I'm really happy for you brother. I can see your choice is to work in where you personally struggle to secure job by yourself. don't get your dad angry , seat him down and talk to him like a grown and matured son, never raise your voice but let him realise your choice and beg him to allow you to work where your peace lying too... settle with him with amicable and reasonable point

I'm not a christian but this is ridiculous... where is it stated that taking pictures in the mosque is Haram...
... taking picture generally is prohibited in Islam as killing a soul, eating pork, adultory and fornication is prohibited, there are certain things beyond human understanding , if you belief in God, follow His degree without questions.

I don't normally do this, but I have read enough to comment. That Islam itself is written in your book gets to show that the book Islam makes reference to was written after Islam... Think about that.

The New Testament makes reference of churches and gatherings to learn the word of God.

Jesus is the Son of God. Begotten through the Holy Spirit. You can choose to call him a slave or whatever to try and equate him with your prophet, but the fact remains that God elevated him.

are you telling me that it's in bible that Jesus elevated to Heaven?

Education / Graduating Student, Why Should I Be Happy. by Yusluv13(m): 9:17pm On Sep 30, 2017
When I found myself in a land of desert full of humans and plants and I'm still feel lonely, those days was so scary and felt given up bcs of loneliness, when I turned around I found good ppl who happened to be my course mate, then I had rest of mind, some walk to me and said they get my back indirectly and walked to some to stand for me during hard times, truly it has never been an easy task but glory to God Alhamdulilahi . I could remember time of hurry to lecture every early morning but lecture gonna hold in the afternoon then my confusions depression was uprooted doubting If I'm still a university student. Time of queuing at unilorin pack was like a hell in the small village which happened to be over populated, hard time of running around for assignment, deny the nature bcs of exams, even in the moment of no hope for food to energize the ability of reading and memorizing
Presentation was like a hell which made you feel empty in the brain and brake u down into pieces if you cant deal with stress and emotional management why? be insulted that work did for good 2weeks worth nothing but dust -bin. Those days will get back to hostel in the night and combined some solat together and tired of cooking, stay hungry till following day or drink gari or minor (as fun to call it )from hostel friend. How many to write about among good and bad moments. Those days of having a lonely heart because your friends have girl friend visiting them every week and you said you wanna be chastised some broke it during 4years in school and some able to keep it, kudos to the keepers.
The journey of 4years ended within a blink of an eyes despite of challenges I encountered in 200 level and told my friends if possible unilorin should give me 2years certificate. It ended today.
Now the scared of 100 level has come again, find myself in a human and natural resourceful nation and still scared of poverty. Why should I be happy of being a graduand student without having any hope of job after graduation, why should I be happy while crying inside of how to make my life Better after service, why should I be happy in a country where government will create job and only given to ppl who know ppl that know ppl in the top? Why should I be happy when will have polices to eradicate poverty but not implemented? Saw my name in the portal as a fresh graduate student make me scared more than what you think can scare you most.

Religion / Re: What Is The Difference Between Trial And Temptation by Yusluv13(m): 1:17pm On Sep 24, 2017
familiar example about trial and temptation was the case of Yusuf or Joseph. he was on trial with his handsome outlook and the wife of the king wish to have sex with him may be he can have child looks like him, and God has warned us against fornication, so shaytan tempted him that this is free opportunity for you to get wat you want, *freedom* and opportunity to get wealth in the palace. he desisted the whisper of shaytan temptation and pass the God trial.
Religion / Re: Counter Thread To What Muslims Believe Concerning Jesus Christ by Yusluv13(m): 10:09am On Sep 24, 2017
the word Christianity can not be found in the bible because of how the name originated . when black ppl were enslaved to developed country they called them nigga and mocking thembwith the name now they have adopted the name as a label to black ppl, the name which considered as an insult . so Jew in those days called the ppl who worship Christ as Christian with the intention of mocking their religion, which they now adopted as their religion name. read the history. Islam mentioned in the Qur'an and Islam was acknowledged as the religion of God 'Allah' but your religion wasn't mentioned in the bible but named by Jew as Christianity. Muslim called him Isah and you called him Jesus, his story is still thwarting same but you never accepted that he died and he a slave and messanger of Allah. may thy Lord guide you to the right path as he did to people before you.

Islam for Muslims / Dangote Can Enriched 500, 000 Muslim Out Of Poverty. by Yusluv13(m): 12:04am On Apr 19, 2017
Dear Sir,
It is with great humility that I sent this letter to you. I am not sure it will get to you though, but I'm hoping and relying on the power of social media share button that, perhaps, it will.
If however, you receive this letter, please note that I desire nothing personal, but the pleasure of Allah over you and well being of the Muslims at large.
Sir, you know very sure that you have been greatly favoured by Allah among the entire black race in Africa and elsewhere, even among men of other colours, as no name makes echo than yours across Africa.
Your business is progressing and expanding on a daily basis and no household, at least, no one here in Nigeria, can do without your product. Even when our nation is experiencing economic crisis, your business and wealth continues to grow without limit. Such is the favour of Allah over you.
Sir, my greatest concern is about your Zakat, the fourth pillar of Islam, binding upon you as a Muslim.
Sir, my greatest concern is about your Zakat, the fourth pillar of Islam, binding upon you as a Muslim.
As a Muslim from Kano , I'm sure you knew more than I know about the importance of Zakat in the life of a wealthy Muslim. If our noble prophet Muhammad (saw) were to be alive today, you definitely would be noticed by him, and his message to you would centered on Zakat.
Sir, I am not saying you are not paying Zakat, but the impact of your Zakat payment is yet to be seen; it should have been seen. I say this because the extent of your wealth is no longer a secret across the world. For example, it was reported that, as of today, you are the richest Black African with about $25 billion.
The Forbes also ranked you as the 67th Richest person in the world of more than 7 billion people! Your investment cut across the globe, you are healthy and millions of people across the world earns their livelihood through you. Sir, "Which of Your Lord's Favours would you Deny?" (Q.55)
Sir, $25bn is about 5trillion Naira, that is the size of Nigeria's annual budget, which has about 140 millions citizens. Sir, assuming you can pay 2.5% mandatory Zakat on 3trillion Naira only from your wealth, that would be some 75bn Naira!
Sir, with 75bn Naira made available yearly as Zakat for the vulnerable Muslims, starting from Kano, you can save Islam from its battered image. You will agree with me sir, that boko haram was able to recruits young people because there is too much poverty among the Muslims.
Your Zakat can free no less than 500,000 Muslims every year from poverty if your Zakat is properly used. The gap between Sunni-Shia Muslims may also be considerably reduced and the fortune of Islam and Muslims will rise again.
Sir, your Zakat alone can defeat the terrorists which have turned most Muslim countries of the world to war theater.
In conclusion sir, help cross-check those who handle your Zakat to properly administer it so that the blessings of Allah becomes manifold. May your wealth continues to grow, and may your history never end in the manner of the richest man in the life-time of Prophet Musa (AS).
Thank you sir,
Your Daughter in Islam,
Ajimot Ashogbon.
NB: To those who may share this letter until it gets to you, it is my prayers that they will never be victims of poverty in their life-time. Amen.
Copied.

worth a barbaric! !! Ajimobi is idiosyncratic to proudness, dictator, violation of human right, inhumane to pople especially Teachers and the state al large. Protest is allowed under Nigerian constitution as long as it goes in a peaceful and harmony. pupil protest for their right and expecting them to right letter for apology worth a shame !!! What this Governor wanna teach children to say sorry for their right action ? to feel quilty for peaceful protest protest ? to see themselves as unworthy person and to denied there psychological and emotional thinking of their right ? very bad of him.
