Tusinecakes: And you don't like Mr P because he does like Usher and Usher,Chris brown,Ne Mario eyc because the are Micheal Jackson wanna be
with your rhetoric, you shot down your own point.
Mr P has multiple influences in dancing which you have named how does that compare to a style of sound that is copycat of a particular icon? especially if that Icon is famous and widely recognized...bro, don't start any argument with me when it comes to music i have been in music for over 18 years...so just stop na beg i dey beg you
niyisky: Femi should understand that there is a silent restructuring sweeping across the country. It's understandable if his ilks decide to overlook it because they are in the opposition. For the first time since the return of democracy, our local governments are getting financial autonomy. The committee set up by the president in march to review the autonomy of state legislature and judiciary just submitted their report and will also be implemented. They would also get their own full autonomy. There is very strong advocacy for state police to enhance security of Nigerians. Truth be told, steps are been taking but I guess the present government is taking it in piecemeal.
hisexcellency34: He doesn't need to say it. His body language attests to that but like the old nigga said, Buhari will hand over to Osinbajo
That's not even certain.... however, one thing is - whoever Buhari eventually hands over to must have the South's backing and the North's empathy that's for sure and that's one reason why an Igbo president remains unfeasible given the fact that the North is yet to forgive that region over the killings of Sir Ahmadu Bello and Sir Tafawa Balewa which was carried out by 99% soldiers of Igbo descent, and also i don't see the SW supporting a South Easterner over one of theirs....so the Tinubu candidature is real, Fashola would be more acceptable...2023 will be HOT!!! I see Atiku running under the PDP umbrella again
But they're overshadowed by the ignorant loudmouth chest beaters and crooks
lmao...they are still smarting from the loses they recorded in the Nigeria Civil war...they believe they must make others pay for it especially the Yoruba who they see as their Archenemies or Arch Frenemies...whichever way you look at it
They have nothing to lose as it seems but lets take consolation there are many Nigerians from that region bringing good publicity too in sports, movies, literary and business
Nostradamus: this guy can't shoot, also he seem weak with his ballhandling. Victor oladipo seems to be a better shooter and handler than him. Who among the two will you prefer to play for Nigeria(don't consider oladipo's injuries)?
forgiveness: My great grandfather was stolen and sold abroad as a slave in the 18th century but he still managed to find his way back to Nigeria.
How did he know his origin and came back home through the help of a slave merchant?
At least, you have agreed that 10% knows their origin and Abdul Jabber's father who went to America in the 18th century belongs to this category of those who knew their heritage.
true, i know Yorubas that came back home from Brazil....mostly based in Lagos state...some stayed bac in Cuba,Trinidad&Tobago, Brazil, England etc
Samuel ajayi-crowther, the man who translate the Bible to Yoruba,Igbo languages etc came back too...Herbert Macaulay...all Yorubas
abbey621: My point is that it is easy to claim Nigerian descendant due to the law of probability. Also you're wrong, Angola and Liberia don't even crack the top 5.
are we talking slaves and region they were taken? or Immigrants
my advice to you is stop shifting the goal post in an argument... it does not make you look as smart as you think... you mentioned a slave descendant and then proceed to post a link on immigrants...common men!!!
abbey621: 90% of African Americans born in America don't really know their heritage. Where does Trinidad & Yoruba mix? Here's another quote from him "My forebears were Yoruba people, from present day Nigeria". He said he learnt this from his father and he learned from his father but there is no proof. Nigeria being the most popular and dominating demographics of Africans in the USA, it's no wonder DNA analysis and research shows basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabar and the famed Harvard historian, Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. are descendants of Yorubas but how confident are you in DNA research that shows that a person is 10 to 15% Nigerian and likely Yoruba?
Magnifico2000: Nigeria has lot it. Everyone is trying to leave this country. He even changed his name to atetokounmpo instead of Adetokunbo. Our past and present leaders have failed us. God help us.
So the passport officers made a mistake in speaking his name and he continued bearing that name. It is fine. I wonder what my Greek name would be.
BleedTears: If you look at it critically and logically, In the Politics practice today power is actually given and not taken because you're elected by the people. Therefore the people who elected/voted you in gave you the power
If you're talking about taken power, no election needs to be conducted or vote to be casted. And that is the Military Rule
you have to be given by the majority, right?
he is trying to say you don't win power by being passive, sulking .... but by being proactive and most important playing diplomatic politics not hate politics
dermmy: Ibrahim Babangida Money. It's a seed capital for Nigerian youth released by the former military head of state. Before you can qualify you have to do a series of high jump that's why it is called IBM jump start
PapaAdanna: Dirty afonja slave is here OK u are noticed
fair enough... at least you are not mud-slinging at someone who is old enough to be your father's father... call me names i won't mind- in fact i enjoy it...
PapaAdanna: Buhari deserves no respect apart from his old age... And reasonably age is not supposed to attract respect but it is different in Africa especially in Nigeria
Any body that kneels for Buhari has an ulterior motive not that he respects him much.
Buhari na mumu Fulani illiterate
if i type "your father na mumu okoro illiterate" dem go ban me....so i refrain from typing so...
Brightology2: Let me start from the bottom, hell rufai is a demon, he can do anything to cling into power, and when he finally get there, he begins to unleash his demonic agent on the people.
The second picture which is between the prime minister and the Prince. that's the true show of respect to the royal throne as it ought to be.
And the first one arrrrhhhh,is not good for democracy seeing a DSP doing such to the president, put sentiment aside now and reason even with common sense.
