I have only been able to fill in Abba Kyari as Police Affairs Minister. The rest of the security apparatus are so corrupt and beyond redemption at the moment. I can't think of any person that to fill in the slots. I might have to look into bringing in a few Nigerians from Diaspora with military experience as defense ministers, COAS and customs boss.

I've noticed a problem with most youths of this generation. They just jump into marriage without first destroying evil ancestral alters and wrong foundations then lay a good Godly foundation for their new soon to be family and when things starts to spiral out of control because the evil forces that be in their ancestral homes are angry, they start casting blames wrongly.
