PoliticsRe: INEC Ban: APC Consulting Lawyers For Response On Zamfara by Yunus2012(m): 2:58pm On Oct 10, 2018
Ezenwammadu:
The All Progressives Congress is consulting its lawyers in its legal department to file a reaction on the eligibility of its candidates to run in Zamfara state in the 2019 election.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), said in a letter today that the party is not eligible to field candidates for governorship, national assembly and state assembly positions in Zamfara State.

The letter signed by Okechukwu Ndeche, the commission`s acting Secretary read: “Failure to Conduct Primaries in Zamfara State Within the Stipulated Time-frame“ .

“ Please refer to the timetable and schedule of activities for the 2019 general elections released by the commission on Jan. 9 2018.

“You would note that from the timetable the conduct of primaries is scheduled to take place between August 18 to Oct 7 2018.

“However, report received from our office in Zamfara state shows that no primaries were conducted by your party in Zamfara, notwithstanding that our officials were fully mobilised and deployed.

“Consequently, based on the provision of Section 87 and 31 of the Electoral Act 2010 as amended, the commission does not expect that your party will submit names of any candidate from Zamfara state.

“For clarity, our position therefore, is that the APC will not be fielding candidates for the Governorship, National Assembly and State Assembly elections in Zamfara for the 2019 general elections”.

However, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) learnt from an authoritative source in the APC National Secretariat, that the party leadership would contact its legal department before responding on the matter.

The APC National Working Committee (NWC) had on Oct. 5, dissolved the party executives at all levels in Zamfara, after contentious primaries said to have been conducted on Wednesday 3 October.

Mr Yekini Nabena, the APC acting National Publicity had said that by the decision, all supposed party factions in Zamfara were dissolved.

The dissolved party executives had claimed they conducted primaries on 3 October which picked a Yari anointed candidate, Alhaji Mukhtar Shehu Idris as winner of the governorship primary election, and Yari himself as winner of Zamfara West senatorial ticket, in a primary conducted 4 October. The NWC invalidated the results.

The NWC inaugurated a new committee which attempted to conduct the Governorship and Legislative primaries in the State between Saturday October 6, to Sunday October 7.

The panel failed to conduct the elections because of the threats by Governor Abdulaziz Yari to call out supporters in protest.

IslamRe: How Is It Possible For A Man To Be Just Among His 4 Wives? by Yunus2012(m): 4:02pm On Mar 16, 2018
ollah2:
Bro you wrote plenty grammar. You can't do just yo your wives, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.

You must give them equal amount of money
Equal amount of time, care, love, sex
Their children must be treated with just
You must have sex with them with just.

The list goes on

It's not just possible
Justice is that you give each one what is needed. For example, you have 4 kids from 2 women. The justice is that you can't put dome in a private secondary school and other in a public school especially if you can afford it. But you can't also say because once is in a university that cost one million then the other in a secondary school must also spend one million. you put him in an appropriate school.

To help your understanding better, polygamy is not for every man. Anyone intending to go into polygamy, islamically must fulfill the following criteria:
1: Must be sexually fit
2: Must be financially OK because its a serious responsibility
3: Must be mentally sound because his skill in peace keeping and peace making will tested severally

What do you mean give them sex with just? Can two women require the same amount of sex? What is needed however is that you must share your time with them. its not Islamic teaching to marry a new wife and forsake the formal.

The justice is not giving them the same amount of money but giving them the money they really need. If one wife has 4 kids and another has 2, is it just giving them same amount?
IslamRe: How Is It Possible For A Man To Be Just Among His 4 Wives? by Yunus2012(m): 1:14pm On Mar 16, 2018
ollah2:
It's not possible. It can never be possible. A mother isn't even just to her children let alone man to wives
It is highly possible and everyone must strife to do justice. To be just is a conscious thing, unlike love which is abstract. You mean a mother can't blame her elder child over the younger one simply because she loves the elder one better?

Anyone who can not lay the blame where it belongs, be it father or mother or the police or government for that is being unjust and funnily, the consequences will be suffered by the whole community, not God who prescribed it.

