Introduction Before I go into the lecture in full, I will like everyone to have at least a minuscule idea of what am to discuss here, as this will ease the task of understanding. Also at one point in time I will like to crack some joke and have an inter-mix of PIDGIN + ENGLISH, as the saying goes “ All work and no play makes NAIRALANDERS DULL Boys and Girls, Ladies and Gentlemen “ OK!!!!!!!!!! Let’s go there…. Sit down, raise your two hands swing them around, twist your necks and heads, grab that water around you, take a drink, breathe in and out, and now do this 1. Take a look around your office and environment, look for souvenirs around 2. Ask yourself how are these souvenirs made? 3. Ask yourself, how do the executors of the project get the contracts? 4. Ask yourself, how did they present the proposal and logic? 5. Ask yourself, is this business profitable? (Yes it is. I Ymodulus say it is. So don’t stress yourself answering this) 5. After all taking your time to think about the above questions, I will like to ask you do you want to be able to make your own souvenirs? Do you want to make money from politician and corporate organizations like those contractors have? If your answer is a resounding Yes. Then just click the follow button at the top or end of the thread. If your answer is a basking No. Then please leave the thread. Thanks |

GenBuhari:Happy at last a progressive said the truth. |
mayorall:She say I stingy. Walahi. Bawo oremi? |
First I will like to thank you for the nice question and write up, now let me do justice to your question paragraphically. LET US PONDER A LITTLE! Some time ago, I learnt d PDP described the All Progressives Congress (APC) as anything but a responsible opposition in the country.Yes its true the PDP calls knows that we Progressives are responsible opposition. You need not a Prophet to say so. This is a link to assert that the PDP does recognize APC as a responsible opposition ; 1. www.peoplesdemocraticpartyitaly.com/259/ 2. Www.dailypost.ng/2014/10/08/pdp-decries-south-africa-actions-says-apc-used-foreign-interests-destroy-nigeria/ The PDP said it had expected a virile opposition which would provide alternative suggestions to objectionable government policies but was disappointed to realize that APC only revel in abuses and insulting President Goodluck Jonathan. The PDP lied. The APCs and all progressive at large has seen time past put up reasonable bedrock objections or suggestions to the Federal Government or will I say the UMBRELLA Government Policies. These objections or suggestions or contributions are so numerous that I have lost count, and if I should list them we would have to close this thread today. Let me just list these few, 1. Sanusi lamido suggested that over $20 Billion was missing from the nations account and something need to be done but nothing was done. He was sacked. 2. APC suggested that Amnesty should be given to the Insurgent call book Haram so as to end these ongoing religious apocalypse in the north but it was taking seriously. According to the party, the APC had since its registration over a year ago issued 117 press statements all tailored to heap abuses on the President. These are fallacies and lies, I urge the PDP spokesman to back this up with proves. As a progressive I understand the game of propagandas we face these daily from the umbrella antagonist so I will not reply this point until unobjectionable proof are tabled. It however noted that as the 2015 general election approaches, the APC has shown that it has no idea of performing the roles of a virile opposition party but has proven to be “nothing more than a band of anarchists, scaremongers and idle politicians.”I am astonished. First the PDP accused the APC of throwing 117 insultive press messages, yet the same PDP goes around labelling the APC as band of anarchists , scaremongers and idle men. Oo no, well as a progressive I have learnt never to trade insults as they prove nothing. I will let this slide as I believe my response should be rhetorical. Case of KETTLE calling POT black. It boggles the mind how a party where a kilometer of road costs N1billion in states under its control by companies linked to one of its henchmen as against less than N50m when PDP governors were in charge looks outside its house for scandals. These is the height of Libel and lies. Its pertinent to note that the UMBRELLAS now do anything in their power to make the progressive look bad. But am happy the masses know better what can be more scandalous than 20% of the Internally Generated Revenue in its richest state going into the pockets of one of the party owners consistently for over 16 years now? Yet, the poster boys of greed are today chanting “change” in our country!”Please post proves. Not mere talk. I can as well say that Jonathan stole $100billion yesterday meanwhile he never did. That's why I demand evidence. Its an inbibe culture of every progressive to debate with evidence and not heresay. Having X-rayed your post and giving my unflanging stand I do like to say that the article above was nothing than a mere concoted work to maligned the masses into believing the elephantic heresies that PROGRESSIVES and their beloved great party are not worth voting for. I will like to leave you with the words of C.S lewis We all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive. - C. S Lewis Thanks Ymodulus |
