If you read his post correctly, you will figure out that at no point did he ever attempt to trace the owner of the device and that is what is paining me if you must know. He picked it up for only one reason.
Why would a reasonable person pick up something on the roadside, at 2 frigging am, keep it for months, then come online looking to give it away? As philanthropy?
