Well, how much data to be consumed in 3 hours depends on other random factors I cannot explicitly explain for now.

Example, some 21mins video will consume 12mb in 3gp, 45mb in 360p and 85 or so in 720p. Another 19mins video might consume 7mb in 3gp, 50mb in 360p and 100mb in 720p.

Another 21mins video might be marginally higher in data consumption than another 21mins video. So as we can see clearly, the minutes to data consumption conversion is not constant. It varies due to the random factors I cannot explain as of yet.

Only when we understand the calculation can an estimate be produced.