SunnyJ2:Good. If you got a market for it then do so hit the money and make it. But mind you save oooo. I do not mean you should save all your life out. A friend ( mayorall ) once said to me that I should save until someone says am stingy. That to him is saving. So my bro save until the say you are stingy. Lol!! ![]() Thanks @ Donsheddy |
jaydee87:Thanks. I will start the thread soon. I just have to finish drafting the letter Heading sample and The receipt and Scan them on a scanner. Then I will begin to write. I shud be through in some few minutes. Just lazy Thanks. Ymodulus |
Oga marcjos. Bawoo. Make Ina buy data from dis guy na my person. Him no dei run with money.lol Long time |
jaydee87:You are a brother. My mother never told me of you. I don't know why. Lol! Right. Poster ship before November ends. Any deal by December you are on your own trust me. The season is now. You can sell knockouts ( Big boys own. I mean those one call fire works, they sell well but I haven't done it oooo. ) @Sunnj2 Thanks. Problem is do to my fragile state now I won't be so chanced to help you. I would have love too. Please. |
@oxcuba, sunnj2 , initialize Thanks. |
lifestyle1:OK. Bro. Its easy. You see issue of Logistics is no longer difficult as people make it to look. My only reason of not sharing it was I was skeptical of how it would be abused. But I will do so tonight on my new thread - " Do it Yourself - Contract Version " Now to your question, all you have to do is this work to Peace mass transit go to the courier section and try tell them you want to register as a member and let them see how often you will always patronize them. They will agree and always give you discounted price and have it secured. Note that I paid #100 for those goods above because they were slippers. This trick is the easiest it works even for dhl. For dhl. Go to their office and register as a member and you will always remember today. Do you know some guys pay N3000 for 1Kg to some northern states from China via Dhl? Its not expensive its extremely cheap. Because if you say you want to use third party agent. Please calculate the way bill + clearance + logistics for transfer to the north. Summarily, I mean go talk heart to heart with them. Some people here know well on this, in fact someone on this forum taught me this. If you know more chip in one or two ideas don't be scared. ““Don’t worry about people stealing your design work. Worry about the day they stop.” —Jeffrey Zeldman, Ymodulus |
Ucheosefoh:Thank you sir. I will gladly do that without any form of pay. Also why don't you join the APC? We need calm guys like you that can see Nigeria for what it is. |
Ucheosefoh:Thanks. However I do like to state categorically that APC do not have paid agents. We Progressives understand the minuscule value of democracy and true leadership in addition to progress and as such we would not indulge in any form of wagerial service in other to e-promotize our great party. All what we do and say is of our own will and desire. We are patriots and do not collect bribe or payment to herald a cause. So sir no am not a paid agent. And there is nothing of such in the APC, the PDP might have one I don't know, as I won't want to indulge in propaganda talks. Thanks. Vote APC!! Vote General Muhammad Buhari 2015!!. Ymodulus |

Lucwaizy:URL: mengjianxieye.1688.com/ Price: I won't paste the price I got if for here, because it may hamper your ability to sell. But I got it about 3 times cheaper than Alibaba. Just chat with the lady then upload the slippers to her as a picture and tell her you want it. Please also why importing it note that it falls under custom category of Rubber and contraband, so they may add 20 extra on clearance fee. You get me. I stated this so you do not feel the freight company cheated you If you need courier service to transport it to any state via PEACE MASS TANSIT for #100 contact me. I will send you as a text. But first I must confirm you have those slippers, as I won't want to ruin my only contact.

