ZACHIE: Kids running the show on Nairaland
Animals in human skin commenting as though no blood run in their veins and have no empathy for another human soul, whatsoever.
Anyway, the ridicule we bring to this page , follows us home and extends to others when they meet hot deaths.
Should anyone die like this?
The decent folks say no. If I were the admin of my own online forum and I encountered comments similar to the ones that I often come across on this platform, I would take immediate and decisive action by regularly removing such remarks and permanently banning individuals who engage in such behavior. My goal would be to maintain a respectful and constructive environment. It is not just about issuing threats but doing almost nothing to people who break those rules. However, from an alternative perspective, it's possible that the moderators of this site have chosen to overlook these comments to preserve the vitality and engagement of their website. They might fear that by strictly enforcing content moderation, they would significantly reduce participant numbers, leaving only a handful of thoughtful and responsible individuals. |

Brahamimo: You suspected that your girlfriend was cheating on you. You noticed this based on her utterances and attitude.
You asked her, she denied. For months, she kept denying. Later, your own male friend confirmed it that your babe was actually seeing someone else. Your suspicion was now confirmed.
You had an altercation, a heated argument with her, and in the process, she sent you a message telling you that she actually cheated. She went further to put the blame on you for not being emotionally absent at some point in the relationship. She apologized, you forgave her. After a week when the dust had already settled, you brought the matter Back. You asked about the guy she was cheating on you with and she said a few things about the guy. You asked her to choose either you or the guy and she chose you. You then asked her to breakup with same guy and show evidence that she's indeed broken up with him. She said okay. After a week, you asked if she had done so, but she said she hadn't and was yet to.
How would you handle this?
Meanwhile, this is someone you've been dating for two solid years and both parents are even aware of your relationship. She's someone you both had agreed to marry in the next two to three years from now. This is a lady you're six years older than. A lady her friend told her to dump me simply because her friends felt that I'm too handsome for her and my level pass her own. She was the one that told me this.
It is really painful hearing your own woman telling you that she cheated while having an altercation with her. It hurts deeply, especially as a man. This is a lady you have never cheated on and she is aware.
I told her, I'm not ready to share my woman with anyone else. I don't double date, so I don't expect my woman to double date either. And since she's reluctant to leave the guy, I have signed out of the relationship. I told her on WhatsApp, I blocked her on same WhatsApp and Facebook. It's being four days now, and she will not allow my phone to rest with her incessant calls. I already gave her enough time to do what I asked her to do. To leave that guy, but she downplayed it. I'm not a Simp and will never be, no matter how much I love a woman. I was even lenient enough to forgive her in the first place, but the deal breaker was her reluctance to do the needful. " I'm not a Simp and will never be, no matter how much I love a woman" There was absolutely no need for this line. It's hurting you, that's why you brought it here. You're no "Alpha male" and there's no shame in that. To the topic, she's cheated, Maybe she's been cheating all the while, but you just found out about this one. Most single girls are hardly faithful. You may never get to trust her again if you continue in the relationship. Find someone else, someone better, but don't let her know (it will appear hard to do now for you). Then, last last, just know that even as a faithful single guy that you are right now, you might find yourself cheating when you eventually get married to a cheating girl who has decided to settle down and be faithful to you...this is not a rule , but oftentimes it's the Karma that occurs between girls-boys/ women-men. |

Watch how Tinubu’s Agbadorians will start singing copper Raye's praises for speaking against the church but they were calling for her head when she made the "smelling Lagos" comment. Kai, una sef. Is it absolutely necessary for you to drag politics into virtually every conversation or discourse we have here? It's one significant issue that frequently besets many of you, who seem to follow the crowd -Your tendency to uphold a rather inflexible standpoint with your ideas and beliefs. By nature, humans should exhibit a variety of diverse and wide-ranging thoughts and perspectives, fostering flexibility and adaptability. However, the moment all of you latch onto a particular belief or notion, it becomes increasingly challenging for you to consider or even entertain alternative viewpoints or opinions. Tell me, what exactly is the connection between this topic presently made by madam Corper and a completely different subject, like agbado or "smelling Lagos" ? |

Something that is a threat to your life or preventing the threat from happening once they know you have a gun.
Knives, Hammer, machetes, too are used to kill but should we ban them? Their use are even more inhumane compared to gun. See, I wrote STRICTLY there. Are cars, hammers, knives or even machetes designed STRICTLY to kill? Legalise the use of guns in Nigeria and realise how flawed your analogy is. You even used cars to do your "motivational speech"? Tolupage: Alia is well on track from social, economic and development perspective.
His major flaw is the handling of security in the state and I think so far he hasn't dragged his faith through the mud. You have articulated your thoughts quite effectively on the matter. It's important to acknowledge that everyone has their shortcomings, and that includes him, as no individual can claim perfection. Unknown to many, particularly during times predating the widespread use of the internet, the persistent issue of insecurity has been a long-standing problem in Benue, stretching back for generations before most of us even existed. Over the years, this situation has progressively worsened, for it seems to intensify with the passage of time. Alia has shown commendable effort in addressing these challenges, and while it remains to be seen if he can achieve the monumental task of overcoming this deep-seated insecurity, it would truly be nothing short of a miracle if, against all odds, he were to manage it, especially at the accelerated pace some people expect him to. |

Yes Fr.
The Governor's spokesman said fr. Alia is doing a lot of project and constructing a lot of roads across the state but couldn't name any of the projects or road being constructed instead he left and jumped into that salaries are being paid on time, is he not supposed to pay salaries before??
Even the welfare packages he mentioned, he couldn't outline what the welfare package is, and to those he is paying the welfare packages to.
Seems like Benue is cursed with bad Governors, Tiv should give Idoma or Igede chance to see what they will bring to the table
But I wonder why the elites in Benue so much hate the man, from Akume to this APGA guy. No man is perfect , but I dare say, we have not seen a governor as good as this in decades. Ever wonder why elite politicians are against him? Then, most times , the judges of Benue 's government 's performance are always from people outside the state. It's how they were praising the immediate past governor , who was clearly the worst thing to befall Benue state in history , but are now condemning this hardworking man. Anyways, let's see the outcome of the next election, If Fr Alia wins (which I'm highly optimistic he would genuinely win), you will start hearing things from people outside the state like "Benue people are cursed" blah blah blah. We know what's happening here bro. Yes, other tribes deserve a chance, I'm not Tiv , but this one is different, He's not after grabbing huge amounts and just sharing as usual, while doing nothing, or pocketing all for himself - a trademark of his predecessor. That's why they dislike him. |
