5. Bio-Fuel , Food.
Marijuana can be used as Bio-fuel. If General approves this it would a long way in reducing the nation depence on Oil as source of fuel. This will also be a boost to the automobile industry, imagine a Nigeria where Innoson motors build Motors that use Bio-Fuel, hereby enabling we to abide by the Global warming regulations. This will boost our international Image. Also attract investors. Marijuana is also a source of Food.
From the above it can be seen that the Legalizing of Maurijauna by the General Muhammadu Buhari Adminstration will be a big plus to not only his adminstration but to us as Nigerians and our economy at Large.

In Conclusion, I do like to believe that you will understand me as to how surprising it is to see how, much prominence has been thrown on the Gay / Homosexual rights than to the right to consume a totally NON-ADDICTIVE Hallucinogen and why you should be flabbergasted that Cigarettes, Alcohol, LCD that has no Pharmacological benefits is been openly retailed worldwide despite being implicated in almost all cancer to the Human Body.

Sir. General Muhammad Buhari. Please consider my request and I pray you tender this before your cabinet.

Wish you the Best!
Wish the APC the best!
Wish Nigerians the Best!

PoliticsRe: Legalizing Marijuana, Clarion Call To General Buhari -ymodulus by Ymodulus(op):
Benefits of Marijuana/ Cannabis and How it will be of Benefits to Buhari's adminstration

1. Source of Revenue for the Buhari Government:
If Marijuana is legalized by the GMB adminstration, it will be a second large source of income to our dear nation. This will be a big plus for us as it will go a long way in reducing the over reliance and dependency on Oil. It will also serve as a good source for revenue. Take examples of places where Maurijuan has been legalised, let's see how they raked in Millions of dollars.

In Colarado, a state in the U.S with a population of 5,355,866 People which is not Up to Kano, $700million was realised , in the year 2014 alone from the Legalized Sales of Marijuana. Now imagine A state in Nigeria generating let's say $300Million Dollars Annually from the sale of Marijuana that becomes.
$300 Million *200 (exchange rate ) = N60 Billion Naira ( This is One -fifth of Lagos State Budget for 2014 generated through sales of Cannabis by the government for a State only)
Sales for 12 States= N60Billion * 36 = N2.16 Trillion. This is Half of Nigeria's budget for 2014 which is pegged at N4.16Trillion.
You can see this will address Barcanista question as to how funds can be generated by the incoming government for paying the old citizens in phases.
Source: http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/wonkblog/wp/2015/02/12/colorados-legal-weed-market-700-million-in-sales-last-year-1-billion-by-2016/ http://money.cnn.com/2015/02/12/news/economy/colorado-marijuana-tax-revenue/

NDLEA Scrapped and Tax payers Money Channeled to another sector of the economy. This will be possible.

2. Health Benefits
The health benefits of Marijuana is so much, Little wonder as to Why Late. Dr. Dora Akunyili and Prof. Akuyo write a joint book called " Marijuana the wonder plant". Below are some list of benefits, note that the list is limited not exhaustive,
Marijuana is use to treat glaucoma, used to reverse the carcinogenic effects of tobacco and improve lung health, control epileptic seizures, used to control epileptic seizures, marijuana stops cancer from spreading through use of the chemical component CBD, it decreases anxiety, THC in Maurijuana slows the progression of Alzheimer's disease, It lessens side effects from treating hepatitis C and increases treatment effectiveness, treats inflammatory bowel diseases ( something of this nature happened to someone on nairaland can't recall. But he lost his life, if marijuana was legalized he might have survived ), marijuan triggers creativity in the brain, Marijuana protects the brain after a stroke, Marijuana can help people trying to cut back on drinking. If I go on listing the benefits of maurijuana I will end up having pages over and over.
Now if General Buhari legalizes marijuana with all the above little listed benefits, it will be a big plus to the health Sector in the country.
Source: http://www.businessinsider.com/health-benefits-of-medical-marijuana-2014-4?op=1

3. JOBS
The legalization of marijuana, will create more jobs. Practical example is Colorado, United States where Legalization of Marijuana created 10,000 Jobs. Now if Marijuana is legalized in the whole of Nigeria we can say we will have 10,000*36= 360,000 Jobs created by the General Muhammad Buhari Adminstration in the First 100days of his adminstration provided he legalizes marijuana within the first 100days. This is a big plus for his administration and Image.
Source: http://naturalsociety.com/colorados-marijuana-legalization-creates-10000-new-jobs/