There is a philosopher who said any society that lacks justice Will never progress even if they all worship God in truth. this is evident in our present day Nigeria which is deem to be highly religious but is largely enmeshed in the gutters of poverty. Compare this to the developed world where high premium is placed on JUSTICE in all its forms, be it social, economic or criminal. the average man on their street know what is good, like we all do, but also leaves by it. He is not waiting for the government to come and force him to do what is right. He does not do what is right only when it pays him. And even he does, the government Will be there to correct him.

Its more like arithmetic where 1+1=2. Where there is justice everything generally goes one well. Whether we worship God or may not a direct correlation as there is a judgement day in which everyone will account for his deeds.

Proudgorgeousga:
well same as the above bible verses it was for specific people at a specific time.

the bible also encourage marriage to war prisoners which is forced marriage

by the way is it not the same Islam where a woman cannot divorce her husband but the husband can easily divorce her by proclaiming I divorce you thrice.

where women have their choices limited to Muslim men and not the other way round.

where you can't divorce your husband if don't want to share a husband with another woman.

like I said earlier it is same ol misogyny.
That of Islam is VERY different in that Islam has a well documented marriage process , which is the same for both free women and POW's. The Bible might truly call for their marriage, but how is it to be done to ensure that the status of women concerned are changed for the better? only Islam provided this.

You can not saying someone giving her consent to her marriage is forced. like I said earlier any marriage without the consent of the lady is Null and void. It is a figment of your imagination to say that Muslim women can not divorce their husbands. even today go to the various sharia courts and see women seeking divorce without the permission of anybody.

Qur'an

(33:50) O Prophet, We have made lawful for you your wives whose bridal dues you have paid, 87 and the slave-girls you possess from among the prisoners of war, and the daughters of your paternal uncles and paternal aunts, and the daughters of your maternal uncles and maternal aunts who have migrated with you, and a believing woman who gives herself to the Prophet and whom he wants to take in marriage.88 (O Prophet), this privilege is yours alone to the exclusion of other believers. 89 We know well what restrictions We have imposed upon them as regards their wives and those whom their right hands possess, (and have exempted you from those restrictions) that there may be no constraint upon you. 90 Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Same misogynistic bullshit as the old testament.
First where is the 87,88,89 etc in your quotation coming from?

now to the points: This particular verse is for a specific individual(the prophet) even though there is a similar provision for Muslims to marry such people. Even at that, there is wisdom behind it. If you call someone a prisoner of war (POW)and then you're been encouraged to married her, will the marriage not change her status form POW to that of a wife? This is specifically to aid integration of different communities.

Remember that when Qur'an talk about married it refers only to those that meets the criteria set by Islam and the Qur'an. this include but not limited to
1. seeking the consent of the lady to be married (no forced marriage) applicable to all
2. seeking the consent of the parent or guardian of the lady( not applicable for POW)
3. paying a dowry applicable to all
among others.
4. presence of witness no secret marriage in Islam.
Christianity EtcRe: 16 Ways To Choose A Wife, According To The Bible by Yunus2012(m): 3:08pm On Sep 10, 2017
lionness:
The Bible is Defunct...The only thing it preaches that is Eternal is Faith...Faith is timeless...but everything else in it, follow at your own peril.
Now, back to the issue of taking a wife: use your brain...and your heart...if you like, follow the Bible...take a prostitute, or go and serve some Baba Olowo for 7 years, and another 7 years, and waste 14 years of your life trying to get some rich man's daughter...the bible tells stories of brave old dead prophets, we are not in their time...this is 2017, not 100 BC or 100 AD...even if Jesus Christ was to come back, his preaching and teachings will be entirely different from those in the Bible, and these current flocks of pastors will be the same people to kill him.
so what's the way forward if all the articles and description of faith in the bible are archaic? if its advice on how to choose a wife can not be followed what else can be trusted? even the so called faith being preached in the Bible is strange to what Jesus preached. its more of what Paul said. and most times they are at polar end of each other.

my advise to you...

Take a look at what the Qur'an says on all issues. and compare them.
NOTE: not what they say it says.

Your salvation is in your own hands.

GBTYO:
If you have never set your foot in the north then I suggest you don't post on this thread.

My job has taken me to 5 core northern states ; Sokoto, Kano, Katsina, Yobe and Jigawa. I have also been to fringe states like Bauchi, Gombe, Kaduna, Adamawa and Niger and I can tell you authoratively that the north is a sh1thole waiting to explode.

