yu can take the ba3 to battery repairer or junkside charger they will changed plate n put new electrolyte.hopefully it will get stronger..i knw of someone who tried it n it works.

Pls nt Road side ba3 charger we talking about deep cycle ba3 nt d normal car ba3 u can open anyhw...

Some useful maintenance tips for your inverter

1. Always use a well ventilated area for
inverter installation. The inverter battery
gets heated up during charging and operation. An
airy place reduces the heating up of the battery.It
also reduces the frequent water topping requirement.
2. After installation use battery on a
regular basis . If the power cut does not
occur, discharge the battery
completely once every month and
then recharge it.
3. Always keep the surface and sides of
battery clean and dust free. Use cotton cloth
to clean these surfaces.
4. Keep the battery
terminals corrosion free and rust
free . If the terminals get corroded pour hot water
+ baking soda solution on the corrosive area or use
a tooth brush for cleaning. This will remove the
corrosion.Once the terminals become corrosion free,
apply petroleum jelly or Vaseline on to the terminals,
nuts and bolts to avoid future corrosion. Rusting
and corrosion are very bad for battery performance.
Rusting in terminals reduces the current flow to and
from from the battery. This restricted flow of current
results in slow battery charging which ultimately
reduces battery life.
5. Be careful that the vents around battery are dust
free and open. Blocked vents lead to
hydrogen gas accumulation ,which
may lead to bursting of battery .
6. From safety point of view, install the
inverter at safe places in your
home which is out of the reach of children or a
less used area. But at the same time make sure that
it is airy and properly ventilated.
7. Replace your battery if it is dead
or damaged . Regular inspection will keep you
updated on your inverter and battery conditions.

Though i just want to point out few things from ur post so far, many of what you listed (documents) here is not really neccessary for freshiers, especially the Nipex registration, i have pratically worked with at least 5 big oil coy, and still with them now, at same time my company (personal) runs a lot of contract jobs for spdc, nlng, agip, mobil, cheavelon etc without all that documents listed, and i am a bit confussed that some of the prices of some registration you mentioned differs here in Ph. Any way keep the good work coming, i will be contributing bit by bit as we progress, with time i would'nt mind given out a comprehensive contract profile for free here, it contains all the polices, method statements, it contains over 20 polices,

I don't think renewable energies re unreliable, they re very reliable but expensive nd not affordable to d common man, one problem with dis country is we lack proper orientation, we waste energy because we r so used 2 it nd no one is takin it serious, wen i was in sch my lecturer was lecturing on a course titled energy nd all d whole light bulb was switched on in d afternoon, datz vewi wrong....
Wen using renewable energy we v to save energy, datz y wen I install inverters 4 my clients I mk load seperation mandatory, using generators causes more harm Dan good in our environment n I tink we all knw dat, frm greenhouse gasses to ozone layer blablabla.... Since our govt is nt ready to provide power due to dier selfish reasons , renewable energy is our only source of clean energy, wht we shud pray 4 is d price reduces alongside tech advancement
