Career / A Nairalander Offered me a Job After Reading My Story (PICTURES) by yunus22: 10:49am On Nov 25
Nairalanders Happy weekend

I want to share this testimony as appreciation to this great nairalander even though he asked me to keep his identity.

Last year I shared my story on this platform of how my former employer cheated me and deprived me of my entitlement after I spent 4month working with his private security company. This is the link to the story

www-nairaland-com.0.freebasics.com/7211187/sue-employer">https://https-www-nairaland-com.0.freebasics.com/7211187/sue-employer

A good humble nairalander contacted me and linked me with a job as a private security in a bank with a take home salary of 40k per month after reading my story that I shared last year. Attached is my picture fully knitted, I thank God.

Career / Re: Can I Sue My Employer For This?? by yunus22: 9:31am On Nov 20
yunus22:
Good day ladies and gentlemen

I was employed as a security guard at a leather factory through a private security company 4months ago but this company never pays me as they said the factory owner did not pay them . But recently I learnt that the factory owner had been paying them.

I went to the office on Friday to confront them about the issue n also told them I will resign. They asked me to wait till today Monday so they'll forward my issue to their head office to get sorted out.

So I went to the office today, they told me I'll only get one month salary today till when they finally sorted it out then they'll pay me the remaining 3months at the same time.

I said, okay no problem. but the thing that pains me so much is that these heartless entities deducted 6k out of 10k salary n left me took home only 4k. They deducted Five thousand naira for uniform which were never given to us n one thousand naira for audio application form fee respectively.

Another thing that I discovered is that the factory owner pay my company 20k but they'll pay me 10k. but one thing that always motivated me is that the factory owner usually buys me food n drinks, sometimes even tips me 500 naira. So I feel like I was just saving my salary I'll cash out later whenever they paid me but it end up in tears, anger n gnashing of teeth.

Ladies and gentlemen I want your candid advice on how to go about this issue please. Should I go ahead and sue them to pay me my remaining salary or ask the factory owner to avoid the company n pays me directly since he
likes me?

of course sir you did and I'm very grateful for that. Infact, that your help had really changed my life immensely because it helps me become self employed which I started to earn a decent living helping myself tru school uptill now.

Of course I made a lot of progress sir but I have been facing with a threat of eviction that's my main challenge sir because they provide shops for rent they asked us to either get a kios n put in the space they gave us or rent the new shops they provide if not we should vacate n leave because we're sitting under a shade of tree using umbrella n they don't like that.

Then I weigh the two options I decided to go kiosk because they shops rent fee is 75k per annum while they rent fee for temporary space to put a kiosk is 30k annually that's I want build the kiosk sir but honestly sir that's y I want your kind help to be able to get the kiosk please

Thanks for sharing this valuable info! Before searching for the best cleaning services, identify what areas or tasks you need assistance with. This could include house cleaning, office cleaning and carpet cleaning for specific items or surfaces. And you can also ask your friends, family, neighbours, or colleagues for recommendations. Personal referrals can provide valuable insights and first-hand experiences with cleaning service providers.

Like I am still saying, those people you are seeing would be needed in due time. If Nigeria is not working, why not revisit the foundations? And actually, people are not having very large families like they used to in the past, except maybe the north. But that issue is a deflection from the real issue, which is, deliberately wicked leadership.

Then you should have a means of paying back the loan

Failure to service that loan might cost you restlessness and sleepless nights

Which will result to additional year that you are running from, and payment will still follow

This Tinubu student loan will take some time before it will digest to the populace

I am really happy with this your advice sir. Of course i wish tinubu loan will digest immediately
