HOW IS MARKET ALL
My posting has been few due to the deep study we are doing on some of our trading systems.

With the insane exchange rate, the money we have in our trades in a forum like this becomes valuable.

This is a powerful forum, if you a weakling, sorry this place is not for you. It is hard work. Yesterday we bought the token "RBN", this paid our commission immediately, so who said commission is bad, if I pay commission and I get world class service, I am happy.

GOLD is coming up, it is part of what our system picked up today.

WE NEED TO ALWAYS BE PREPARED!!!
Due to the fact that I do want to add more money to my account (exchange rate sky high at the moment) and the market bearish, was wandering if I will not trade anything this week (at worst we do 4 trades a week, but with this new commission rate probably 2 a week until market improves or we add more funds to our account).

And luckily for us one of our pending orders delivered, so we are ready to trade today, you can rightly gued which side? The blockchain side is where we are going (money too small to trade stocks because of minimum commission requirement).

The moral of the story is we should continue to monitor the market and then pounce when the opportunity shows up (note that I was sleeping when the order was triggered, our plaform can always take our orders as limit or stop loss).

NIGERIA STOCK MARKET SHOWING STRONG BEARISH TREND- WHAT CAN WE DO
The music in the market is currently bearish.

Sorry to tell the truth, the best we can do is just to slow down. If we have some profits in the market, let us put our stop loss in place and be ready to get out when our stop is hit.

For the Global market, bear market is a pain too, but there is a temporary (note the word temporary) safety in[b] VIX[/b] related stocks/ETF.

Let us not try to buy too soon, we should wait. For our followers, this matter has been on our table for quit some time.

TODAY THE BEARS ARE IN CONTROL OF THE MARKET
Bears in control, plus the fact that many maket indices are in points where to know if tget are going up or down is not possible.

Somehow, I will not blame the market, if we cannot agree with what the market is doing, the n we wait!!! WEBS is our stock for today.

This new commission rate has tied our hands, plus the fact that Bitcoin tokens are now heavily correlated to stock is another challenge.

Nevertheless, we know there is money here , especially with some opportunities currently showing up in biotechs. Let us stay commuted to this market, if we need to spend some small money to get ideas that we make us profitable, it is worth it. The fact that seeing mivents above 6% on many stocks every blessed day is an indicator that money is here.

CHARTS DO NOT LIE- THERE IS CURRENTLY BIG RISK IN THE NIGERIA MARKET
Review of the current postion of the Nigeria All Share Index Chart and charts of major equities is telling us that that there is a big headwind ahead in the market.

I cannot imaging the likes of MTNN, breaking to the downside and the same may apply to OKOMU OIL. Okomu oil may probably break to the downside, and if this happens, it may be a massive one for this stock.

This is not a time to be aggressive in buying stocks.

In investing best decision you can make is to follow someone that knows how to navigate the market. Reading one million books will be of very little assistance to you, someone with practical experience mentoring you is the best. TRADING GLOBAL STOCK IS THE SURE THING
Just finished review of Nigeria stocks. What I saw is very scary, if the assumption that the stock market is a signal of things to come is true (plus the fact that charts do not lie) , then our Government need to sit down and do something about the economy. Our recommendations for Monday 25 July has been sent to our subscribers.

Comming back to global stocks, this market is so deep and offers good opportunity for long term gains compared with the local market, but the only condition is the ability to wait and also to get more knowledge about the market. We need to be adding dividend paying stocks in essential services sectors (gas utilities, electricity, CEF, BDC, water, media, communications, Commodities ETF/ETN and MLPs) to our portfolio. The gains may not be immediate, but it will surely come. VIX and dollar Index fairly up this morning.

This is a point to be careful on this market. The ETF/STOCKS that are going down are about hitting support, while those down are trying to bounce, we need to slow down a little and only be aggressive when the trend is fairly clear.

TOOK A LOSS ON THE SHORT SIDE WITH JOY!!!
My deposit is resting on my account, at least tge risk overhang is gone. Still waiting for something to sell so that I can have a reasonable % commission on passfolio that is just about 1.5%. With the quality 9f this platform from Passfolio, I feel I have japa on the trading side. If the Local APPs cannot match this passfolio platform, they will see very little of my money going to them.

At least it is because I have up to the minute price movements and my portfolio performance that I am able to make BUY / sell decisions so fast.

Today I coid have bought BPT for the dividend, but my balance is too small to make the minimum commission for Passfolio come to me own minimum of 1.5%. Will wait to accumulate more funds or move my cash to the blockchain side. We are learning with the new commission rates that waiting is part of the game (just like a time out in basketball).

MARKET CAN BE READ- READY TO TAKE A LOSS IF NASDAQ CLOSES POSITIVE TODAY
I will be happy to take a loss today for one of my trades on the short side if the NASDAQ closes positive today!!! Even if it closes negative, I will put in a stop loss!!!

From now henceforth, I will have minimal position on the short side in case of a strong bearish market. The reason for this is that, the risk of loss for over staying in a short postion is too high (loss is unlimited).

Why am I ready to take this loss, our recent/current gains in the market is telling us that we have a good system which can recover from losses and it is better to avoid big losses. Example of a big loss will be any that is above 33.33% (I am talking about the maximum here, assuming we made the mistake of not exiting early)

Today's market looks unclear, the big positive move we have seen recently may likely be toned down today. Conclusively, at the moment we want to play on the bullish side.

