I earn the same amount as bsc nurses with the Same allowances and benefits. We were both given conhess 7 step 2 as fresh employees. So stop sounding as if nurses as upper hand than anatomist or physiologist

I can't for sure say that your problem is a software problem since you have been on this same software for long and you said factory reset didn't solve it. So explore the hardware angle. Might be that the antenna pins moved.
As for the update file might be an incompleted downloads.
