Please be kind when you communicate, it was no necessary to include swearing words.

Ramaphosa used to own 70% percent of MTN group, he used to own 40% of McDonald Africa.
He is now the President of South Africa.

You are joking, there is no way super eagels will win tomorrow. check the last 2 encounters, Bafana won 2 -0 in Nigeria, and they draw at fnb stadium.

Sports › Afcon - SA Vs Nigeria, Jay Jay Okacha Is Afraid Of Lorch And Tau by zhike(op): 9:10am On Jul 09, 2019
Retired Nigeria ace Jay-Jay Okocha has disclosed his admiration for trending Bafana Bafana attacker Thembinkosi Lorch.

However, Okocha will be praying that Lorch isn't in his element when Nigeria and SA rekindle their long-standing rivalry in the Africa Cup of Nations quarterfinal tie at Egypt's Cairo International Stadium tomorrow (9pm)

"We are aware of his threat, he's a player that I like. I like exciting players," Okocha, who boasts over 70 caps for the Super Eagles, said of Lorch.

Lorch is the talk of the town after netting a solitary strike that sent the hosts, Egypt, packing, inspiring Bafana to the last-eight at the weekend.

Rememeber PSL is rated among top 10 leagues in the world, is not some small league like Nigerian league. is difficult for PSL players to go to overseas because they are already getting enough salaries.

PSL players are not not like west African players where everyone wishes to go and play in Europe.

Cool
I don't see super eagles winning against Bafana Bafana. Bafana squad is full of SA PSL players unlike Nigeria where most players are playing overseas. most Bafana players know each other's play very well.

Please beware of this players:
Thembinkosi Lorch - PSL player of the season, orlando Pirates.
Themba Zwane - Mamelodi Sundowns, PSL player of the season 1st runner up.

The SA Human Rights Commission wants to urgently meet City of Cape Town officials over street by-laws being enforced that have resulted in a number of homeless people being fined, the rights body said on Wednesday.

"We have received more than a hundred complaints, and I mean, literally, hundreds," said SAHRC commissioner, the Reverend Chris Nissen after reports emerged this week that some homeless people have been fined based on a 2007 bylaw.

"Where is a proper policy on homeless people that does not violate the dignity of homeless people?" asked Nissen at a media briefing after visits to some of the sites around the city that the homeless set up as shelter.

INTERNATIONAL – Nigeria will sign an Africa free trade agreement at the coming African union summit, according to a statement posted on the Nigeria presidency’s Twitter feed on Tuesday.

Nigeria, the largest economy on the continent, was one of the last countries that had not committed to signing the deal and its decision to join the bloc will significantly bolster its clout.

Tianamen1:
Since this topic has been bumped forward, my solution to Nigeria's systemic problem starts with taxation. Currently we have one of the lowest tax to GDP ratios in the world.

We earn foreign exchange mainly through the sales of crude oil, so if a rich person wants to drive multiple imported cars thus spending the little foreign exchange we earn, he/she should pay much higher taxes.
Effectively, that person's passion for cars is impoverishing all of us. If that person had fewer naira to use to purchase cars, we would have more dollars in our reserves hence the naira will be stronger. Same applies to other status symbols such as houses, etc.

Income from taxation can be used to fund our basic education system and our universal health care system. My belief is that until the child of a banker and the child of carpenter attend the same schools, the private sector and entrepreneurship will not develop as most entrepreneurs are children of artisans who through better education, improve on their parents businesses.

PS
To omohayek, I never implied that Nigerians are not intelligent people. My view is that our underdevelopment is tied to our culture of not valuing merit. Nigerians in other climes excel because they have to adopt the cultures of their host countries. If you bring the most achieved people from across the world, people such as Bill Gates, Carlos Slim, Jack Ma, to Nigeria as children, none of these people may have achieved anything of substance in life because the rules for achievements here are totally different from the developed world.
Thanks for this good info.

It is indeed sad when freedom fighters become the new oppressors of their own people. The ANC is robbing the country blind. They are making their people suffer. No electricity, blackouts, power outages and no water , dams are dry.
20yrs ago It was said that South Africa will end up like Zimbabwe.
Junk Status has been officially declared three times in south Africa under ANC rule.
Electricity issue was caused by ANC, because ANC distributed electricity to all citizen without building power stations. 2 world largest coal power stations were built medupi and kusile, and now electricity issue is sorted.Dams levels is not ANC, it was just drought, but note no community has ever had water access problems. moddy never downgraded South Africa. South Africa is going up with fast pace.

Jacob Zuma is a psychotic liar. South Africans will be wise to punish the ANC because the ANC protected Zuma while he and hundreds of ANC partners in crime stole Billions and aided the highly destructive STATE CAPTURE that officially downgraded South Africa to JUNK Status.

You must make time to read the shocking book, "The Presidents Keepers By Jacques Pauw" that reveal hundreds of state secrets about President Jacob Zumas plan to destroy South Africa.

Download the free PDF ; The President's Keepers_ Those keeping Zuma - Jacques Pauw
I agree with you, Zuma is a liar. but they punished him. they removed him from office before time. they made him pay the money he used to renovate his house.

I agree with you ANC almost destroyed South Africa. But Ramaphosa is busy fixing now. All contracts with Gupta companies are terminated, all contracts with Bosasa are terminated. most politicians are removed from office. and the new political party will win election next week.

What Nigerians must learn is that South Africa youth were in the front against all this corruption.

Nigeria must learn to have strong institution like South Africa, check how Powerful is Justice system in South Africa. they managed to charge Zuma while he was president.

The truth is despite naija problems , NIGERIA IS JUST TOO BIG TO IGNORE , THIS IS TGE BIGGEST MARKET IN AFRICA WITH OVER 180 MILLION PEOPLE LIVING AND DOING BUSINESS , no sensible country or big multinational will not at least try to have a piece of the action or cake. MTN NIGERIA is always then biggest c, contributor to MTN global profits, one third of mtn global profit comes from Nigeria. So the naija market is just too big but our leaders are not making the best use of this advantages and others that Nigeria poesses

One of the most sensible decision that PMB took. How do you expect Nigerian local industries to compete with a highly efficient and industrialized SA without any form of protection? We're Africa largest market!

There's a big difference in the cost of production in Nigeria and that of SA! Those guys have cheap labour,, working infrastructure,,electricity,, transportation,, !

Let's internally grow our production capacity in all sectors of the economy first ...then we think of going international or else our infant industry will die a natural death due to an unfair competition!

Las Las our African brothers will definitely miss us... Just imagine? The LARGEST market in Africa is not a signatory to the treaty!
Good Points. indeed South Africa has cheap labour, those cheap labours are from fellow african countries such as DRC, Nigeria and Ghana.

No proper infrastructure like tar road.
Health sector in Nigeria is bad
No proper school infrastructure.
no proper sanitation in the cities and villages.
Buildings are decaying.
Poverty is high in Nigeria.
insecurity issues in Nigerila like bokoharam
Nigeria sometimes depends on international aids,

In South Africa there is govt grants for pensioners, disabled and child btw 0 and 18 yrs.
