Verse 9:29 of Surah at-tauba is probably the intentionally most misinterpreted verse of the Quran. This is what it says: –

Dear brother mansour, I totally understand you when you say that this verse promotes violence on a cursory glance. But if you read it carefully you’ll find that it doesn’t. I hope you will be patient enough to be with me throughout the end of this article.
The verse says “Fight those who believe not in God nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by God and His Apostle, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth” .
My question to you brother. Does this verse stop here? No it doesnt. It continues and gives the actual reason as to the fighting. This is the continuation: –
“until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued”.
1. PAYING JIZYA IS THE CONDITION FOR FIGHTING. THIS STATEMENT IS TOTALLY IGNORED OR OVERLOOKED WHEN LEVYING THIS ALLEGATION OF VIOLENCE ON MUSLIMS .
This verse doesn’t ask the Muslims to do mindless slaughter as the media portrays or deceives. It gives the Muslims the permission to fight only those non-Muslims who do not pay jizya – the state tax. And we all know that jizya is applicable only in an Islamic state. Neither India, nor US or Britain are Islamic states. So to put this verse as an excuse for what happened there only shows how biased, unknowledgable and unfair the media is and it hurts us deeply.



To be sincere, brawling and talking so confidently about what one has no idea about hurting the emotions of those concerned is so uncalled for. Quote me a piece in the Quran that supports terrorism and killing of people with no just cause.
Im not here to insult or abuse you. I just pray God pave the righteous way for you and stop this blasphemy act.

Much emphasis should be placed on financial intelligence instead of people acquiring archaic, impractical, and completely ineffectual knowledge like the shyte that lecturer is going to be feeding you and your ilk

Use your brainpower and fashion a way out for yourself. Think out of the box. Diversify your perspective. Ask questions. Think entrepreneurship ship. Think skills instead of certificates.

Honestly speaking I'm in my final year in the university and at a 4.7 but I'm already regretting going to school the ones that have graduated are not motivating we undergraduates at all,the olodo's back in secondary school are by far doing better once you know what your doing,our parents have paid so much emphasis on education we all must not go to school even in america most of the successful ones are either drop out or just went to acting classes,got picked playing high school basket ball,our govt has failed us,they should put more emphasis on sports,entertainment,IT,open technical schools that are well funded etc,make I stop here lecturer don enter class

I think a preliminary site visit should be a must for any design architect prior to designing any building. Most of the time, people just buy architectural plans online without site visit only to discover that some of the design elements won't fit the lot they purchase.

Critical factors to pay attention to includes the topography of the land, the soil condition, the streetscape (I hate designs that put a round peg in a square hole eg. Putting a 3 level building in midst of bungalows), orientation (at times the main design are placed in areas where you hardly notice them), position to maximize good airflow and so many more.

I'm sure we will all agree these are no fault of the client. He's not the professional here.

in view of these, a good consultation with a professional Surveyor at the preliminary and finishing stage of a particular environmental development will enhance a sustainable meaningful development.