Fringe states like Bauchi, Kaduna, Minna and Gombe are highly volatile because of the sizeable indigenous Christian population.

The Christians live in absolute subjugation under the Hausa Fulani moslem ummah.

Education is totally haram except for the elite and children of civil servants.

Fridays are volatile where Christians keep their movements minimal or restricted from city centres and or into moslem dominated neighbourhoods.

You will stand out like a red neck lizard if you are dressed in kafuri attire.

Unlike in the south where your pocket determines where you can rent or build a house, the north is segregated along sectarian lines.

Vice such as drug abuse, alcoholism, adultery fornication , prostituti0n and sodomy are widespread and the level of hypocrisy stinks.

Widespread desperate poverty greets you everywhere you go from the highbrow residential areas to the walled off Kofar Dorbar districts.

Religion in the form of islam is more like a vice cult than a spiritual movement.

I always heave a heavy sigh when my assignments are through in the north.
Please reconcile your claim with the fact that in every of those cities , Christians are allowed to their churches. There are many churches as there as christian denominations. Each one is allowed to build his church. For example in Maiduguri where I schooled, there are up to 60 major churches in the capital.

In contrast however, IMO state that is considered to be free has only 1 mosque in the whole of the capital. And its not because the moslems do not want to build mosques. If allowed just the corp members posted to the state will do this.

Yet the south Easterners GI to other regions. And want to claim lord there.

Good day all,

You candid advice needed please.

As a result of the economic hardship I am planning to put my personal car on any good route to earn some income, as my primary business has gone a little cold owing to the economic hardship.

I plan to do the driving myself.

My challenge is which route can I run. The criteria I have in mind for the routes are as follows:

1: Major portion of the route should be tarred. This will reduce the stress on both car and driver.
2: I will not be in direct competition with commercial buses (danfo,LT etc)
3: preferrably distances that will be relatively short and cost about 100.

Please help your guy o.

That is exactly what we are doing with the moon. If you have any evidence that Muslims worship the moon please share. If not please hold your ignorance.

I know I will not take up the challenge, so let me do it for you: please go and read the following verses of the holy Quran:

Please read those up and come and update us.

By the time others will be looking for location for their factory, his will be up and running and those importing can't compete with him.

EducationWhat To Do When You Have A Tyre Blowout. by Yunus2012(op): 12:19pm On Mar 07, 2016
I got this from a post and felt l could share.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU HAVE A TYRE BLOWOUT

In the event of the unfortunate death of Nigeria's minister of state for labour due to an accident occasioned by a tyre blowout and the fact that in Nigeria now-a-days, we have many untrained drivers, it has become pertinent for me to write this.

There are 6 simple steps to take within a maximum of 2 minutes and you will be safe, these by the grace of God I have been familiar with for decades. They are as follow:

(1) DON'T PANIC in the event of a blowout, calm yourself down fast because your car will start misbehaving and you need to take charge.

(2) Hold FIRMLY to your steering wheel with both hand, NO VIGOROUS TURNING, as you concentrate on the road and your mirrors, in seconds study the movement pattern of the car. Your car will naturally swerve to the direction of the burst tyre.

(3) Gradually take off your foot from the accelerator, DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO PRESS THE BRAKES, IF YOU DO, YOU HAVE A 95% CHANCE OF A SOMERSAULT. The car will decelerate gradually while you concentrate on the road to avoid collision with any other road user.

(4) Disengage the gears of the car by shifting to neutral (N) as you still maintain a firm grip on the sheering wheel and put your eyes on the road.

(5) After a while depending on your initial speed, your car comes to a speed less than 60km/h when it is now safe to GRADUALLY apply the brakes and navigate to the side walk

(6) Ultimately, it is now safe to put the car to a complete stop and turn off the engine. You have just saved yourself and passengers from untimely death.

NOTE:
Of course, everyone in the car will be in a panic mode BUT this is NOT THE TIME TO LISTEN TO THEM, it is TIME TO CONCENTRATE.

Please, don't just read share on your page and copy to other platforms, you may just be about to save a life.
I pray thàt God will continue to keep us safe as we use the roads, amen.
