if you want to make a case for Kayode, keep Kelechi's name out of your mouth

The mere fact that you continually compare them is testament that Kelechi is the STANDARD Kayode will have to reach to be considered Super Eagles material.

There are levels to this shiiit nigga
this is just the truth.

hahahahaha. personally, i still find it difficult to get over the total flop he was at the WC. even though the whole team posted below average performance his performance more than that of the others registered as a flop because of the high expectations the sangalo kick created in the fans. since then I have become wary of players who give bicycle kicks in pre-WC friendlies. in fact, if even Mikel Obi or Vicmo does a sangalo, alarm bells will ring in my head. that's how unforgettably traumatized ogbeche's flop made me be. grin grin grin grin
abeg make ena leave the guy, he was playing for psg so he was worth the hype, my biggest annoying flop of that wc was opabunmi, youngest player my foot. the guy discover late that football was not his calling

Ndidi scores from distance, Nwakali scores from distance, Even Onazi has scored a few goals this season.

John Ogu is not a regular scorer. The fact that he scored a few days back does not mean, he will give you goals all the time.
among all the players you mentioned he's the only one that has done it for club and country. abeg you guys should free the guy this is his moment

His free kick put us in the group stage. I didn't make the statement for people to agree with me, I feel he is a very important player for us. I have no issue with Henry but he is a small boy compared to Simon when it comes to Green and White.
if just one goal can make you say no Simon no world cup like is maybe he had injury before the world cup means our world cup is over, Simon never reach. yeah Henry is a small but small boy dy turn biggy man

Hahahahahah!

Kante was the best player in EPL but he wasn't the highest goal score neither the player with most assists.

However, how much is Onyekuru worth? 8 million euros only. Simon Moses price tag is 20 million euros. grin

The difference is clear. grin

Simon Moses has 16 assists (I did not count his assists in other leagues) while Onyekuru has only 11 assists. grin

Onyekuru did not win the highest goalscorer in the league. grin

Simon Moses has played in the Champions League and Europa League. grin

What has Onyekuru achieved than Simon? grin
Ogar it's not everything we argue this is onyekuru 2nd season in top flight football and the guys worth is raising very fast, it's a shame to even compare him with Simon who has been in the league for a longer period

Yet Rohr started Simon and sent Henry home. Let's show some respect because no Simon no World Cup.
bros I don't agree it your last statement, which one be no Simon no world cup, did he single-handedly qualify Nigeria or is he a very important player for the eagles. on the Simon-onyekuru matter, I think we have seen all that Simon has to offer and from the little have seen on onyekuru, I'll just say that guy will go places if he continues this way.

And you did not see the 'sorry'in my second post, too many theories why we Nigerians should not rely on the MRI thing made me to jump lnto my earlier conclusion.

Everything cannot be found on Google. If only you know the panic and tensed atmosphere surrounding these players when they are getting close to MRI test date. These guys try everything out to best the system.
I think a nutritionist suggested they take high doseage of citric acid prior to being tested.
Do you really expect to find this kind of information on Google?
There is a way around everything.
sorry oh, am not a food scientist or a nutritionist but I want to know what this citric acid does to the bones that will enable someone older than 17yrs beat the test, cos I know most of this white guys or someone like that obinna that was born in USA would he scale that test if it's by intake of fruit(citric acid)

I think he is better as a left winger or a false 9. But he needs to be drilled in the art of unselfish play. Shikena!
yea, I don't subscribe to onyekuru playing the top 9 role, I see him like a Hazard kinda player, he can cut in from the left very easily to shoot or pass to the top striker.

Smh this is really bad bad bad view. Players that have failed the test were not told to take lots of citrus. Muazam and co. Lots of players have always been caught and removed from the team.. Really negative of us. We need to rise above this, And start speaking with facts and not assumptions.
as in people just say anything that comes into their head just to have a say, nothing person no go hear for nairaland, Nigeria players now take citrus fruit to cheat MRI, maybe ndidi and muazam forgot to take the complete dose cheesy hogwash

Dennis Bonaventure is a CF.
for me onyekuru is the only player I think should be consider cos he has shown consistency from last season, he has been able to prove to us that he's not a one season player, this is the first top season football for Dennis, let's give him time

If u have a mid-field with the likes of Mikel,Ndidi,Etebo,Ogu and Onazi and still fail to score as a nine you have failed.Ighalo's goal drought sent him out of watford.Iheanacho benched at City because the two other strikers are better than him.

He(Nacho) is even finding it difficult to score for Leicester.

Forget all those "off-the ball movement".If u fail to score as a nine for your team u have failed.

But the "failure" I mean here means that the both of them are not suited for the lone Striker system.

Hence,we should give others (Dennis and Cyriel) the chance to see what they can offer.Getting Tammy will also be nice.
Look at the midfielders you called as if they are the best in the world, how many can give a neat clean pass to a striker outside Mikel, a player(nacho) with 9goals in 13games for his country has failed, bring your Dennis, Cyril and Tammy, when they don't outscore nacho with ur world class midfielders behind them then we tag them failures and continue our search for another striker

Presently, both of them lack the quality to lead our attack.
Nacho missed chances against Senegal before his equalizer and was poor against S.A.

Ighalo on his part is not that good on our Jersey, failed to score with a mid-field of such quality.

You can't take any of the two as a starter to the WC.
Kc might also fail to score if he was picked for the Zambian game.

Hence, the need for a good nine.

I expect Iheanacho to step up his game and claim the No.9 position, since he and Ighalo are now in the same position.

We should not rule out the possibility of a new invitee becoming our WC no.9 since the both of them have failed.

Our team works this way"when u get ur chance, give ur best and in face of competition, step-up your game.Ifin you fail to abide by this rule, you are out.You can ask Omeruo and Shehu.
Name a better striker Nigeria should take to the world cup since both are not good and according to you have failed
Also explain what you mean by both have failed, how do you define a failure.

I'm not talking about comparisons here. I'm only concerned about his orgasmic feeling at the prospect of messi missing the world cup.

What is the essence of having a world cup if we cannot get to see the best players on the planet or would you rather see some ragtag team?
"the best player on the planet" should qualify his country for the world cup. I'll be happy if a big Argentina or any top team fail to qualify

if you are a writer you will know that proof-reading is best done by a different person, not the author. Sentiments may cloud your judgement(it affects everybody even me) but it won't hold sway for an outsider. I have always loved Mikel, where do you think my name came from? When I was in the university we played a tournament and that was how I got Mikel as my nickname but I told them I'd rather be original and took Mickael, so you can't doubt my love for Mikel Oga, but the truth has to be said
what are you saying guy,if I get you right arsenal board should proof read(select legend for Chelsea) while Chelsea board members and fans should preoccupy themselves by proof reading (selecting legend for Manchester United).
Abeg come explain again.

that's what I want you to see, the bigger picture, each club have their legend who are you to dispute it with the individual club, we are not talking world legend here. what you are doing is like a Kenyan telling a Nigerian jayjay is not a Nigeria legend bcoz he has no nations cup medal nor has he won African best player.

what has making FIFA to 50 got to do with club, clubs choose their legend and not FIFA, joetex frimpong is a legend for enyimba, verdy, mahrez, Kante, okazaki etc are legends for Leicester, Mikel is a Chelsea legend bt shevy who made FIFA top 3 is not a Chelsea legend, hope you grab.
