But how come a Group Captain in the Cameroonian Airforce is the most senior Officer in Cameroonian Armed Forces?

We have Colonels and its equivalents (Navy Captains and Group Captains) yapayasky in Nigerian Armed Forces that are due for promotion to Brig Gen and its equivalents. Few make it to the Brig Gen rank and its equivalents(Commodore in NN and Air Commodore in NAF), the rest go home when they clock age of 52(age on the rank of Colonel and its equivalent).

We are currently constructing access roads for our estate at Kurudu. We hired some machines from a company, they gave us the operators. We are paying the operators daily and also buying diesel for the machines. I think it depends on the agreement with the lease company.
