If you're a first time mother, from 35 weeks, massage the area between your vagina and your anus, use olive oil, you can ask your partner to help you. This will help loosen the muscles in that area and reduce tears 6 Likes

Nairaland / General / On Cyber Crime If You Still Feel It Is Cool by zeniola: 8:28pm On May 28, 2018 |
I woke up this morning to an empty bank account. No it is not because I was robbed at gun point,it is not also not because I was careless with my ATM pin or allowed third party withdrawal. My ATM was with me in my bag secured but Alas I was robbed and my bank could do nothing about it.I was told by the bank customer care that my card was compromised because I used my ATM at POS point. This yahoo boys have left the "oyinbos" and started targeting you and I.The worst part is they don't need your ATM pin or OTP code to rob you anymore. You can have an empty bank account just because you dared to use POS terminal. Keep saying it is cool till u are robbed of all you laboured for |

My first advice for you is to see a doctor there is nothing to be ashamed of. They are trained to be confidential about their patients. No one would mock you in the hospital. |
Career / Re: Can A Pregnant Woman Be Denied Of Appointment Letter? by zeniola: 7:07am On Dec 21, 2013 |
@OP have no fear, standard employment medical tests do not include a pregnancy test. Except you are very large there is no need to be alarmed. Those tests are mainly to establish a health baseline and identify if you have communicable diseases.
In most firms in Nigeria pregnancy test is done for women in addition to the communicable disease test before women are employed |
