..I work in a financial institution and it is on record that buhari's policies and lack of caused investors to pull out billions of dollaris at a go in early 2016 which crashed the economy and plunged this country in recession!!..

There is no basis for restructuring the country. States and regions are not ripe enough to manage themselves. What has Bayelsa and other South south states done with several billions in allocation over the years? The region is still backwards with no commensurate infrastructure.
