ADint:Fashion design outlet in Akoka Lagos has a Bentley worth that amount and you think everyone will buy that one? When it is not places like VI? Who are those buying from his stores? Unilag students? Scammers are very hard work entrepreneurs no one disputes that! Take a sample view of Wrangler, Talk to Me Boutique, all in Lagos, are you saying they are not hard working enterprising beings as well? Even Adewale Taiwo was a hardworking, tax paying Engineer in the UK!!!! |
chidichris:Huh ![]() Are you a Yahoo Yahoo boy? What do you mean by ''deformation of character?'' Can you highlight any derogatory post(s) I made in respect to the boy. I simply mentioned that I am baffled how such a boy dressed in that manner, who has a poor grasp of communicating both in English and broken English could have accrued such an expensive car in Nigeria. Who and who are going to jail? I did not paste the pictures on facebook. He did it himself. So how does that result to my defamation of his character? If you know how facebook works, you would know that the guy intentionally wanted the whole of facebook to see his pictures. He deliberately tagged Nigerian superstars on facebook to his pictures. These superstars have thousands of friends on their profile, and it therefore makes it easy for people to see the pictures easily. If he wanted a low profile, without making noise about his arrival, he would not have come on the world-wide-web to paste those pictures and made them public for all to see. |
Sky-walker:Now you understand what I have been saying since! A car currently worth over £150,000. Tell me what business he could have done to buy such a car and put in such an apartment? The annoying aspect are the comments made by his friends. I would not say it is yahoo yahoo scam, but from those pictures, it is so easy to come to that conclusion. I just wonder, whether there is dignity in being sincerely hardworking in Nigeria. ![]() |
Sky-walker:You are very wrong. It is a shame to Nigeria. When he finishes his jail sentence in the UK, which country is he going to be deported to, even if his whole family (The Taiwos) are resident in heaven or the US? His sorry Stop arguing blindly please. |
debosky:Oh my, I goofed, referring to his Kehinde. Thanks for the clarification. Nemeziz9ja:Better ready for thanksgiving service this coming Sunday. Churches will continue to prosper, even with this economic recession.Sky-walker:If I am very right, you brought up cases not relevant to Nigeria with supporting links as well. You wanted to show that fraud is not inherent with Nigerians alone. I quite agree with you. However, we should begin to question ourselves, when people just suddenly in one day spring up with numerous inexplicable amount of money attributed to them, without any substantial evidence to show how they amassed such wealth. My bringing the picture which was on the internet from his profile; which he (Tunde) made public to all, was that fraud and inexplicable amount of money obtained by youth in our days is worrisome. We may try to deny the propensity of it, but it is there and we should be ashamed about it. |
Sky-walker:You are resident in the UK, I believe. Kindly tell me, whether your earnings in a whole year can buy you that kind of car (Bentley Continental)? I am sure this was how Taiwo began. We would often times create excuses for thieves and rogues and believe that they are honest. When the disgrace comes heavily, we deny that they are Nigerians or even have any inkling to us. Someone clearly identified the subject matter here to be his undergraduate colleague. I did not paste the boys picture on the internet. He did it himself. If he felt it was not ideal for it to be on the internet, he would not have snapped himself and uploaded it on the internet. Unfortunately, we celebrate crime in Nigeria, and it is a shame that the un-ideal has become the ideal in Nigeria. ![]() |
tpia:Can you kindly tell me what assumptions, I have made? The guy clearly stated he was the owner of the car on his profile. Everyone who posted there, congratulated him in respect to buying the car. Here is the link, if you are interested: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=30283641&id=1387436415#/album.php?aid=2016598&id=1387436415&ref=share I simply stated here, I am wondering what kind of job, he is doing to have such a valuable car to his person? What assumption have I made? And again, if you are anywhere near being a science student, you do know that science often times is based on assumption which are then analysed to become a fact. So I pray, what is your last statement about? Furthermore, all what you have stated above, are ''your assumptions.'' Would I be right to say, you are not wise? I remain wrong and subject to correction though if you can prove it so. |
Sky-walker:Evidences are available on facebook. If you are on facebook, all you have to do, is search for ''Tunde Wear it all.'' I maybe wrong as you have alluded, but his comments on facebook about the pictures indicates that he is sole owner of the car. |
What a bloody bastard that Taiwo Adewale is. I am sure Kehinde will be somewhere crying in regrets for him. No wonder BNP are seriously crying that work should be given to UK citizens first rather than immigrants who are even qualified for the position. Thank goodness, his IT manager at work detected him and made the information available to the police immediately. These days I am not fazed by the sheer wealth easily attributed to youth in our times. Yahoo Yahoo scams have become a logo with jobless and even some job-employed youths both in Nigeria and beyond. Of recent, I came across this picture (see below) on facebook, and I am still trying to phantom, what kind of job the young boy in Nigeria did to accrue a car worth over £100,000 to his personality. |
dapolam:Please spare us the arrogant attitude. What are the simple rules and regulations? When your followers like toksajayi were throwing invectives and attacks on personality, why did you not caution him/her? Questions are being asked at you, you are simply ignoring them. dapolam:What is the thread about? Who is contesting for election here? DAPO LAM ADESINA. So what do you mean by your name is at stake here? You want the votes of the masses, stick with what you get. You really need someone to coach you with politics seriously. Where is the sycophant called ''creativity''? dapolam:Please give us your answers and stop with the cyber-theatrics. Nigerians want us answers. You had once been in the position of influence, you messed it up big-time. What grounds or justifications do you have now, that makes you qualified for the seat in Abuja? dapolam:This is why Nigeria will never progress. You have surrounded yourself with dull minded individuals who will rather tell you to ignore the voice of the masses. Stay off from the people that you intend to represent? Or you think people asking you questions do not have a stake with their constituency and state? You are really sounding as a practical joke. dapolam:The issue here is not about the id's. It is about topics bothering on the nation. Are you ready to address that, or you want to be scrutinizing id's before you can respond to the people? Please what is the best for the nation, I do wish to know? What system are we even talking of? A system spoilt by the likes of your father who had the opportunity to develop Oyo State but rather mis-managed the resources at his hand? Afenifere indeed! dapolam:Are you sure? Time will tell. dapolam:You can go if you want to. There are far better people in Nigeria who will do a better and honest job than you. Oyo state politics is not an Adesina affair. Please you are better off excused. What pomposity! dapolam:Right. Even on your facebook group, opposing views are most times deleted. Here you are, talking of maturity. Please Dapo, go and face your Engineering. dapolam:NO. You accepted the challenge, be a man and respond to him. Or are you no longer a man of your words? Is this what we should be expecting when you get to Abuja? Say one thing and turn around to do another thing completely opposite. Nigeria is in trouble! |

@ Poster, You have nothing to worry about. I remember when last I traveled from Nigeria, I took a charter from Ibadan (Gate) direct to MMA Lagos. The price I paid was As for your case, there are special taxis operating within MMA itself that are registered and can take you to your destination. I know of a friend of mine who commutes to Ibadan from Abuja often and whenever he lands at MMA via Virgin Nigeria, he charters a direct taxi from the Airport straight to Ibadan. I think he pays between ![]() All the best. |

I did not paste the pictures on facebook. He did it himself. So how does that result to my defamation of his character?
