The Maesters killed the last Targeryen dragons the last time around. They might have gained any knowledge about dragons from then. Dorne also managed to kill a dragon. Dragonslaying is not new. Poison would have worked for Qyburn.

I am struggling to recall any confirmation in the show that she's barren. The blood witch messed her up real good and I presumed her comments in the house of the dying were just as a result of the psychological trauma she suffered.

I enjoyed the scene in which Littlefinger was freaked out by Bran's creepy behaviour. I wonder if is planning to silence Bran once and for all.

How much poison do you have to put on an arrow for it to significantly weaken a full grown Dragon?

You'd have to start targeting a specific vulnerable area to hasten the progress. Seems theoretically impossible.
