IF you are making withdrawal from SPROUTFI and you have not receive your money, just send them a mail. Also since it is to be by wire transfer, check the number of days that has been specified for you to conclude a withdrawal. It is too early to start complaining on withdrawal issues, so just send SPROUTFI a mail and then follow-up.

However, since they are a relatively young broker, they are likely to start bringing more improvements as we move on[b] (so Chaka and Trove should see as this new broker improves and innovated with new products). Why, we are following the big money who are confirmed investors that have track record. BUILDING A GOOD PORTFOLIO IS A PAINFUL PROCESS BUT RESULT WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY
Reviewed a stock DEN (the oil stock), 3 year return was over 5000%, so here you will have recover your initial investment over and over many times.

So, we should not give up, but let us start buying better quality stocks. Forget the penny stocks except in few instances.

Also, what I love about the market is that no0 issue of unclaimed dividend. Once the dividends are declared it goes straight into your wallet. Have you observed that for stocks you have sold, some you just held for under one month, and about a month after you have sold and even forgotten about the stock, you will just see a confirmation of dividend payment!!! This is wonderful.

So let us keep our risk to reasonable level, with time we should start making money if we follow the right person and the right principle.

Chaka is now charging $1/month for maintenance fees.

This is not good enough. Now the charge is not based on your activity (buying and selling).

I leave us to do the thinking on your own, based on what I have written on the number of people actually trading on the platform.

I am not opposed to charges for good quality service, for example I was using Pass pro, Pass pro offered a good service for which the payment was well justified. In this case, we are not assured of more stock or no frequent down days on the platform? Thus for those who have opened account with $10 or equivalent, the platform will just take away all your balance withing the next 1 year.

Important message here is, we have to improve on our trading get better/bigger such that you can get money to trade on a good platforms (Trade zero. Co is my target for now).

For the people who are ready to improve, let us not give up, better days are still ahead, Chaka or Trove may not likely be the Nigeria platform that will bring us the better days, but better days will definitely come. For now, SPROUTFI looks good for people like me.

FOR GLOBAL STOCK TRADING-WE NEED A RELIABLE NIGERIA BASED PLATFORM?
With the type of opportunities in global stock trading, we need a strong and reliable local platform. Such that we can cash out our gains on regular basis if necessary.

My unhappiness with Chaka is that the stock are few. For TROVE, the platform is off and not working on many days. The entry of a strong local player will vlbe a game changer. For that KUDA bank, with the news I have been hearing if them, I will not touch anything they are offering, except they have changed their character of reporting Customers to enforcement agencies?

I am seriously considering giving chaka a trial, my problem when I was recently active on Chaka is that I seems to be the only one trading, AS I WILL BE COMPLAINING WHEN THE PLATFORM IS NOT WORKING, BUT DELIBERATELY I WILL WAIT TO SEE IF OTHERS WILL COMPLAIN. Conclusion here is that people have lost good money in trading Global stocks, such that they cannot trade again I feel for then, and will encourage them to come back, but they need to get a good mentor in firm of a subscription service, I am not saying use our service, but try BARCHART, MORTELEY FOOL, STOCK ROVER, STOCK.US and do subscribe to a paid trading plaform too.

So we can extrapolate further why people are few on this forum- they have lost most of their tradibg capital!! But there is a way out, continue visiting here and our twitter page for trade ideas you can use. Test our ideas and see if you can give our paid version a trial.

TRADING IN GLOBAL STOCK IS LIKE HAVING A PRECIOUS JEWEL ON OUR HANDS
Looking at my account performance 8b recent times, I can emphatically say I am happy.

And for the market retracing on Monday 14 November 2022, I can say I am equally happy too. Why am I happy when market is going down:
I) it tells me it is time to take some profits off the table- sold MAXN (may still buy again later)
2) gives me the opportunity to buying some of the stocks on our reserve bench at a cheaper rate: semi-cobductor industry is becoming hot again, I must buy a stock here plus an ETF
3) tells me it is time to wait on the sidelines. Just like today I may not buy any stock, as the proceed of my MAXN sale is too small considering the minimum commission bt Passfolio. Thus again the advantage od ZERO commission comes into mind, and as PASSFOLIO is moving our portfolio to SPROUFI (where I can trade commission free, so why should I rush and pay commission at PASSFOLIO last minute of existence, not making much sense, so a good time to wait (by the way, please download your account details if you are at Passfolio NOW, you may need 8t for future reference, if you miss getting you accounts details out of the platform before it is pulled down, getting those details may be impossible again and you may at one tone or the other need it).

WE NEED TO BE BUYING QUALITY STOCKS
We need to change our style as we get used to the Global stock market. In our group, we are emphasisng quality stocks and if dividend paying the better. For example our review showed TDS as a stock good for dividend, but we need to wait for the right timing, not in buying zone as at time of this message. For this reason too MTNN, will make a goid stock as Internet become essential that cannot be done without, do you know some young one will rather sub rather than eat if they are presented with the 2 options and need to chose one?

LOOKING AT THIS DRIVEWEALTH MODE OF BUSINESS
Trading with Stockbrokers affiliated to drivewealth seems to be a sort of risk protection. I said this because, since our accounts is ultimately in their care, if anything happens to the sub stockbroker (like the way it happened that Trove decided to close down, our portfolio gets transfered to another broker, probably in the same Country as the broker that is ceasing business), looks good since I will not be looking for another stockbroker on my own if my current broker stops their business. We got out of our oil stocks today. We had no option.

Now waiting for election result and CPI for tommorrow. Passfolio liquidated our blockchain holdings, thus we now have more fire power for stocks.

