Aminat508:Saw your pm. But my mail not working. |
This byline is just pure-water speculation with little to no credible political intelligence. Buhari's major strength is that he is always seriously under-rated. That works perfectly for him. That was the main reason he was able to defuse all the time bombs in his path at the nomination phase of his candidacy at the APC. He also rode all the intrigues that played out when it came to selecting his Presidential Running Mate. The final story is yet to be written on that. The time is not ripe yet. It shall soon be in the public domain. It suffices to say that Buhari commands a crop of young and young-at-heart, intelligent and ultra-smart strategists. Abubakar Dangiwa Umar is one. Then, add Dambazau, Chibuike and Nasir. Oh, just so you know, Yemi Osinbajo is more than a VP to Buhari. |
egift:Mr egift. Get right the meaning of Connotative and Denotative words |
MuhdG:Yes he his my God. Does not necessarily means I worship him. But hold him in high esteem. He his my god could also mean he his my mentor , hero. |
dboss444:I tend to agree and not agree on this. However I just don't know how to put my thoughts on this down. As its more of economics than the topic. Opiosko:I will agree with you. And if I have to cheap something in like dboss444 said earlier on, I think if you want to be so rich. You have to just get dirty (I do not mean dirty NY killing people or cultist act like Nigerians belief) I mean trying to seek undue favor or manipulate things in the economy By romancing those in power. But in all, I don't see it a bad thing. I think its one of those things necessary to get to the top. And we should not term it bad. To be monopolistic |
@Opiosko, Atheist can vary on views but when it comes to the fact of if there is a God. They are one. Also nice signature, you have got there. You got me smiling. Don't let Seun see that |
The problem is we spend more on recurrent than on capital and as a start we should make it 60/40 percent on capital/recurrent respectively. The Governor should also check on ghost workers.Kaduna State civil servants are the least paid in the whole country and this should be adjusted. Secondly the Legislative salaries and allowances be reduced and there should be nothing as constituency allowances. What needs improvement is pensions and gratuity and should be paid on time. Thridly, I believe a state Governor should have the power to cut the salaries of its workforce as at when due against the backdrop of economic realities, for the greater good of the state. If a Governor cant so this, then whats the point of been a Governor? According to (Ymodulus, 2015. IMPACT OF MACROECONOMIC VARIABLES on ECONOMY), He said that vicissitudes of macroeconomics such as Exchange Rate , Inflation Rate, Interest rate, Money Supply and most importantly Unemployment among others makes it clear that the tendency to impose a minimum wage for all the states of the federation is a wrong move, which is in the long run is unfeasible. In all I believe El-Rufai, has all what it takes to govern Kaduna State, as he understands the needs, yearnings and problems of the Kaduna masses. He will make be a Good governor. 2023, it will be El-Rufai /Fashola. El-Rufai my God. My God I worship you sir. |
ginawest:I beg to disagree. Kano was just made such in other to be able to manipulate election polls by the PDP. If you are aware with the National Population Census Saga with former Festus Odumegwu, he said such that the last population census was marred with irregularities just to ensure results during election favours the past ruling party called the PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY. He was coerced to resign. “No census has been credible in Nigeria since 1816. Even the one conducted in 2006 is not credible. I have the records and evidence produced by scholars and professors of repute; this is not my report. If the current laws are not amended, the planned 2016 census will not succeed,” Mr. Odimegwu was reported to have said.http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/146783-jonathan-sacks-festus-odimegwu-as-population-commission-boss.html |
akins56:Lol. No she want to say its ABA. lol |
fulanimafia: ![]() You are funny |
Now I am fully convinced that the bank robbery some few months backs during the the former president Jonathan's campaign visit to Lagos was caused by the former president as rightly said by Fashola months back. But PDP criticized him and called him a liar. Now the truth is out. This isn't far fetched. President Jonathan was in town that day and according to the Lagos State Police Command, more than 2,000 men and women of the Police Force were on streets for that special assignment. It is not improbable that the robers capitalised on the shift in attention of security men and an unconscionable allocation of public security resources. Jonathan caused the bank robbery. |
DevilhimseIf:Call him anything you want to call hi. Bottom line is you don't reason halfway like he does. And the more you say this, the more you give him unknown power. Attention of any sort gives power. #Law6 ECOTERRORS:Wawa. Masu Nyamiri. Baku da Hankali |
omenka:Yes I did. She was not smart. I clearly recalled personally that she said Deputy Speaker. Because I had to google his party immediately. She is not smart. Just live her alone. Only immatures edit their post in a debate. Just to make them look like heroes, they are not. |
