I watched the whole thing on YouTube in like 4 days which is hilarious to me cause the CGI. . .oh lawd!
I had to drop my brain at the door to throughly enjoy it.

Have you seen other Cdramas?

There's just something about the scenes on this show. The tension between Nabi and Jeon feels so heightened.
The soundtrack, the lightening, the sudden silence when they stare at each other, the hand placement and the soft sensuality is honestly different from anything I've seen in Kdramas.
Maybe cause a woman directed it so we're seeing 19+ chemistry through the female gaze for the first time.
Nevertheless, I love it!


Overall the show is like a car running way above it's speed limit, you just know it's going to crash and you should look away but you just can't.

To keep enjoying this I had to check my brain out at the door.
I can't believe it's been 14 episodes and Dam is still calling her boyfriend "Sir"

As at this moment, Stayc is probably my favorite rookie girl group. I love those girls so much and honestly black eyed pilseung finished work when it comes to how he's promoting them. Plus the girls are so talented so they're basically golden in my book. My favorite thing about them is how every member can comfortably sing in both high and low registers. That is so rare to see in a rookie group and I stan!

I wanna wrap Na-bi and protect her from the big bad wolf (and dose her with a heavy dose of self esteen) but the wolf is so irresistibly gorgeous and I want her to explore the inner workings of her womanhood with him.
I'm so torn.

I had high hopes for this drama, I mean its Park Bo Young and SIG but what the frack is this mess?
What's up with vagueness and broken dialogues?
I think it wasn't probably translated to English because their conversations don't seem to flow lexically.
The leads chemistry are sorely the only thing pushing this show.

It must have been so hard for his victims to watch him act like the charming regular boy-next-door all the while being a grade A asshole underneath.

The second couple is really cute I must admit.

Tbh besides the snail's pace the story is progressing my other reasons are superficial like way the male lead's ears distract me and idk who is styling him for this role.

So Arthdal Chronicles is a series and it was supposed to have 3 seasons but after releasing season 1 they've been joncing fans for 1 year+. They say the next season is coming out next year but we're not sure of anything and it's very annoying because the drama was soooo good. Sigh. I'm heartbroken huhuhuhu

Okay I want to smack Rowoon's character. I swear if I was Song Ah I'd have hit him by now. He's acting like a typical man. Okay he wanted to let her know that her boyfriend is a scumbag, fine. Oya leave her alone to make the decision nau, no. Instead he's following her like Ozo. Mtcheeeew. He's lucky he's so tall and fine. I get that he likes her oh but in a situation like this he should have given her space. They've made up now sha so kudos to them.

As for her ex boyfriend. Nah, I don't pity him. He's weak af. He knows that he currently doesn't have the liver to tell that mental case that he can't marry her but he went around dating my wife and letting her think they were in a relationship. Nah, a scumbag. I hope she has hot s*x with Rowoon and he gives her hickeys and she goes to work in a V neck blouse. Nonsense.

I have zero complaints about this drama. I love the two main couples, but at the moment Sooyoung and Kang Tae Oh have my rapt attention. That woman is going to crush his heart. He won't be able to paint again, LMAO. I hope it ends well for them though. As for Seongyeom's (is that his name?) Father....lewl......he's lucky I'm not his daughter. I'd have leaked a sex tape of myself and a demon worshipper, it's not only political position you'll run for. Nonsense and ingredient.

I lovedddddd this drama so much!!! I think the ending was too soft, I wanted heartbreak. I thought they had given it to me with the explosion only for daesang winning oppa (I'll never be over that) to survive. I wanted tears fam!

Honestly, this drama is annoying the sh*t out of me. They made Yeo Joo to be so wise and knowing but LMAO, she has fallen my hands, legs, breast. Tueh. Let it kuku finish this week let me rest.

My excitement or enjoyment of this drama hasn't dropped, not even a little. It's a regular saguek but they just made it....different, lol! I am loving it!!!

Korean writers and misogyny are like 5&6. Like Ibkayee said, the second male lead is always sweet and nice and reasonable so that you can even start rooting for him but the second female leads are ALWAYS karashikas. Tueh. Tueh. Change oh, Korean writers change!

I don't know why they don't ever flip the narrative and surprise us with an actual likeable second lead female.
Most from recent memory are always bitchy shedevils that make it hard to sympathise with them. Whereas the second male lead is just shy of perfection. Mtchew

So nice to see kdramas adopting the mockumentary style of filming. Very refreshing.
However 30 minutes per episode is too short to see Chang Wook on my screen.

Episode 14 was the first time I watched a drama without subs cause I just couldn't wait after the previous episode ended in a cliffhanger. The show is that good!

I like the fact that at least one of the 2nd lead was problematic. Kang Soo Jin was already having a psychological problem, she just needed someone to vent on.

I didn't like that they made her problematic.
She already had a good storyline of being an overachiever with an abusive tiger father undermining all her academic efforts, they could have fleshed out that story, including her OCD.
For someone with compulsive hand washing she's pretty eager to get her hands dirty smearing her friend.

True Beauty,

For a while I've noticed the stark contrast between the potrayal of second male leads and second female leads in Kdramas especially when both are romantically interested in the respective leads.
The second male lead is always thoughtful, sweet, charming and puts us in a state of perpetual second lead syndrome that makes us root for him but the second female lead is usually a bitchy, cold, calculating mean girl who harrasses and bullies her rival over a man who's made it clear he isn't interested in her. She makes it so easy to hate her.

I was really hoping Kang Soo jin was going to be different and surprise me. But she ended up with that same script even after being such close friends with Ju Kyung.
Meanwhile the boys who are supposed to be rivals are sharing a bed, helping each other heal physically and emotionally, knitting together and eating from the same pot.

This is the best body swap drama I've seen since Secret Garden. Bong-hwan in So-yong is just comedy gold.
At least there's no fear of second lead syndrome here cause the king and queen are killing it!

You'd think the President and northern leaders would take this project seriously seeing as the Sahara desert would encroach the north first causing famine and hunger but they've been mute and slow in building the green wall.

Even Senegal and Ethiopia have planted over 10million trees already while we're still lagging behind.

His acting is so robotic. He maintains similar expressions for completely different emotions, thank God he's pretty cause mehn.
The lead girl is carrying the entire drama on her back.

Also love the role reversal between Unnie and Teacher bae. I love me a lady that takes matters into her hands.