4. Infrastructural Developments
This is a measure of progression in the environment of a place. Marijuana is highly used in the construction sector to create carbon, Negative building materials. House all over the western world are been built using this technology. We implementing this will be a plus for the General Muhammad Ministry of Works.
PoliticsLegalizing Marijuana, Clarion Call To General Buhari -ymodulus by Ymodulus(op): 10:56pm On Apr 24, 2015
The prohibition of Maurijuana has-is- and will continue to fail our society's normative standards as to that which should be called a crime. Despite the fact that marijuana arrests have escalated from less than a third of all drug arrests to more than half in the past 30years ( since General Buhari Military Regime ), usage - importing and trafficking rate is still on the rise. Over 40 percent of Nigerians ( youths in emphasis) have tried marijuana at some point in their lives, and millions are current users. Clearly, the threat of arrest does little to dissuade, despite its enormous costs both to the individual and to our criminal justice system. Perhaps it even entices with its allure of forbidden fruit.
A move for the passage of a Bill to Legalise Maurijuana in our country nigeria, is o ne that will draw criticisms and viewed through a myopic lense from all Angle of the nation— Religious leaders, So Cultural leaders, Senators, Moral activist, Political Antagonist and likes. These criticisms will be biased as Nigerians like to leave in that era of pretence that they are morally upright as compared to the western world.
We hae three divides of people on National Opinios; Those who dont know about a polutical issue but will follow the opposition, Those who are knowledgeable and those who are knowledgeable but for partisanship will be on another side of the divide. To these divides comes the Aim of my article

Aim of Article:
To let Nigerians see the several benefits of Marijuana and why it should be legalize by the General Muhammad Buhari Adminstration.

Necessary Logistics when Buying Yam.

First there are two types of yam I know from experience; these are
1. Giwa Yam
2. Kwasi Yam

Giwa Yam good for pounding and has a rough back, meanwhile Kwasi Yam is good for eating and pounding and have a smooth back.

From experience these type of yam is not taking into consideration when buying from bulk. You just tell them you want yam and look the market for the yam you want.

Buying the Yam Terminologies you should know

1. Kwarais: This is the unit of buying Yam at the market. Just like how we call MUDU when buying Garri. 1 Kwarai of yam is equal to 100tubers. Yam are sold in Kwarais.

2. Good yams: This is my own invented word to describe yams that are sellable in the south. Yams of this nature ranges from ( N17,000 - N50,000 ) per kwarai

3. UNION Fees. : like how a driver who loads vehicle at a Motor Parks pays a fee for loading so also same way do yam buyers pay union fee for buying Yam. Note that these fees are compulsory, if you do not pay this fee even the farmer won't sell the yam too you. These fees are collected by either farmer who hands them over to union boys or you pay the boys directly at spot.
We have two types of union fees known as;
a). Amfani
b). Dibia
Both union fees cost at least N400 , but are negotiable. Very negotiable, last time for a yam of N30,000/kwarai I paid N650 for both Amfani and Dibia ( I.e #325 each ).

3. Seedling Yams: This kind of yam is not for eating or cooking but for planting. Though they can be cooked but they are too small.

4. Truck Pushers: After buying yams you will need to some wheel barrow guys to transport the yam for you to the motor/ vehicle where the yam will be loaded and taking to the south. Note it cost N100 to push a kwarai of yam to the vehicle point.

5. Loaders: These are the Guys that will load your yam into the trailer or haulage vehicle. It cost N150.

6. Transportation of Yam:
Different locations have different price. The following are prices and their location;

1. From Minna ———> Ibadan. Cost N1000 per Kwarai
2. From Minna. ———> Lagos. N2000 per Kwarai
3. From Minna ———> PortHarcout. N3500 — N4000 per Kwarai
4. From Minna. ———> kano. N2000 per Kwarai.
The park where all these vehicles stop will be explaimed under buying.

