Good afternoon, I had my interview with TUM and I mailed the course adviser and he replied that I should be patient for their final decision and he also stated that I achieved the necessary points for an admission.
So I want to ask, is it possible to pass the interview and still get rejected

Hello house.I have been following this thread for weeks and i am seeking some clarification on some info as regards admission process for a degree program in germany. I dropped out of a federal university in my third year,about 4 years ago.I was in medical sciences.I delved into business for some reasons.Now,I have enough cash to go back to school for a business degree.I have contacted the federal university and i was told that i can still have my transcript.My question is will it be acceptable by a german university? and what are my chances of gaining admission with that? I have other salient questions but i will be glad if someone can provide answers to these first.Thanks everyone

I'm settling for sustainable resource management at TU Munich as it is now sha.. I still have Msc Life science and economics and policy with d same TU Munich, no response yet for Msc Management from them too.
Also BTU Cottbus- environmental and resource management but I don chenk this one..
Kiel University - environmental management -no response yet!

I'm pretty sure you should be qualified for most of the above programs with your MBA regardless of your undergraduate degree area just package your motivation letter and cv.
But of course it all depends on your area of interest again so you should know better.

I don't think that should be a problem.. People use bsc to apply for another bsc, msc for another msc and no issues. As long as you're able to secure an admission with an institution and able to present the embassy with all the required documents, baah wahala.

I myself used an mba and got admission, interview done but we still dey wait for Angela Merkel sha..

It's too early to start spending as much as that on winter jackets o. Look for a primark store around you.. you can still get a good one between €15-€25.. you can check their online store and order if the store around your location has the e-commerce arm..

I mentioned primark cos I know they sell budget fast fashion. You can as well check other fast fashion stores online such as H&M.. but sure you can't spend up to €50 sha

First I thought it's a bad idea to encourage people to use Visa Agent on this platform. Not because they can't be trusted, but because there is a wealth of information here with people willing to help you obtain that desired goal. Truth be told, no matter how busy work can really get, one can also create time to read some parts of the thread(or just part 5 alone) and you'll surprised how much you know already.
No be agent go help you find your desired course when you know your strengths and weaknesses to related course programs. No be when go tell you the little things that matter, from writing a strong LoM, to visa interview process.
My advise: Winter semester is due and you can only focus on next year's summer or winter(a year from now) to read, ask questions and get prompt response from different intellectuals here on NL with different convincing views to choose from just like I have started my journey in just 2 month. I may be wrong, but think about it.

I was also in same situation after my interview but I mailed them and I was told to use either blocked account or SL

Guys this is pretty urgent. I did my interview on Friday 31/08 and I got a mail just now to submit my proof of blocked acct by 15/08. Meanwhile I stated that I'm using SL in my application form and informed the VO accordingly too during the interview
Please do I reply the mail now that I'll be sending the SL instead of the BA confirmation, cos the mail specifically stated the €720/month or should I just wait until I have the SL and send it?

Who else has received this kind of mail and your response please.. and it's just the first working day after my interview...

Did mine on Thursday and got an offer later that day, the interview was very brief, about 15 mins.
I guess your motivation for choosing the course is key and why TUM and not other German unis with similar masters programs.
I didn't get any question related to my Bsc or the project sef they concentrated more on my profile as I already have an MBA, so questions like what particular area of specialization I'm I looking at and why, since I've studied at a masters level before.
Just be calm and well composed you'll be fine...

Me too. I guess they do that on a rollin basis just as someone said earlier. So it depends on when your application got to them via uniassist. I got my admission first week June.

Ignore that information on their site. The information was already there before I applied and did my interview. Two of my friends have been interviewed too since we saw that information as well as countless number of people from Nairaland.
And no the one that got a date this morning didn't apply with a scholarship letter. We all used Fintiba.
I advise you to read back some pages of this thread and be informed or better still start from page 0

Are you sure you followed the right format because a friend of mine applied by exactly 7 a.m. this morning and got a feedback by 11 a.m. this morning and was given 30th of August as his appointment date. So post your mail here let's see it to know if your format was correct or not

Did your friend apply with a scholarship letter? Cos they now say there are no more appointments on their website.

Please does anyone know if it's still possible to get an interview appointment for this winter admission as it's now clearly on their website that no more appointments for this year.
The schools I applied to are not even done with the process, in fact I still have interviews scheduled for August 2 and 3. Meanwhile their enrolment deadline is still November 16.

Can someone still send the interview appointment mail by building a case that enrollment still extends till mid November?
