I was almost going to agree with you not until you mentioned poverty rate 87%.
I am optimistic in Nature yes even in reality considering the little structure we have on ground for instance MSME clinic which is aimed at helping Enterpreneurs and small scale business owners (Note that they contribute to national income) with sistency the poverty rate will drop.

MSMEs play a major role in most economies, especially in developing Countries. They contribute greatly to employment generation, poverty alleviation, create avenue to enhance industrial development, encourages economy of scale, opportunity for support from Development Partners and serves as a vibrant source of revenue to government in form of taxes and others.

I really like the VP you know. !!!! He is dynamic intelligent and mature in all sense of it.