I like the way Passfolio handle this matter, it will likely be a smooth transition. Trove/Chaka not making any effort to get those from Nigeria after transfer of all portfolio to SPROUTFI is a big surprise, they are like telling us they cannot match our quality expectation. No problem, we move on.

HAPPY NEW MONTH
New month is happy time, At passfolio new month is the time for 10 free trades. And as usual we have some trades to take. What ai love about the global market is that there is no dull moment, if the Market is bullish, buy normal stocks. If market is bearish, buy the inverse or short the market. I don't feel the bears much again, since I have my hedge in place? These industries are hot at the moment: oil service, oil, Insurance and Consumer retail.

Definitely we are selling one of our stocks in the overbought area and replacing with another one that is at a buy/value zone. Did anybody key in onto that last stock I showed HLX, it is still going higher. However. Today we equally have good picks that will go high and we are going to be very specific only 6 tickers, our members see it immediately and 2 days after buying we post here. At a time like this we are buying dividend paying stocks or stocks with strong growth, AAPL is still in our shopping list TSLA is on the bench for now till resistance 239.01 is broken or drops to 210 support level

Remember GDP was today. I have not confirm the figures, but market seems to be happy at the moment.

EXPECT MORE VOLATILITY IN THE LAST 3 DAYS OF THIS WEEK
High impact news are coming out from now till Friday and the Fed meeting starts on Nov 2. So will be a good time to focus on our portfolio and plan for what will be the direction of the market after Fed Meeting decision later in the day on Nov 3. Good hunting ground are the Tech, Energy (gas especially/exploration). Boitech and big stocks that have pulled back.

Let us continue to control our risk. After Fed meeting if the direction is now more bullish, we are likely to tone down on the need for hedging.

THE PRINCIPLE OF INVESTING IS TO BUY LOW SELL HIGH
Today we are recommending AAPL as a good buy. Why! Our trading plan blueprint tell us it is buying time!!!

MY OPINION ON SPOUTFI AND SOME ONE MENTIONING TROVE
Since our accounts are going to SPOUTFI under special arrangement, we will be treated fairly, at least whatever we have in our account, we can be trading with it till we get a better idea on the need to move or not.

The Nigerian APPS are not the best at this moment, the platforms are not prepared for trading Global stocks: it is either there are not enough stocks or they hang nearly everyday.
To confirm my openion on Nigeria APPs you can transfer about NGN14, OOO to Trove and come and tell the forum your experience!!! .

On SPROUFI, have they rejected your account? Many big Stockbrokers accepting people from Togo, Niger Republic etc are rejecting Nigeria residence, (Fidelity, welbull etc). So if SPOUTFI is rejecting Nigeria residence no surprise it is the norm (I don't know why, but when you mention you are from Nigeria in an International Airport outside West Africa you know what comes to mind).

[b]Cool down, if SPROUFI is accepting us on this special occasion (drive wealth is the Godfather for many medium size Stockbrokers [/b]and they may have told SPROUFI to accept all accounts from Passfolio, they have no option). Remember the Nigerians that opened account early at 212 are still using their account, therefore we should take it as a privilege that SPOUTFI is accepting us due probable to the influence of drivewealth. unfortunately drivewealth do no accept individuals as clients, they only deal with Stockbrokers (stockbroker to other Stockbrokers). If you need your peace of mind just calm down, stay with SPOUTFI as one of the few Nigerians that will have accoubt there. Trove may be okay, if you trade with $10 and you don't care with what may happen to your money if you have a trade on and the platforms hangs for 2 days. On a general note, if you can afford to trade with $200 and above, you are not a poor person and no global stockbroker will treat you shabily (except Nigeria APPs, as they believe the average person will open account WITH NGN7000 and then lose it or forget it). To be frank, Passfolio level of service was 100% better than the local APPs, the trading plaform never broke down for 2hrs continuously, for the Nigeria APPs. Plaform not working for 3 days at a stretch is a normal thing (which a good investor will never accept).

I will not comment on this matter again. Let us look to take our trading to the next level. Finally, for whoever is making a recommendation to you, go and check that person's profile and see what that person is involved in, is the person investing actively in Global stocks, than take your decision. We need to protect our money, "RETURN OF CAPITAL" MAY BE BETTER THAN EXPECTED RETURN ON CAPITAL

THIS PASSFOLIO MATTER IS AN EYE OPENER

I am still reviewing this Passfolio notice? This is a red flag to US as members of this forum.

For now I will try to digest the message and comment later.

Let us maintain our cool. Looking at it from the literal side, we have suffered no big loss, except for the blockchain side, where whatever we have as loss has crytalised. Our main cash will either go to the new broker or get refunded back.

It is heartbroken and very painful, but let us control our emotions. God will give us the fortitude to bear this rude shock. Since drivewealth is still involved, we should maintain our cool, as drivewealth is the main Custodian of our stocks and they are the one that has the main FITC link.

WE ARE BACK TO OUR NORMAL GAME TILL NOV 2 FED MEETING
The fear of the Fed issue is now settled. Inflation must be attached with heavy rate hikes?

For us and our forum members, you will receive more stock picks henceforth. However, we are playing a very strict game, we would avoid buying anything that is overbought, this is the issue we have been avoiding. Too mant stocks in the oil sector are overbought, but we will look for reasonable pull backs. For this at least we have 2 names in mind, but we believe crude or oil will not be sweet if there is no dividend- don't you hear sweet crude all the time, so we are only interested in oil stock that has the sweet(dividend) attached. If you look at the history of oil prices except for a new coy (has Nad many mergers and acquisitions) like OXY, most of them will still be close to prices they were sold probably 4years ago, you can check and dispute my comment (no harm, I may not even counter the argument), the point is if you look at the sectors, OIL has one of the higher dividend yields
