I don't mind the government paying a company to protect its interests in a particular region where the natives are hostile to foreigners but a scenario whence the money ends up in the pocket of one individual is simply appalling, the government should restructure the contractual agreement with tompolo and divest it his company and others so the largesse will be enjoyed by all