7. Vehicles: yam can be transported using Trailers, or big trucks with container behind. Whicj ever is yoir choice.

8. Yam Marking: After buying your yam, the person who sold it to you will write your name on the yam using a marker. This is to signify the yam is yours. Any yam you see marked in the marker as already been paid for

my emphasis is on the word unnecessary . for example just compare the routing management in zf2 and Yii2. Me think that companies that make use of zf2 are rather more concerned with the name and possible prestige than productivity — I may be wrong though
You are right and not wrong. In Zend you encounter problems and difficulties.

. No need for yaml, no need to specify every route through the site, no need to use twig or smarty, and it comes with integrated bootstrap 3 widgets, right out of the box. Yii 2 also provides an advanced template, with front-end and back-end, with working user model and password recovery, making it easier to get up and running quickly. Yii 2's event and behaviors architecture is feature-rich and intuititive. Yii 2 flows beautifully.

Ultimately, for a capable programmer, it's a matter of personal preference, which style you feel connected to... Persoanlly I prefer Yii 2 far and above the other frameworks, while still respecting the other frameworks.

However, much of this can't be said for Zend2. I must also point out that laravrl has followed this path of over bloatedness, laravel is crappy now
ProgrammingRe: Why I Dumped Wordpress As A CMS (my Experience) by Ymodulus: 5:25pm On Apr 24, 2015
CRAZYMADMAN:
in zf2, you spend a lot of time writing unnecessary codes which defeats the essence of using a framework. But on the other hand, I love the extensions — especially the web service extensions that comes with it
Zend has just been too bogus right from Zend1, so I didn't even look into Zend 2. Thetthing with Zend attracting developers is that it is backed by big dogs.

No body is saying WordPress is the worst CMS but they are bottle neck attached yo it.

I for one hate WordPress Database design. Have you tried using MongoDb? Or any of the NoSql Database, you will see designs of database system and learn to aprecistr it.

WordPress Database is crap, when you build a plugin you may end up adding a row or deleting a row in installation.

Also if you are used to programming in OOP and a string fan of framework ( I am Pro YIi2 ) then you do understand why procedural is difficult. I have used WordPress , modified it beyond recognition but truth be told you just end up spending hours over things that can be easily completed using a class in OOP.

WordPress needs a total overhaul, I hate joonla do the the JController pattern and their MVC is really not MVC but I say HMVC, the JTemplate, JView , Jcontroller, Jcomponents for front and separate Jcomponents for back end. Gosh!!!! Who does that?

With Yii I ensure admin page for a section e.g Post Blog and frontend for View Blog uses one controller.

All I do is to set up rules in router to ensure that any method starting with Admin_ can be read only through specially designed URLs. I wish joomla can address all this.

Locations where Yams are/can be sourced from?

In Nigeria, there are 2 - 3 Locations yams dealers buy yam from. These places are ;

1. Niger State (The Power State )
2. Benue State ( Food Basket of the Nation )
3. Taraba State.

Note!
I have not visited Taraba state for Yams so I cannot categorically brief you about sourcing yams from Taraba states. But for the first two states I can talk on as I have visited the two states for the purpose of Yam.

Now let's expantiate on These states.

1. Niger State

Name of Market in Niger State where yams are sourced==> Garatu Market , Minna Niger State.

Garatu market is a big market for yams solely. People from South West, Kano, Abuja, Kaduna, Kwara, Oyo , Lagos, Portharcout, Bayelsa and other South western States visit Garatu Market in Minna, Niger State to purchase yam in bulk from farmers at the market after which they take to their respective Locations to sell.

If you plan visiting Garatu Market in Garatu Minna Niger State. Its easy for a stranger to locate this market, as Garatu is just a 5Mins Journey from the Prestigious Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State.

If you are coming from Bids or from kwara , and other southwestern states The market is just a 5Minutes drive before same prestigious Federal University of Technology Minna Niger State.

2. Benue State

Name of market in Benue, where yams are sourced;

A. Gboko Market
B. Ugba International Yam Market, Ugba Local Government .

When you get to Benue state, take a trip to Markudi then to Gboko or Ugba. ( Note am describing this from my own experience, how I visited the market coming from Abuja ).

3. Taraba

I don't know about taraba. I heard yams can be sourced here. However I have not tried visiting the state to carry out my findings and won't be doing so. So for this lecture, permit me to keep Taraba State aside.

Difference Between Yams in Benue and Niger State.?

