Read my article above I said definition of a Gos is clearly subjective not Objective so I actually don't know why you should say they are my God. Because they are irrelevant to me. In conclusion your definitions if God are yours not mine. That's why I said the idea if what god is depends on how the person sees them. Its subjective to set or individuals not objective.

If an individual should read the bible, and needs prove that God is not real, there is one book in the holy bible that above all others, should convince them that either

a) God isn't real or
b) If he is real, he isn't worth worshiping.

And that's the book of Job. Taking a cursory look there are a lot of problems with the story of Job and I'll start by pointing a few:


Job 1:6
it says that the "sons of god" came before him......wait....sons? What about jesus? I thought he was the ONLY begotten son?

Job 1:7
God asks satan where he's been lately and satan replies that he is just been walking around a bit. Wait? God didn't KNOW where satan was ( I thought Christians exception of Jehovah's witnesses claims god is every where. Yet he knew not where Satan was? ).

Job 2:3
God says Job was perfect and upright. Wait? I thought jesus was the only perfect man!

Job 7:9
it says that what goes to the grave shall come up no more. What about all that stuff about busting from the grave?

Job 9:6
It talks about pillars the earth rests upon. Don't know about you, but this wasn't in my science textbook.


Job 37:18
we are told that god spread out the sky and it is hard like a mirror. Hmmmmmm

Job 39:9
we are told about the unicorns! Where is candy mountain Charlie Job?

Job 39:13-17
we are told ostriches are stupid birds who lay eggs and forget about them. They don't care for them and then treat them like they were not hers. Then it goes on to say that they are this way because god make them without understanding. Firstly, ostriches are not stupid and do a very good job of caring for their young. Just another science mistake by the all knowing god.

Job 42:2
Job tells god that he knows god can't do everything.....really?
And finally job lives to be 140. Very impressive


Those points above are few contradictions abut the whole book of Job. Now let's look deep into the story itself.

Satan and God were chatting. Its evidently clear Job was a good guy who had a wife, family and was pretty well off. So Satan says that if he didn't have so much, he wouldn't be so good. So God says, oh really. So Job's family is killed, loses all his wealth, and becomes sickly.
THIS is the god of the christians? To prove a point he murders a good man's family? What did Job do to deserve this? Nothing. God just wanted to prove a point to satan. Just like the god's of Olympus, god apparently, on a whim, kills, destroys, takes, and all in the name of fun.


Despite all this, the part that really makes me mad is that christians FAR from push this book to the hind end of the bible or replace it with something more appropriate, they celebrate this book! They actually march it out and PREACH about it. I've even heard sermons where they talk about how WONDERFUL god is for restoring Job! This is just crazy! In the new testament Job is celebrated as a testament of of perseverance in suffering! WHAT? If it weren't for god and his gambling problem, Job wouldn't have had to suffer OR persevere!

This reminds me of those people who ask for prayer after a bad wreck. I'm wondering why they don't ask for god to not have a wreck in the first place - oh wait...they do. And there are still wrecks. Even christians have wrecks!

So if you ever wonder why bad things happen to good people, just read the book of Job. Maybe god is just having a josh at your expense with satan!.

There is nothing as such.

Speaking for myself alone I can't define god because the idea of "God" is a fluid concept to me, being an atheist (It may be different for other atheists) My first question if asked to define god would be "which god?" Shiva will be defined in a very different way to Baal or Allah. If pressed I probably could define those gods but it would be textbook regurgitating because I have no personal connection or affiliation to those gods, likely my response would be a cut n paste of their wiki page There are so many gods that, unless you firmly believe in a particular one it's almost impossible to come up with a blanket definition that applies to all, some are cruel & vengeful some are caring & forgiving. Some are even wolves!
You have a concept of "One god" so you can speak & define in terms of one being, I don't share that belief don't so I can't possibly define it.



God, in the most general terms, is an empty concept. The myriad definitions of God have left essentially every aspect of its personality (even whether or not it has a personality) totally open. I don’t have a personal definition of God, because I don’t believe in any gods. Am on the street feel like walking or trexking as some would say. I visited the nearest ATM machine and redrawed some cash. IWhen I saw my Debit Alert and the Available balance I smiled and said to myself if I die what's left of my Money.



I decided to keep working down the road. And something strikes me. Two Hausa Kids in the north here they are called Almajiris. They said to me

Speaking Hausa ' Dan Allah muna jinyunwa '. Translated as please we are hungry.

I looked at them and asked will you eat bread. This I said in Hausa ' Zaku chi Bureadi ? ' .

They replied yes.

I checked round and saw a bakery and I took them in. You see I love one thing about this kids they made me smile. They way they jump up and so happy over Viju milk and bread is astonishing.

I then asked myself. Why aint I satisfied with what I have.?? Why ain't humans satisfied with what they have. I took some pictures of the kids but they were so shy and always dodge the shots. I had to let them be.

Handed N500 each and bid farewell. And they replied me saying in Hausa ' Allah zai bada sa' ah ' translated as God will give u luck.

Thinking and Thinking. I wished I had a Facebook account.

I just feel like scrolling through pictures watching guys and gals smile in happy moment. Awwww so sad. I had no option but to trace back romaciella thread of pictures. Even though I was not happy with what she did that day. Today I look at the pix and smile. You are pretty dear.
