By this logic; the Targaryens for the last 150 years weren't dragons; they couldn't hatch or tame a dragon; Rhaegar wasn't a dragon.

But they often called Rhaegar "the last dragon".

I have a theory (emphasis on theory) that Targaryens were generally had a high tolerance to the flames, and that somehow proved they were capable of taming and riding dragons especially as they kept bloodlines pure through incest. But as they began marrying outsiders the trait began to skip several offspring (like Viserys for example) but was dominant in Rhaegar and Dany.

Amd when heat killed Viserys Dany actually meant he lacked the trait and was no true "Dragon"

Just so you know, Sansa Stark is ranked the 4th greatest character in the series by Rolling Stone and is often considered the most relatable character on the show.

Viserys wasn't a dragon. . . . Targaryens capable of raising and taming dragons are considered Dragons. They usually have a high tolerance for all things hot.
Viserys didn't have that that's why Dany said he wasn't a "dragon"

Cerci was never interested in Robert, their marriage was more or less a business deal, she got her own 'amusement' else where and there was no need for her to use her 'female power' on Robert (the show didn't show us any). To Cerci, Robert was just an annoying figure she had to put up with for her family name.

Now, when you come to Sansa and Ramsey, their relationship was quite different, the more reason why Sansa should have deployed every tactics she knows or have heard of for Ramsey. Though Ramsey was a psycho, but if Sansa played her cards well, she would have stopped that rape and gained control of Ramsey, rather she preferred to be 'Sansa'. LF married her off to Ramsey for a reason and if she were wise and smart enough, she would have had a hold on Ramsey even if it was just to stop the rape

Remember Dany was also once in that position. Drogo raped her everyday. She had to get smart, asked and learnt how to use her 'female power' to subdue and control Drogo. Her situation was even worse and more delicate than that of Sansa because GOT portrayed the Dothraki men to have little or no emotions for their women, the men behave like animals on heat but Dany was able to subdue one, not just anyone but their leader. She was young too.

Sansa Stark is just plain foolish. If cares is not taken LF would still manipulate her fish brain.
