Update: I took my clubriches balance to a height of 13.2Eur then decided to play roulette on my phone ( which i never did all these while), bad and inconsistent network made me lose a total of 1.8eur before i decided to halt as i was on the 4th loss streak bringing my balance down to 11.4Eur. Resumed the strategy again on pc and took the account back to 12.5Eur with the same strategy. Will continue as usual tomorrow, the growth may be slow but we are still on the road to the withdrawable balance of 20Eur.

I have been to the bank and was told that I can only fund my dollar prepaid card through direct deposit at the desk and it has to be dollar.

Your Africard is a naira denominated that is why you can fund it directly with your Naira from your mobile app.

Currently,you can't fund your dollar card using naira deposit

The dollar denominated card can also be funded via card to card transfer, not only bank deposit. Decided to switch to the dollar card just last week because of the better conversion rate and I bought the amount needed for card activation and PayPal linking right here on nairaland.

Kuda has it's issues but labelling them scam might be extreme but I agree their customer service is VERY VERY BAD. Took them almost 5 months to respond (not resolve oh)to a failed transaction complaint

For those who 'have been banking with them since forever', I sincerely hope you never have an issue that requires some quick response from their customer support. You'd get to know the real meaning of forever

Have you tried transferring to a domiciliary account from your dollar denominated card. Say from the africard to a GTbank dorm account. I'm thinking of also getting the dollar card, the rate of the naira version isn't okay at all

This is very peculiar to GTbank. The annoying part is the ATM card is renewed where your account was opened even when you notify them of a change of address, you then have to pay another fee to get a new card at a different branch.
I opened my account in the north but now I'm in the west and when my card expires, they automatically deduct a fee and tell me it's ready for pickup in the north. I'd have to pay the same fee again to get a new one at my present location.
