Open a Skrill account and ask your person in Kenya to open Skrill as well you will load your skrill and transfer the money to the person Skrill account and the person can withdraw to their Mpesa account.

that's not true. I've been carrying Nigerian passport majestically and proudly since 2004. Amazingly, I travelled for the first time to US on a Virgin passport unassisted in my late 20s. I've displayed it in various border posts like US,UK,Germany,Switzerland,France,Holland and the remaining north American countries. Even though I had the opportunity to apply for foreign passport, I declined to do so. I believe in Nigeria. Nigeria has made me and I'm already giving back. You can imagine a US government inviting you for a meeting , being the only one to be so invited in the whole of Nigeria. How many foreign passport holders had such a rare opportunity to have an evening with the US President? I was in Germany recently and on getting to the immigration Officer at the departure post, I presented my passport for stamping and he said wow, so you're from Nigeria. Which part are you from and I said Ekiti state but I live and work in Lagos. He said he loves Lagos as he's been there a couple of times and the gist started. He was so much engrossed with the gist that he forgot many people on the queue. The way you see Nigeria is what becomes of you but many have failed to realise this. Your being born in Nigeria isn't by default. God knows. Ask God to unleash your potentials so you could thrive and fulfill the purpose for which you were born here.

A client who wants to pay me through payoneer asked me to send an invoice. I quickly rushed to my payoneer account only to find out that there is no option for me to send an invoice or ask for payment.

It's a new account.

Is there something I need to do to be eligible? Or what is really the problem and what can I do now?

So I contacted a guy on nairaland on Monday morning(name withheld) for funds in Canada while I pay the naira equivalent.Seller requested on meeting him at a bank on awolowo way Ikoyi Lagos.since I have nothing to hide and I believe it’s an opened transaction I headed to Ikoyi to consummate the deal.Getting to the bank I met the seller with 3 other males on suit and a female,so I asked him how do we go about the transaction.one of the guys in suit brought out his ID card and said I am wanted at the NFIU wing of the EFCC,I challenged him that why would I be wanted by the EFCC when I have never scammed anyone or done anything scam! I made my point known to them and I called my connects in Abuja and created awareness as I am not ready to follow them to there office! I do not even know the seller before now hence I don’t have a business with how they come about the funds they sell! I only want to do a currency swap which is not a crime at the moment.After so many struggles with them I was eventually freed right in front of the bank at awolowo way Ikoyi.
Hence I’ll advice buyers and sellers to be careful of who they deal with this days.

Chai bad people everywhere maybe they thought you are into illegal deal or something.
