Change !!!!!! It's Happening. SaiBuhari |
Opiosko:Fine you? |
ifyan:I do. Beside today exchange rate was 215 @ Wurumaliko BDC Niger State |
Waspy:You write bro, i wonder why people spend up to a million naira on just wedding parties. When a wedding can be organised, with just 100k. i see nothing wrong in the op taking his wife to court then head back home and then buy foods from any of the eateries around with chicken laps. At least 20-30 Guest is ok. and even if he spends N3,000 per food per individual making N90K at most. That is ok. He sleeps well and live happily ever after. |
Freemanan:Am so much in love with this. Its unique and nice. I love the idea behind it! |
IyaIode:Yes all that for our president. Isnt this great? They love our president so much. SaiBuhari!!!! |
IyaIode:You shouldn't have replied him I think the Hausa's are the right people to employ in fighting corruption Their lifestyle of been OK with what they have, is one that's needed. This is one reason I support a Haisa / Fulani leadership head for Efcc. |
BrokenTV:I don't get you sir. You mean my addition of the sentence Tanoids love you the most? |
People are talking is state, you are calling Akwa Ibom. People are talking of Inuagral speeches, and you brought this up. Let me ask you who are those calling you and asking for his speech? |
Awww my General!!! My President!!! So good looking. APC loves you, But Tanoids love you the most. |
NgeneUkwenu:It also baffles me, how people compare Fashola to Akpabio. When it is clear that these two are clearly of different league. Fashola is an achiever, but I can't say for Akpabio. Too sad Akpabio stole Akwa Ibom's Money |
Introduction There is always a divide as to the question _ Are entrepreneurs Born or Made. However many response ae in support of the divide that Entrepreneurs are born, not made – that what leads someone to become a successful entrepreneur has more to do with their personality and innate qualities than anything learned through formal education. Entrepreneurs Born The biographies of several successful entrepreneurs _ as Richard Branson, Alan Sugar and Theo Paphitis, all of whom left school at 16 to make their own way in the world of business, add to the impression that entrepreneurs are born not made. The idea that certain entrepreneurial traits – such as being able to spot opportunities, think differently and take risks – may be inherent has even led to a whole new area of genetic research. Other stories to support the notion of entrepreneurs been born includes - Story of the Walmart, Jae Yong etc. My View: My view on this has largely been affected due to my Atheistic Believe that nothing is inherent/genetic; That we are products of who we work to be _ Everything we are, We struggle and Work for. However, recently i am beginning to drop this ideology, to the other side of the divide that entrepreneurs are born and not made. Reason For Question: In time past, i have always argued that if i am handed just N1 Million, i will invest and become rich to the likes of Dangote, Otedola, A. A Rano, Wale Tinubu, Bello Osaghie, Pascal Dozie, Mike Adenuga but to mention a few. Today, am in that spot (have the necessary resources) which i have always dreamt to be in other to rise to the height of Dangote etc. and have found out its not easy brainstorming or finding that right idea or been a successful entrepreneur. All these got me thinking, are successful entrepreneurs born or made or lucky? Note: i don't believe in luck. But couldn't help chipping this in Cc: |
ifyan:How realistic are the rates in bold? Cause i can tell you that i have called some of the best BDC in Abuja, Kano , Niger. No one giving me such rate. Or am i getting something wrong? If need be i can call you and we talk |
Punch Newspaper!!! Haba!!! This is sensational journalism at its worst and not professional journalism by Punch. This is not a fantastic piece of news worth publishing. What you are describing here is actually the norm in reasonable organisations. It's the practical thing to do. I am even surprised that with all the corruption we hear about in the National Assembly, our legislators actually used a car for four years! Motor vehicles are usually depreciated over four years. I am sure some people will read this and start posting irate comments with out prior thought. Lolol!!! The right thing to do is to monetize these items and get the outgoing officers to buy them at discounted prices that reflects the depreciation due to age and usage. This is similar to how companies sell off aging electronics, vehicles and gadgets to staff in house at discounted prices so as to recoup a portion of the initial investments made into acquiring those items in the first place and divest such proceeds into getting newer replacements. This is not news worthy. It's economics 101. Ymodulus |

Mandara Obusco tubo!!! I recall when Oshiomole signed the bill in edo state into law. Some people then tried to justify kidnapping with Unemployment in the nation. But taking a deep look into things, it should not be so. It is sickening how Nigerians try to justify crime with unemployment. As a matter of facts, there is no unemployment in Nigeria, what you have is waywardness brought about by pride. The government cannot employ everybody, it is not done anywhere not even in the old USSR or Cuba which ran and are still running some level of socialism. CramJones, you are doing the right thing in making a push towards signing the bill into law and honestly i would have done even more_ no court trial, catch them in the act and execute them on the spot. Everybody cannot be Bill Gates or Dangote. Family and social values have long been lost among Nigerians and we no longer know what will become of the generations born since the 80s who have never known any form of decency. Imagine a 60 years old man who is supposed to advice the young against evil is neck deep in the trade, he is supposed to be shot and fed to vultures.Humility in Nigeria and among Nigerians now means stupidity, ¨mumu¨ while a son or daughter who is a thief and cannot be trusted with any responsibility is the smart and wise one. The laws are now only on paper and not in the mind of anyone anymore. Those who are supposed to be the custodians of the law are themselves demon children and thieves. Democracy, politicians rule is not designed for Nigeria whether you like to hear it or not. The mind of the black man/Nigerian is too evil to allow mutual respect and regards for one another which is what democracy is all about. What Nigerians deserve and what will work best is give your instructions with a horse whip in hand, at the slightest sign of falling out of line correct such a mistake with a whip on the head and they will fall back in line anything else is a waste of time. Let me leave you with the words of Jack Kevorkian and i qoute "I will admit, like Socrates and Aristotle and Plato and some other philosophers, that there are instances where the death penalty would seem appropriate." -Jack Kevorkian WHEN IT COMES TO WAYWARDNESS, ANTI-SORRY I AM. SO I OWE NO ONE ANY APOLOGIES! Ymodulus |
