I don't know which market you guys surveyed, but where I live nothing as changed much except garri. A measure was hovering between 470-500 now it's 220-250. 3 tubers of yam is 700-650, a measure of local rice is 450-480, white beans is 430-450 per measure. Jos used to have the cheapest price when it comes to foodstuffs but not anymore. One can only get cheap foodstuffs in southern Zone e.g Shendam |

Sometimes last year, after making arrangement with a friend I'll like to squat at his place for few days only to arrive and met him telling me he can't accommodate me anymore. Had to make quick calls to friends I know in the town. I was hooked up with another guy I don't know. This guy welcomed me, provided water for me to bath. Only for him to go out and I went into his kitchen to prepare some delicious meal. Didn't know what came over me to do that, he came back surprised at my action but after eating, he got relaxed, laughed over it and thanked me for the meal. 20 Likes |

cumz:same thing I did, never wanted going home, but my mum being a widow kept disturbing me to come back so I can keep her company since my younger ones hardly chat and give her attention. But few months after being at home with her she started finding me to be a nuisance to her, cause she feeds me. Had to find something doing quickly and we became best of friends again. We should learn to start small. Most of our parents aren't looking that we feed them, but they don't just want us sitting idle watching TV and fiddling with our phones. 3 Likes |

Plateau State fire service are incompetent. That's how fire razed down a whole block of Six flats @ Old Legislative quarters Federal Low cost last week. They only arrived 1 hour later. |

I was at the government house of a certain state and I counted 32 Sedan cars that were left to rust away some are still brand new. Tires deflated, body so dusty and full of cobwebs. The quarters adjacent mine is meant for Judges, but just few of them are occupied. And every year they keep renovating and renovating. New chairs and mattresses are brought in anytime they are renovating and the previous ones dump outside. Our Government are wasteful |
