Thanks @Toy002

Hello Yokus,

My previous application was cancelled on the 1st of July and i got my refund on the 15th of July. My advise is that you gather funds to pay for your new application if you are yet to receive your refund but you will definitely get the funds back.
Should it be Government for LIRS- Lagos state internal revenue
Cos they are referred to as public servants not civil servants

My darling sis.. it's just FBI PCC left which I should be getting in 2 weeks since they are now on 30th of April applications.

Pls how did you go about getting the uk police report?

Follow the instructions- https://www.acro.police.uk/police_certificates.aspx

@oddysey they asked for travel history for me and spouse. In the rejection letter they stated that they didnt see the police cert or "evidence that i applied for same", so hopefully you are covered. I don't wish such stress on anyone. When wad ur Aor

Goodday House. I am trying to be super careful this time because of the rejection on monday. Pof has been in my account since May and i hope to get ita soon. I did a loe in the last application showing that i got the money from hubbys acc. Do you think fixing the amount for the next 3months when i get aor and using the letter showing it is fixed makes any difference or i should just stick to using the statement like i did last time.

I did the fbi fingerprint in alagbon on tuesday and sent two sets. I have gotten different advice as to when to submit the application once i get ita. Should i wait for the fbi police clearance or submit the proof that i applied for it pending when i get the police cert.

Your message touched me. Thanks. Congratulations

So to the guys at AOR, Med passed, IP1/2, PPR congratulations to you, may God see us all to the end. More importantly, to the guys who have had one challenge or the other, keep pressing, check, re-check and re-fire your documents to cic, your canny dreams is just around the corner.

Thank you all.
I actually read and read but not everything. I just never saw it until recently. i bumped into someone saying something like it few days ago but it was too late by then. May God answer our heart's desires, i appreciate you all. Thanks again.

On the contrary, I knew this information because I read up. I didn't think I needed it too as I've never lived in the US then I read It's cumulative and so I asked the necessary info right here on this thread.
It's very important to read up.
Information is power!
Thank you very much, i appreciate you @ajujuju2 @bbaby84 @wura27 @lamlye
There was a clause in the letter stating no usa police cert or evidence of it being done. What is the best advice, i downloaded the filled form and will go to alagbon to do the finger printing and dhl it this week.
However does it make sense to enter the pool or accept ita again... or does the clause "evidence of processing the police cert" mean that i can upload the evidence of processing it.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by yokus(f): 5:24pm On Jul 17, 2017
Thank you very much. I didnt realise that it was cumulative. Thanks every one inc wura27. I guess ill start over

Oh dear! So sorry to hear this. I've never lived in the US myself but I got an FBI PCC done ( still waiting on the report though). When I calculated all the times I've been to the US for holidays., childbirth etc it was more than 6 months so I had to do it. I submitted on the 9th of May and they've only begun to open May packages in July. It takes a while. So get on it right now.
You may need to get all your docs all over because of dates. Good luck!
Sad to post this time line
Ita- 3/3/17 march 3rd
AOR 16/6/17 Acknowledgement of receipt
UCI num assigned on or b4 11/7/17
Adr-11/7/17
Adr sent 12/7/17
Cancelled 17/7/17

It is heartbreaking
I thought that we only needed police clearance for aplace we spend 6months straight in. I did uk police report and nigeria. I attached the pic, i hope this helps someone. I am a little bit confused but it is well.
Apparently i need USA police clearance - how do i go about this cos i dont want to be discouraged, i want to go back in the pool asap.
Can i still use all these same documents. My crs was 451.

Thanks. I must be exhausted from all the failed attempts at even getting the form A itself. I downloaded, uninstalled and redownloaded multiple times before i finally got it to open. I know that i read it and conciously looked for the instruction a couple of times but suddenly didnt find it, not knowing that i had not scrolled to the top. I wish us all God's

If it's not a schedule A, then kindly disregard my comment.
Thanks sir/ma
Pls what if the space for my travel history is not enough, cos it asked for travel history in the past 10years. The 6 boxes is quite insufficient. How do i attach extra pages if i want and upload or should i print out the form and write it manually?

mikkyphp:
It is an editable PDF document. Try to download the form on your PC, and open it with the most recent version of Acrobat Reader. Good luck

Use the link below to raise a case specific enquiry (CSE). It will allow you to upload the missing page. Choose "Replacement/Amendment of Document..." in the dropdown.

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

You should be fine since your AOR is recent.

TravelRe: U.S. Non-immigrant Visas: We’re Listening by yokus(f): 11:40pm On Jun 08, 2017
Thanks for your reply, but just incase these people didn't make a mistake and are sure that they were attended to by the same person, what options are available for them pls?
abujaniv:
Hello yokus. Visa officers take great pains to assure that they do not interview applicants more than once. Applicants sometimes get us confused and think they are seeing the same person, but be assured, we can see if we (or other officers) have interviewed a particular applicant. If that happens, we recuse ourselves and guide the applicant to a different window.

We don't look at or consider invitations at all, so that would not be a factor in the adjudication of a visa application.
