOM orders that preparations should commence by the insurers..... * Deadline for re-capitalization: July 30, 2026 |
nosa2:In still trying to get how to navigate thru the site but it's looking complex to me It's not very simple like NL threads, maybe it's because I'm used to NL, could be much simpler than NL eventually. I sincerely wish we could all migrate there to develop the site. Any success with inviting Oga Wanaj0 and Oga Oracle? |
INSURANCE RE-CAPITALIZATION * NAICOM inaugurates 11 member committee to oversee insurance re-capitalization * Committee chaired by Oluwatoyin Charles, Director of Supervision at NAICOM * Committee's primary responsibility: To oversee the implementation of the re-capitalization program https://www.google.com/amp/s/businessday.ng/insurance/article/naicom-innaugurates-11-member-committee-to-oversee-insurance-recapitalisation/%3famp

Ginalex:Lol. 😁 Rotten tomatoes he's supposed to buy and make good profits both now and in near future, at least +50% gain from the day I mentioned it to him, he was busy badmouthing them. Who is he doing? 😁 If he likes let him not keep eye on the next rally in insurance...... Quite a lot of interests in the sector.....even from institutional investors......and MMs have the mandate to work for the companies to help them achieve the recap aim. |
LINKASSURE closed @2.70 (lowest 2.45) SUNU closed @6.35 (lowest 5.99) GUINEAINS closed @1.62 (lowest 1.51) They closed higher than today's lowest prices ... * Movements in each of the stocks will give us a pointer on which ones have very active MMs. * Bargain hunters take note, keep track of movement |
This pullback or profit taking may be short lived......from observation. Quite a lot of buying activities also going alongside the sales.... Volumes also matters in the course of buying and selling..... Quite a lot of volume picks especially in Insurance Sector.. Let's see how market goes tomorrow and Monday first..... * Profit taking and pullback is normal after days of rallying.. |
EDUECO:Revealing to who and who actually? Those pocketing profits? Or those positioning for next batch of rally? Now Ellahlakes is back at 17 |
EDUECO:Must you just keep spamming this thread.... Too many repetitive posts within a day.. Na wa for you o |
Jijoist and profit takers well done oo Chai!! GUINEAINS still remains on full bid...... *Guinea bowing to pressure* Many buyers still picking as at now... AIICO, about 30m offers cleared before now... Quite a lot picked it...... Quite a lot of activities in insurance sector and Ellah within few minutes No thanks to delayed data from NGX After this profit taking, market will stabilize...... |
SonofElElyonRet:Street will have Ellah nah. Same thing he did with Oando He has and still badmouthing it.. Let EDUECO be deceiving himself, thinking somebody dey behind him. |
EDUECO:😁 Let me dash you one rotten tomato again...... Pick some Oando and keep... ** Hope you can see Ellah lekos firing in market.... |
EDUECO:Ok sir. Let's enjoy the full bid first..... At least , they can't go back to their kobo kobo in a very long while to come.... ![]() |
AIICO @5.11 full bid.... LINKAGE @2.99 full bid UNIVINSURE @1.60 full bid.. CONHALL @6.19 full bid.. VERITASKAP @3.06 full bid.. MANSARD @21.42 full bid.. MBENEFIT @4.26 full bid.. SUNU @7.31 full bid.... CORNERSTONE @9.34 CHAMS @2.99 ELLAH @19.42 JAIZ @5.45 |
ELLAHLAKES, INSURANCE on full bid..... The more some are selling, the more bids are surfacing... Bids swallowing offers.... Ellah @19.42 LEARN AFRICA.... |
Fred2020:No wasting of time..... The recap issue was once raised but insurers asked for more time......if I can still recollect what happened for the suspension very well.... Now, no going back according to the authorities......and seems some had commenced before this reform approval. Whosoever sell may not be able to buy much lower again, all things being equal. ** This is purely my opinion pls. |
Zagee:You've been speaking in parables.... SUNU? ** Ok. It's Ellahlakes going by the calculations. |
I know some people were just not happy Insurance Sector which they've so much detested are delivering in market.... Ordinarily the sector is much undervalued and, with the new good news, they should deliver well. If banks can be transformed, so also insurance sector. We continue to see how market handles this over time. In fact, the time is even shorter self. |
Re-capitalization was clearly stated for insurance sector, why will someone still call this a trap, even after enjoying capital gains, and still enjoying. So 1year is too long to plan a re-capitalization? If you're the CEO of one of the companies, you'll canvase for a month? Banks were given 2yrs, the 2yrs wasn't long but insurance one year is long? ![]() Let's stop displaying ignorance here pls. If you don't know, simply ask instead of forming Oga on top wetin you no understand how the industry works. Let's understand that our comments matters a lot and we have to be cautious if we don't have facts. |
megawealth01:Don't tell me you don't know Kpakus...😁 |
mikeapollo:Are you reading their own posts at all? |
PETERiCHY:Kpakus on full bid @17.66 😁 Not even available on the floor now.... Most of the sales we see are cross deals from one customer's account to another *Edited.....msg passed* |
Phlinx:Those two aren't smiling......😁 Also MBENEFIT Holders holding tight..... |
Insurance on full bid...... Investors scampering for the few available... This sector has really suffered and way undervalued, thanks for the Reform Act bringing their values out now.... NEM is really competing with Custodian...... UNIVINSURE vexing.......the bids much... |
aj8:Oga AJ8, your inbox is full, mails unable to deliver. Kindly increase the storage MB or tidy it up by deleting some unwanted mails. Thanks |
Locotrader:Your post yesterday morning. Was reading forum updates to see your comment on the last sentence. How convenient to forget so easily.... ![]() |
Umehj88:Thank God say same you that brought the office premise pics is also the one that brought the Mill pics. We go all dey alright las las. Street, again, has made many to miss this Ellah train.......and myself and some others reminded him about Oando and cautioned him but he never listen. ![]() It's on full bid @16.06 since market opens and the bids increasing..... |
Phlinx:It's still delaying till now.....running behind schedule... The trade engine has been showing this sign for long but no one seems to have paid attention yet... Let them share no allow it to crash before they fix it |
brotherly:Let's just allow this Edueco guy to keep reeling in pains of missing out. At least I told him to buy before the insurance rally started. Let's stop replying him Meanwhile, ELLAHLAKES @16.06 full bid ![]() |
I told Loco that Insurance bull isn't his call... Most of them on full bid now... Let's see how far you can crash it |
When I logged in and see traffic like this, I know something must have happened 😁 Trading is ongoing.... It's connecting now......issue is from NGX..... Some disconnections again...... they're probably trying to fix it Insurance bull continues as usual.. |
Locotrader:You've sold and needs to carry some others along so you can all together crash the price to another loading junction? All well and good. Hope you didn't exit too early again. You are Targeting LINKASSURE too? Let's see what happens there once you and your faithfuls finish selling. This one no be Loco's affair again, it's the whole industry's affair. |
