aribisala0:Jo! Spoon-feed us one more time. O se pupo. |
aribisala0:Buahahah! |
namfav:Do you also not watch naija soccer seeing that most of the players are from 1 ethnic group too? |
maclatunji:But muslims are by far the poorest Nigerians, no? Let them get the financial upliftment they need from their sharia banking. |
jamace:Reminds me of this foto where Obasanjo fed OGD ritualistically before they fell apart. Better be careful, Amosun for there is so much voodoo floating around in Ogun.
|
Grace Ndam is Cross Rivers. |
Namfav, What stops you and your sisters from contesting? Oh I see Sharia forbids it. Okay! You cannot eat your cake and have it. lol |
This piece of info from Dibu Ojerinde, head of JAMB is also a pointer to some unfolding scenario Out of 1.4 million candidates that sat for the examination, a total of 99,195 chose University of Lagos.More here http://www.guardiannewsngr.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=52432:poor-performance-trails-jamb-result&catid=1:national&Itemid=559 So preference is in that order: Lagos (Yeah! Where Nigerians from all walks of life cohabit) ABU UNN UniZik Benin |
These things ought to be easy. I wrote recently to the NYSC using my real name and position asking for data for NYSC participation, state by state, but 3 months after no response. Anecdotally, if you walk into any university in Nigeria, you always find more Igbos, apart from people in whose region the university is located. Just walk into Unilag, LASU and U.I. etc, look around comparatively for Igbos versus Yoruba. Do the same for UNN, FUTO and Unizik, look around for Yorubas versus Igbos. What do you see? |
Only an xxxot will support islamic banking in Nigeria, with the type of islam practiced by Nigerian muslims, where non-muslims are killed at will and southern muslims are seen as underdog muslims. Even Gani's son, no less a muslim, has condemned it. |
In such as census, hausa should be split from fulani, seeing that they are clearly different from each other. |
Andre Uweh:More like 25-30% For this reason, I do not mind Jonathan continuing in 2015, so a census can be done under his regime (neutral minority) We can put pressure on him to include data on ethnicity as is done everywhere else, even in the most ''developed'' country of the world. It is to the interest of the Yorubas too, that they know how many they are, OFFICIALLY. |
Nigeria is a different kind of islamic country. The muslims in Nigeria (especially those from the North) deserve to be treated differently. |
No need to fight over sharia banking. Let it be established and let us see it survive outside muslims areas. Some of us will deploy our resources to make sure people are told point blank/educated not t patronize it. Let it remain in the muslims areas of the North and the South West. Abdulazeez Ude (sounds from Anambra or Imo) can try his luck in Igboland. We shall meet him at the bridge. Ude does not own any recognizable investment in Igboland, he must not start with a sharia bank. You cannot be killing me and then using my money for business to make more money. Take your no-interest-bs and shove it down your throat. |
sadiq88:All in bold are okoros; Miss Lagos is Cross Rivers |
Igbo girls representing ndigbo in their various states of residence ![]() A few years ago, Miss Ondo was an Igbo girl Lagos State has had numerous Igbo girls as Ms Lagos. We do need a census that says are you Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Fulani, etc? We need to know OFFICIALLY how many Igbo are in Nigeria compared to other major groups It cannot be for nothing that Igbos dominate everything in Nigeria except politics If Igbos know their true number, they will be galvanized to dominate the polity too. Now they are being mentally intimidated by some phantom hausa/fulani population. |
ezeagu:lol that got me cracked up |
henry101:So he can fund Nigerian Talibans under the cover of legit banking transaction. ![]() |
Just name them and stop blabbing like a rain-beaten ram. You claim you know some. |
Common!! You expect me to waste time reading that crap you posted up there? ![]() |
The father of Mutallab the attempted underwear bomber over Detroit, is the chairman of the sharia Bank Naijans beware. Taliban is lurking in the corner. |
BTW, Igbos are not anti islamic; they are anti Nigeria-type islam |
I dare you to name 100 Igbo people who are muslims, out of 40 million Igbos in existence. |
No wahala then. Establish your SHARIA bank in Igboland and let's see it survive and do its business profitably. If is survives more than one month (a miracle, something very scarce these days), we will carry out counter advocacy to enlighten. |
The Feds should monitor the bank when/if it does come on stream, so it is not used to fund Taliban, Alqaeda and Hezbollah activities in Nigeria. |
henry101:Thank you Don't mind Sanusi and his acolytes. |
Did somebody say it is not about religion? If so, why the name Islamic banking? How many non-muslims bank in the islamic banks in the US and elsewhere? You can establish your sharia bank all you want, but we know those who will patronize it. Case closed |
Sanusi's days are numbered at the CBN. Very soon we will be talking of Christian Bank, Okija Bank and Sango Bank. Foolish people with no ideas. |
You and Sanusi can only deceive the unwary Why did Sanusi not state that that Igbo man is a muslim with a long-standing relationship with islamic northern nigeria? Ude has no investment in Igboland; he is a northern stooge. |
No non-muslims (decent) Igbo man will touch your sharia banking If you doubt me, let Sanusi ram his way thru and let's see how many branches will thrive in Igbo areas of Nigeria, with 0.00000000000001% muslims. |