fr3do:I never did that rather I went further to immortalize saro wiwa. And give him the accolades he deserves. Its really disheartening that our leaders since oil discovery let foreign companies mess up our land.I agree with you. But do not say OUR LEADERS, rather say the UMBRELLA LEADERS. |
Ucheosefoh:My comment were mine and not copied from any source. And if you mean twisting the article to suit my propaganda then i strongly refute your claims as the article clearly talks about the exemplary life of a PROGRESSIVE. |
Thanks initialize. |
I will take the above to be your first time doing business. Well don't get bitter over the loss. Business is a an euphemistic risk in my own definition and the first is always the learning point. Notwithstanding your loss you can make good use of the said amount ( N20,000 ) and make reasonable profit. All depends on your logic and determination and how well you can face the world. In Importation I always like to classify it into 4 1. The Buyers and sellers. ( They buy item and sell ) 2. The Suppliers. They supply item in bulk and get money. Requires more expertise money/ experience and connection ) 3. The procurement guys. They buy for people and they pay them 4. Contract getters. With the sum of N20,000 i have this pin size advice to give you. 1. Do not rush buying any item because you see your mates buying them or its the latest fad in town. Do proper research. At times the most stupid item may be the best selling item. 2. From experience avoid items that involve large money. Try get items that requires less and profit will be high. Let's get it straight in business you have to kill your emotions and its about the final money. If you are to import get items that when you bring them in landing cost should not exceed N2000 and that when you sell them you can make gain of N800 per item at minimum. Please for your N20,000 do not go about importing these items a. Female Bag b. Brazilian Hair c. Phone. ( You need more strength to sell this but it can be so rewarding mind you. ) Avoid the above liste items. its a 20% success - 80% failure chance. Also your money won't be enough to finance it. And you may not have the required market of which is difficult this does not goes to say you can't make a profit no. But let these be your last options. Items I did prolly advice you get, are items of less value and weight. You can look into a ) Slippers : I mean quality in-house slippers, I know you will say am stupid or crazy but sir these is the season and many guys are raking in big money from it. From Adidas to several crazy slippers design, I will send you a manufacturer for this if you want. b ) Wrist Watches: Like it or not these are selling items. You just need to know the right way to sell it. c) Female Flat Shoes: female flat shoes are moving like hell. Though am not into them but I can bodly tell you people on it are ploughing in money. d) Glasses: By glass I mean Designers glasses. Complete replica. Note I said complete replica. These replicas are exactly the same undistinguishable. I mean AAA not AA or A. Meet guys like sterdam / shinaf. They will assist for free on this. And tell you how to sell it and if you are lucky sterdam may be of greater help to you here. e). Fashion Items: Look for items in general that are used and will get finished everyday. Items that people will always want to keep coming for. Please avoid Cream Tubes as they are contra - band but if you must go for them. Contact me I will give you a shipper to handle that. g). Generally if you must go for an item do it under these two category. Consumable Goods or Luxury. Mode of Selling: There are many means to sell. The easiest way is through BBM , Konga, Jumia or Nairaland Advert ( I mean paid advert offered by seun on nairaland. ). I know you may say why should I pay 2000naira for an advert for 3-4 days trust me those advert change life. You can't even get such response from google AdSense. For konga and Jumia contact the nairalander. Paradise163 she will explain all you need. And hey believe me konga and jumia is the best for you. More to it than people see. But for now rake in your money fast and clear. Olx too is another fast means but advertising in popular locations only. Post one advert in about 6 states preferably ( Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna, Ogun, Kano and Portharcoyt ). Please also note this that the above advice is based on the premise that you want to venture into the buying and selling aspect of importation. And do not make mistake of trying to say you can go alone, meet guys to put you through and give you necessary assistance in one way or the other so you do not experiment with N20,000. As I take a bow, I will like to hammer once more on my last advice. Please meet someone to guide you do not risk things anyhow. You can meet any of these guys. MayorAll. Youngzedd Initialize Paradise163 ( she will be so free. Note the other names are very busy guys. But paradise will be free. ) Nivlin Delaruh Sterdam Yemi2plus 9free, etc Many and many others. If you want ideas about pricing of items meet Thespecialone, to me he has the best pricing idea I will support however not all times you make items cheap. In all meet someone to coach you please and please. To further emphasize on you getting a mentor let me leave you with this quote What an elder will see when seated , you won't see even when standing on an iroko tree - Unknown . (but an Igbo adage not so sure though ) Please meet some to guide you. Thanks Ymodulus |
