The highest number of registered voters in a polling unit is 750.From experience as somebody who has been actively involved, only about half of 750 would have collected their PVCs. Out of those that have PVCs, not all of them will come out to vote. Even, if there are VPs, this your figure is erroneous.

rerun only took place in 7 polling units across ifon, osogbo and ife and not 17..

I think the cancellation of the 17 was another issue entirely... I will read more on it..