DevilhimseIf:And what is so special with what barcanista does? I have found out that , reading or writing article is the problem of most Nigerians that they see anybody writing lengthy articles or post to be a god. There is nothing special. If you can't analyze politics the way they do. Or put your thoughts down then you are on a long thing. Go to forums like Qoura, Reddit and see that's the norm. Get use to it and stop hailing everyone writing epistles. |
ECOTERRORS:No one is editing your post. He was right. |
And who says money doesn't bring happiness?. In a relationship love alone is not sufficient. Money is needed. Love + money = successful relationship. Sorry its Money + Love = successful relationship. Bit I agree with misssclassy. All this is not needed misssclassy:Rightly said. |
UnknownT:El rufai is a professional in the built environment. Not just a surveyor but A leading Quantity Surveyor. With vast experience as to managing cost with respect to value. So he his right to do that. El-rufai my God |
anulaxad:Advised is better. Than not go at all. Beside no pence but this explanation owes no water. I just see superstition in practice here |
Please stop the lies. Making your assets public is a personal choice and has nothing to do with protocols. Yaradua that set precedence simply asked the code of conduct to make it public as he submitted his official forms. I think Buhari and co simply forgot. The professional nay Sayers and antagonist did not care or take time to fing out the protocol before screaming themselves hoarse that Buhari and Osinbajo are not keeping their promises on asset declaration. The public in my my opinion is too much in a haste. On a lighter note, we may solve the puzzle of Buhari's cows that never increase in number. Ymodulus |
This is one case where one must say without remorse: Good riddance to very bad rubbish |
9niceguy: donsmall94:Lol! you so funny |

exlink10:what kind of stupid tradition is that? |
Sad My problem with the governments in Africa, is that they always neglect the environment ministry. |
naijamark:Yes! It will then mean we are all adjusted to use the new rate and cash values |
Its only in Africa that politicians think that they are doing the people a favor whenever they are performing their constitutional duties. I dont remember if I have ever seen the British prime minister commissioning a road project or even a new railway line. New roads or rail lines are quietly constructed without much noise. Asking not to be called his excellency is to attack the only industry that thrived under the PDP especially under characters like Theodore Orji and his principal Goodluck Jonathan which is sycophancy, this will make it difficult for praise singers to ply their trade on this man even though his mandate is suspicious, even the Dr. he requested to be called will not be enough for them, how can a governor wish to be called common Dr., na!!! they will not agree. Abia state for the past 8 years has had the most inept leadership any state could wish for, concentrating on righting the wrongs of that unfortunate eight years will be worth more than as not being called "excellency" a million times |
barcanista: ![]() Barca!!!! lol. You funny. Ok the new economic team will do something |
989900:You cannot do an abracadabra in Nigeria to bring the Naira on a par with the US Dollar, and it seems you know little or nothing about how internally generated economic activities could transform the aspirations of Nigerians, by reducing our dependence on imported goods, which many Nigerians are finding very difficult to afford. This dependence is creating a balance of payment issue for Nigeria and is depleting our Foreign Reserve, and mostly in favor of our trading partners. This runaway depletion of our reserves in relation to our dependence on imported goods is what is weakening the naira. No policy decision by any government can offset this, especially when our industrial base is weak, and as our current economic activity does indicate that Nigerians are running around like a dog chasing its tail. Our frustrated manpower are leaving the country in droves (brain drain) and are drowning on the high seas as they make the journey to Europe in search of greener pastures in hostile environments where they are not wanted, and are often murdered by the host countries where they end up, and our government could careless what happens to these men, women and children because as a nation, we may not even know if they ever existed.......statistically speaking.! Somebody needs to break this down for the President. |
hahn:nice one. Thanks learnt something. |
barcanista:Here i agree with you. Taking the bull by the Horn. However its sad that we know our problems and solutions to it, but we never tackle them or are not ready too. Nice one bro. |
Ohammadike:Is your problem to see the naira at par with the dollar? If yes it can be done quickly through revaluation. The government can mint a new naira notes and tell every Nigerian to change to the new notes within a three months window. For anyone to get N1.00 of the new note, you have to bring N200.00 of the old note. At the end of the exercise, N1.00 will be equal to about $1.11. Please we discussing the economy here and not politics. Take a look and see this is business section not politics section. All i see you doing here is trying to show that the failed policies of the PDP for the last 16yrs is worth the effort they put into it. Because i see you are very afraid that these new ideas of APC and President Buhari will rubbish the PDP and ensure that Nigerians never votes for them ever again. So you just jump into senseless argument and a frenzy each time you see the deft moves of the any institution in the new Government |