Ken Saro wiwa is an epitome example of how a country and its government should not let a foreign company exploit them all in the name of Oil, money. Its a trajectory case of an economic prophet seeing the harm a non indeginous company can wreck on indigenes of the location where the company So-Sits. While I never knew Ken saro wiwa. Having x-rayed his non-violent campaign and struggle for light for his people and the way he his not been imortalised. I am soo worried and had to ask myself several questions about PDP , APC, Nigerian Masses 1. Has Jonathan read about Ken's history? 2. If yes then why has he not used this opportunity to effect change and actualize that goal Ken Saro Wiwa wanted. Why has he failed to realized that this is the time he needs to look beyond Umbrellized covering, so as to do something great for his nation 3. Why has the People Democratic Party not made shell face up for its crimes? Even the united state in 2009 made shell faced for the court for ken saro wiwa killings Looking at ken saro wiwa struggle and the way he was killed, coupled with the fact that the Nigerian leaders had Saro Wiwa and his movement sentenced to death without option of Appeal all for money, I am troubled that A PROGRESSIVE WILL NEVER RULE THIS NATION KEN SARO WIWA was a true progressive like GENERAL MUHAMMAD BUHARI. Ken was recognized, valued and cherished by the international community at larged, same way General Muhammad Buhari, Tinubu, Fashola have been worshipped and valued by the international communities. For a country whose oil resources could have lead it to become one of the wealthiest in Africa, the Niger Delta region remains an impoverished conflict zone and is still dominated by the transnational oil companies which continue to pollute the area’s water and resources. The memory and the courageous efforts of Ken Saro-Wiwa would live on. I know if he was alive he would have been a member of the All Progressive Congress. Sir Ken, i would like to tell you that even at your death you are already a member. Saro wiwa I love you. But the APC Progressives love you most. Fellow Nairalanders, the story of ken saro wiwa is a valid reason as to why we need to vote APC to power come 2015. Let me live you with the modified words of a heroic progressive by name Chinua Nkelom Achebe "There was a progressive" - Albert Chinualumogu Achebe. Ymodulus |
Idowuogbo:On both request I will thanks. Once more. |
@ Muskeeto thanks @PastorAIO. Lol. A nice funny post. Good piece I must say there. Lol!! I like the way you talked about Anthropomorphism, and your examples are nice I love the justice point of the lady with a sword. And also your conclusion in general. Good contribution, your explanation and contribution points to my previously heralded point that there are myriads of definition for the word god and that it is a fluid concept. Several views, several opinions and several perspective and dimensions. It can be a universal term. However from Folykaze explanation, o the guy is crazy ( complements not insult please. I mean this ) folykaze just have a weird unexisting view. |
barcanista:The problem is that the rigging machineries of the WANNA-COME-BACK UMBRELLA PARTY won't allow the unwavering decision of the masses to be known. PDP is really a thong that need to be uprooted |
Muskeeto You are right folykaze is just trying to force his definitions and belief on others but refusing to accept others view and I find it largely disturbing. Also I do not agree to that he is an atheist. Besides, how you? |
FolyKaze, Speaking for myself alone I can't define god because the idea of "God" is a fluid concept to me, being an atheist (It may be different for other atheists) My first question if asked to define god would be "which god?" Shiva will be defined in a very different way to Baal or Allah. If pressed I probably could define those gods but it would be textbook regurgitating because I have no personal connection or affiliation to those gods, likely my response would be a cut n paste of their wiki page There are so many gods that, unless you firmly believe in a particular one it's almost impossible to come up with a blanket definition that applies to all, some are cruel & vengeful some are caring & forgiving. Some are even wolves! You have a concept of "One god" so you can speak & define in terms of one being, I don't share that belief don't so I can't possibly define it. God, in the most general terms, is an empty concept. The myriad definitions of God have left essentially every aspect of its personality (even whether or not it has a personality) totally open. I don’t have a personal definition of God, because I don’t believe in any gods. All of the concepts of God I’ve been presented with, I have rejected as baseless; and I know that if I just made up my own definition, all I’d be doing was believing in something I made up. I define a God (never just "God" for there are many that are or have been believed in) as an unseen deity that is responsible for certain things on Earth. In some cases, the God created the Earth and all on it, in others the God may just be responsible for the sun, with other Gods taking other responsibilities. As an Atheist, I am aware of the beliefs of others, but do not fins any credence whatsoever in the idea of any God or Gods, from Roman through Greek and Muslim to Christian and beyond. Mankind has always worshiped and feared something as a general rule, and Gods will continue to rise and fall as beliefs shift. |
