The rise of drone warfare makes people very uneasy for different reasons—some very good and some not-so-good. Among the latter: Despite their reputation as indiscriminate killing machines, and even using the most damning numbers, drones kill civilians at much lower rates than other forms of warfare, particularly other forms of aerial bombing. (And these numbers seem now to be getting lower from year to year.) I don’t mean to be glib about this or suggest that civilian deaths from drone strikes are perfectly acceptable, but those who criticize drones for killing too many civilians really have a problem with war itself rather than the particular weapon used. In all, I personally see nothing wrong with drones, as they have large positive merits if not armed. Examples can be seen with Amazon, Alibaba of China, India shopping mall drone delivery test. Also they can be use for clandestine operations and the fun of playing with a drone. Nice video though I expected to see the whole lekki on a wide view ![]() yang: |

dazekid:Gionee records millions and millions of sale not just in its brand but via OEM service, remittance, services offered to other companies. I think these are reasons Hionee not taking its users serious. After I bought the Gionee Elite 3 and sold it I promise never to get a gionee device till issues are addressed |

enomakos:Well it depends on location , availability of spare parts , maintenance . In the area I stay, Baja is the most common, there are available spare parts . Some people prefer TVS, they say it saves fuel and some say its spare part can be easily seen. In all different stories for different folk. However, I like BAJAJ as to me its stronger and parts available where I am. Mine is Bajaj I believe if you check around you can see dealers who sell them. Bajaj is around 400K, TVS is around 415 while piaju is around 390k. Stay away from Piajuu if you don't want stories that touch. |
jayplae:It's falling. And Jonathan does not want to accept this, he believes he has a super economist goddess called Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, without knowing she is a failure and disgrace. She kept telling us the economy is doing fine even when we saw with our own eyes it wasn't. That's the fact. There is a difference between theoretical Economics / Analysis from practical One. |
hahaha!!! Yes i do. lol!!! |
enomakos: ![]() Hi bro. Which do you want to buy ? Bajaj or Piaguu or TVS ? i dont sell i am just trying to know. |
sinkhole:Yes. who gave them all the cloths they are wearing? Look at the pictures of the march in Cameroon and compare that to Nigeria. You will understand that there are difference such as the uniform put on by nigerians while caneroonians wore normal house wear. It shows that there was preparation for this march for long. #Election things |
sinkhole:Cause it was staged. |
nellyjohn:Mr man, the error at the Evergreen office ( campaing office of Umar Nasko ) has been corrected, but the one at the round about on your way to Mobil has not been corrected till date, even the posters around Barkin Sale on your way to Secretariat have not been corrected, so going by your analogy its safe to say __ Its a sign of carelessness on the side of the PDP Campaign Team. Oh less i forget, all campaign posters of APC in Niger State is managed by the Abu Sani Bello Campaign Team / Semator. Bago and not the Buhari Campaign Team mind you. |
Probably there is no harder decision for a political leader than to put young people, boys and girls, just because they are in uniform, in harm’s way. Unfortunately, sometimes the decision has to be taken to defend our values, our way of life and our territorial integrity. For some countries, like Israel, the need to defend itself has been a frequent necessity more than an abnormal situation. I always believed our societies must be ready to show support for our military. While Cameroonian actions earlier today as set an epitome example for Nigerians to tow. I still believe this kind of show of support is not the best. In quieter moments I dream of a world where the use of force will serve no purpose, a world, for instance, free of nuclear weapons, a world where peaceful coexistence could be the norm and not the exception. But I’m not so naïve as to confuse my aspirations with the reality I’m actually living in. To pay tribute to the soldiers that are always ready to fight on our first line of defense, to remind us of their value to all of us as well as of their personal sacrifices, is not only a good thing to do, but it’s our duty as well, however how we go about this is much more than a staged march of civilians, we must go about by giving out donations and the little money we can donate. To me this is blatant rubbish staged show of solidarity by some arranged hegemony at the helm of affairs trying to make the president look nice. Trash #JonathanTryHarderNextTime #SaiApc |
Charpell:Nooooo, that's where you get it wrong. It only happens to nations without future dream or zeal to save the foreign reserve, or where billions of dollars get withdraw-ed from nation's account and all traces are mopped under the ground. |
Typing post .. |
willyede:Man i dont have to trade words with you sir, but there are several things lacking in that thread. However it was a good post as i learnt a lot. But you can ask some people on this forum they will tell you some things are mising. Ask David, Shinaf, Precious. eXPORTATION OF FOOD sTUFFS IS THE SURE MONEY WAY. LET ME STOP HERE. bYE |
If am not mistaking that should be the fence of Kure Market close to the post office on your way to Idris Legtibo Hall. Close to Bomas SuperMarket. Minna Niger State. Man the printer of that sign Board is something Lawani Printers on same road, and i dont know why but he always have errors on some of his work. This is not from the APC Team but printer man Mistake. To buttress my point take your time and see some poosters even by the PDP Niger State Governorship Aspirant were wrongly mispelt, example of such sign post can be seen along the Justice round About coming from Kpakungu to Yahuza Sport on your way to Mobil, that book round about or whatever its called. Also check the sign post on the PDP Aspirant office, of the Evergreen, the same mistake before it was corrected. So please do not blame the APC Campaign Team |
Charpell:I dont think so. Man |
blym4real:Hey hi bro!. Sorry but no thread on Importation, i think there are some people who might have trashed out the issue on this forum. why not unearth their post ? |
I believe the devaluation of the naira will lead to a chain of reactions, many of which may not have the intended results. For a largely monolithic-economy, like ours (Nigeria), the expectation that a devalued naira will drive export of local products, which do not exist in the required volume for now, will create additional burden on the populace. When you juxtapose the consequence of an inflation induced policy on an economy, nay the people who do not possess a corresponding purchasing power, by reason of unemployment, the consequences are better imagined than experienced. No doubt there is the expectation that the government’s revenue, in terms of naira will move up, because of the wide exchange rate disparity between the dollar and the local currency. However, the point must be made that this expectation may be unrealisable of two variables- the falling oil prices and lower crude production aggregate. You might say Ymodulus Is there any escape-route? Certainly, but the question remains if Nigerians have been sufficiently sensitized to brace for this situation. In the developed nation’s when currencies are devalued, it is to encourage exports, because the prices of local products serve as an incentive and a toast for foreign buyers. In the process, they earn foreign exchange, increase production and create additional jobs. Unfortunately, that is not the position with Nigeria. Another issue would be that Nigeria will have greater difficulty in paying its external debts, which are on a growing trajectory. Earning less foreign exchange in the face of growing external debts, is an ill-wind that blows no one good. I had said earlier on, once on this forum where i cant recall that the sack of Sanusi a Veteran Banker and the Imposition of Zenith Bank Ex MD. Emiefele Godwin is a big mistake. I have never liked Zenith bank cause of their wrong banking policy and ideology and i knew that a man such as godwin coming to the apex seat of the banking sector will pose a problem, but some nairalanders here called me an APC fanatic, i hope they can now learn as its happening. Lastly I see the naira being devalued to official rate of N220 by May 1st, as long as the CBN substitution of the naira allocations for dollar is not STOPED. Mark my words the naira would be at a rate of N220 officially by May 1st. I am Ymodulus We need a Change #SaiApc #SaiBuhari/Osibanjo. |
