Christianity Etc › Re: Daddy Freeze Slams Bishop Oyedepo Over His Worth $150 Million Comment by Youngzedd(m): 9:22pm On Feb 19, 2018 |
DrMuzungu: I did. For example, many people attend one of the services on Sunday in Goshen City. Yes, indeed, some look wealthy. But some are so poor that they can't afford more than N50 naira offering and then walk home for two hours because these N50 was all they had on them. Same story goes for just about every church in the area.
Let me try again, maybe this time it will reach your brain:
You go to church every sunday. Maybe even during the week. Over the past two years, Oyedepo got a new jet. How did the life of the average churgoer improve over these two years? Not much, on average. It is not like the beggar enters the service at 10, and walks out rich at 11:30. Lives of most of people do not change at all, or at least not just because they go to church. He bought jet with his money while some were gift. How someone's progress is paining you I don't understand. Listen, there's no winner who I know that engage in the church activities that is poor. Just like in a class of 20 pupils, at the end of the term, not all will take first position, itiboribos go dey. I am a son of a wealthy man (God) and there's no way I can listen and apply what He teaches and be poor. Being poor is a choice. Check the lives of winners and others, you will see God's extraordinary grace upon us. Whom God have blessed, no man can curse. Proudly Winner. |

DrMuzungu: Self-proclaimed "bishop" worth more than $150m while people he preaches to are suffering... is not and cannot be a man of god but rather only a good businessman.
let me put it this way, for those who understand plain English:
A church attendee once praised Bishop Oyedepo and his private jet. So the bishop replied: My son, keep paying tithes so next year I will buy bigger and better jet for myself. Bros, are you from the same descendant with Lai Mohammed Who told you that winners are suffering Go in there and see for yourself. That you're suffering doesn't mean that every other person is suffer. Those who liked your post are certified zombies. This set of people are the reason why this nation cannot move forward because they failed to use their brain, they just believed your lies. It is finish.

He claimed that the Fulani had been living peacefully in the environment and had even helped in checking crimes, such as kidnappings, robberies, which hitherto occurred on the university campus. oreayo2011: i knew the moment this whole e commerce trend started that it wasall fireworks(a showy display that captivates our attention for a moment and then nothing).Having followed the Amazon story since the mid 2000s,I knew Nigeria was not ready for e commerce and jumping into that space was tantamount to the herd mentality(everyone doing the same thing whether it makes sense or not).Amazon has been around now for longer than some nairaland members have been alive, but in all that while it was not a profit making entity despite their ever soaring valuation. Not until very recently especially with the new Amazon Web Services did they start declaring very tiny profits compared to the scale of their operations. Now Amazon operates or originates from a system where the logistics of e commerce make sense.Fedex,UPS and DHL have been trying to outdo themselves for decades which means even before Amazon was born ,the logistics of delivery was sorted.Secondly to all those asking how Buhari comes in,well here is your answer. For logistics to make sense, you need infrastructure.Really good infrastructure. Good roads, airstrips with safe tarmacs that can be utilized at night.Ibadan airport is a joke and so are most airports in nigeria .You cannot sustain a big business depending on just Lagos ,Port Harcout and Abuja and more importantly you need the night economy to make e commerce efficient. The only people that work at night in nigeria are armed robbers, prostitutes, corrupt policemen and recently uber and taxify drivers. k You get sense. |