Cooking: in terms of cooking or eating, I honestly can't say the difference between Yams in both states.

Appearance: Yams in Benue have a smooth Back while those in Niger have a rough back. This thus not implies that you cannot see smooth yam back in Niger State. Also note that, From my experience the physical Appearance have no effect on the price.

Price: Truth be told me Yams in Niger State are cheaper, but some people will argue Yams in Benue are. But with what I have seen Yams in Niger are far cheaper.

Should I source the Yams in Benue or Niger State?

Sentiments aside ( I have a love towards Niger than Benue ), Its advisable to source Yam from either of this states based on your location or marker you intend to sell the yam. Let me explain.

If you intend selling your Yams in the South West, South South States, Kano, Abuja, Kaduna. Its advisable you source your yams from Niger. Reason been to Proximity of Raw Yam to market. From Niger you can easily access these states. This will reduce cost of transportation. And stress of Long Journeys.

If you want to sell your Yam in Enugu, Jos, Bauchi, Maiduguri, Cross River, Adamawa, sourcing yam from Benue is your sure bet.

Use the map below to trace proximity to source.

BusinessRe: Do It Yourself - Yam Business Version by Ymodulus(op): 7:08pm On Apr 23, 2015
The Yam business is a highly profitable and easy cool making business. In which you for an average of say N23,000 you can make at least nothing less than N7,500 - N8,000 and above Per 100tuber ( every 100 tuber is called Kwarai. A Vernacular language used to describe 100 tubers of yam. Same way we have Mudu for garri. Yams are sold in Kwarai).

Business Problem

Yam is one food item been consumed by man across and outside the Nigeria. However these yams are cheap in some locations and expensive in another location. For example Yams are of no value or importance to Residents of both Niger and Benue State. Reason been that these states are Yam Hub Growing States, yams are in abundance. However the abundance of this food commodities / stuff cannot be said for other places like Lagos, Ibadan, Kano, Portharcout, Delta, Warri, Enugu.
A tuber of yam that goes for N270 per tuber in Niger State Yam Marker can go as high as N600 in Portharcout and above per tuber. In Lagos Ikotun, during my last market sojourn I, A tuber of yam at N450 in Niger State can go for N700 and above in Ikotun, Mile 12 market Lagos ( No pricing ).

The above been said, our next step is to think as entrepreneurs by asking some self important question so as to meet our needs and goals of making money. Questions like;

A. How can this information be of monetary benefits to me?
B. What are the necessary tips I need to know in entering this business?
C. Can I sell these yams outside Nigeria? Export them? If yes how?

The aforementioned and many more questions will be flogged as the tutorial continues.

I will try all my best to make this lecture as slim as possible, direct, concise, precise and straight forward. As the lecture goes on, you are free to ask any question and I will be straightforward. However please and please do not ask me for my contacts in the market, I would not give you.

Typing....

Never imagined dividend of Change could arrive so quickly even before Buhari gets the key to Aso Rock. This sort of speedy action by Diezani is what happens when you have purposeful leadership at the top. Mere threat of imprisonment works.

It is also shameful that, rather than talk of pushing back, Mrs. Madueke should be telling Nigerians why the money did not make it into the Federation account in the first place.

1. Why did it take forensic accountants to find the money,.
2. How many more forensic accounting needs to be conducted to see where Nigeria's money has is?
3. How long has the NNPC been sitting on that pile of cash,.
4. Who controlled the account the money was sitting in.
5. How much interest has accrued?.
6. Where is it the interest payments?
7. Did the outgoing President know about NNPC sitting on the money, who else knew what was going on?
8. Is this part of the money that was alleged by now Emir Sanusi II that was stolen or unaccounted for?

Reporters should ask these officials tough questions and not just report what they say. No one is answering any question on this billion dollar questions.

Lastly The time has come that, President Buhari needs to seriously look into gradually phasing out the importation of petroleum products. We simply have no business importing them. We have a vast network of NNPC pipelines and depots that have been deliberately ruined by the powers that be. The refineries should be made to function for once. We waste a lot of scarce foreign currencies importing needelessly.

The best way to shore up the value of the naira is by looking inwards and increasing wealth generation within the country. Not by having "containers on the high sea." and killing the local industry.
