First Design
This design has functionality and too me is more ideal. Provided you want to spend cash this of which you said you don't want too. However from the look of things, there will be no much discrepancy as to cost between both designs ( Note : provided finishes remains constant ). However I believe that design one will be more beautiful when designed than 2

Second Design
Sir there are problems with the second design. The location of the Kitchen and Kitchen exit point opposite the Entrance to the house in my opinion is bad due to Aroma, also throwing waste its not ideal for a woman to come out of the kitchen with waste and visitors entering are seeing her. Also I think in design two there are too many unnecessary block works close to the sitting room and bedroom. All those demarcation are unnecessary too me. And the placement of the dining in relation to the living room and sitting room is not great to me.

Conclusion
If you want cheapness go for design 2. If you want functionality go for design 1. I won't talk about beauty or aesthetics here as that is largely a play of the finishing or interior decor. Space within the building matters alot please do not sacrifised this for cost

Go for design 1. Building is a one time thing.

Sometimes Yes, and sometimes No. At times only a talk can do wonders. At times only pictures even talk.

Few weeks ago I carried out a deal for a political aspirant and I only presented pictures, Immediately he saw the pictures projected from my Rented Projector. He told me not too give him talk that he doesn't like it.

Note. I was about to flash a PowerPoint presentation and mistakenly I went to pictures. He saw it and then loved it. I got the deal in less than 30minutes.

5. Wedding Souvenirs ( These are my favourites, i love plates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The money there too much lol!. I hate key holders. just 50 naira gain per keyholder no much gain for me )
6. Wine opener for Sheralton. ( I didn't get the contract however on the long run my partner travelled outside and i was the sole partner ).

My emphasis is on the student, Nysc graduates , unemployed. To the students many of you might find this difficult however you guys can meet politcians in your school ( I mean sug fellas, union presidents etc. There is big money. Imagine customising a tag for 1000 students and making a gain of 80 per tag. )

Event: Eghosa1, AbuMikey, MizMyColi all went to church to worship their God. Abumikey was on his blog UseluCentral , Eghosa1 was calling on his phone, MizMyColi was Pinging.