The stock to be sold is part of a diversify portfolio, taking the loss will not seem like an unusual loss for the affected portfolio. So I believe is the best decision for now. We take the loss keep our cash for some time as we study were the decision went wrong!!!! It is hash but has to be done. This will enable us to still be in the game. We don't want a loss that will knock us out totally

TODAY IS CELEBRATION DAY FOR THE BULLS
I don't know if the celebration concerns Nigeria or not. All I know that today will be a beginning of a likely bullish week.

Unfortunately as we are following a trading plan, I will not be bringing new money into the market. I will simply cash my gain and the re invest on the blockchain token side via Passfolio. The token side is not affected by the new commission rate and for us the commission is still cool looking at the quality of service.

Our scan for the blockcahin side is nearly finised, and some if the tokens fir our consideration are: MC, CRV, Manna. Final selection will be the chart postion at our trade entry time (yes, we have a time of the day when we buy stocks, token etc).

HOW IS THE MARKET?
On our side we will say market not too bad. With the new fees structures of the APPs, the best platforms may not likely see reduced transactions as they arecproviding some value for their clients.

So no matter the onstacle on the way we move ahead. Like someone rightle pointed out, the lowest trades on most platforms will now be between 50 & 66.67. This is serious business no bullsheet

Again I will say the best system for a retail traders is technical analysis, with some little touch of fundamentals. A retail trader that want to rely on fundamentals should be ready to take big losses. We have good trading systems for everybody, just like at this time we are making more use of patterns created by our software, so only little input from our own thought

WHAT DID WE BUY TODAY?

This introduction of flat rate may be a blessing in disguise, it is telling us we should either take trading as a serious business or wait on the sideline.

One is always not sure if a trade, but the fact that I consider all parameters and best uotions available made me happy. Okay one of the good options I rejected was UNG- a very good ETF that has deliver over 100% gains I. The last one year!!!

MARKET IS THOUGH - I WONDER HOW PEOPLE WILL LIKE TO GAMBLE IN FRONT OF A BIG REPORT
I was a little hit surprised earlier in the day when the stock indexes were going up. Now the report is out and whoever has voted for the bulls are going to get crushed.

SURVIVED ANOTHER THOUGH TRADING DAY!!!
We need the right tool and system to successfully navigate this market. How do I chose between 13000 stocks offered on an average platform? Scanning easy desired stock one by one is a possibility, but it will waste our time and get us tired soon l. This is where we need a charting software, this will go through the 13000 stocks in minutes and bring out the stocks we should buy.

Then what criteria should we use to separate those we should buy, thi is our trading system.

No too much story, our trading system chose many stocks in inverse ETF, and today we bought FNGD- it is a scary purchase, and we are not wating for 20% gain from any move above 8% and stock start losing momentum, count us out. I have already pointed out on our twitter page that if you are not prepared to buy/sell/buy/sell then you may find stock trading for profit a difficult venture (no matter if you are trading Nigeria or Global stocks).

TODAY I WILL SAY LIFE IS GOOD
For the market today I will say no complain.

And for the APPs that are treating this trading business like "shit" congrats, in the long run you will loose your clients and you know it cost more to get a new client than to keep an old one.

MARKET CAN BE FUNNY
Fed to speed up rate increase and the market jump up? Okay, let us see what happens tommorrow.

Although oil and other commodities that are the main cause of inflation are falling (this is the big factor in the market!!! I wonder what will happen to oil stock, the day Ukraine Russia War ends, Oil will tank like mad and the market will shout big hallelujah!!!

The general bull and bear are at the central line at the moment, let us see which will be under pressure from tommorow? Although the commodity prices falling is good as an indirect cure for inflation, so people that want cheaper prices for things should be happy and is an indirect blow to Russia economy /national income

Please have lost tons ofoney on cryptos this year. But the comforting factor is that the big funds have plan and activating the palm to participate.

We should not be suprised that the big money has crashed the price to be able to get in at lower prices.

MARKET LOOKING UNPRECTABLE AT THIS POINT WE ARE ON THE DEFENSIVE SIDE

Currently the market is not for the faint hearted, the way indices gain today and lose tommorow is nerve wrecking.

But the good thing is that our account is still stable.

We are slowing down in putting money in the market, as we go back to make our trading system better. Now we are having a trading system that will ensure that we do not buy at highs and ith just the essential indicators only.

We believe there is still money in this market.

Our Trading platforms are cey important, just one small issue on our trading platform can mare a whole day and distablise our plan.

For the 1st time passfolio platform dissapointed us, as the platform has been misbehaving on some trade requests. We hope they get the umissue sorted out on time.

5TH JULY 2022
Another interesting day in the market, started on a scary note, but ended fairly well. For those of us that are still in the market. I say congratulations.

Due to the bearish Ness of this market, we are shifting our attention to ETF due to the opportunity to play on the bearish side. It has been interesting although challenging.

Playing the etf allows us to hedge our postion. For example we have a number of GOLD stocks we are holding for the long term (just collection some small DIvidends (buying an ETF like jdst can serve like a hedge for those positions!!!

WHERE IS EVERYBODY?
For people like us, we are here always and we will continue to play the game as usual!!

Before we make any negative comment, let us check other US stock forums. This is the king of them all that is still alive and where you can get profitable ideas from time to time.

A THOUGH DAY IN THE MARKET
We are still holding on, today we did some very tiny trade on Chaka/Trove just to test how paying commission will be!!! Look strange, but we just have to get used to it. Quality of service matters, I will not mind paying commission at Passfolio as the quality of service is BAM.

We continue to protect ourself against the market shock (this is alright). but the best antidote to the vear market is for us to stay out/reduce our position.

WHAT IS OUR STOCK PICK FOR TODAY
